Laurel Morris: Five Stars for FiveStar Awards & Engraving!Our Rotary district recently placed a very large order with Five Star for the awards presentation at our District Conference. I cannot say enough about the quality, variety, and appearance of the awards, as well as the professional and caring service provided by Nataliia and Lisa. Our order was very complicated but they went through numerous proofs to make sure everything was exactly right. The presentation went off without a hitch and I know everyone was very pleased and proud of their hardware! It feels good to give our business to a fellow Rotarian who understands and lives by the 4-Way Test!I have also personally purchased some items at their vendor booths at our Conference and the Regional PETS assembly. Again, quality and service are top-notch. Our club is also now using Five Star for several of our annual purchases. Thanks again to Lisa and her hardworking crew!

The management and staff are incredible people that have a customer-centered approach too each transaction. The prompt confirmation of your order and the follow through with the shipping and satisfaction concerns are also a factor. Finally, FiveStar Awards & Engraving is an authorized Rotary International vendor and that certification is not easy to get or keep. We can now order Rotary merchandise from a local vendor and we have a relationship with that vendor and we understand that our vendor is sensitive to our needs and pays attention to maintaining their relationship with their customer.FiveStar Awards & Engraving is highly recommended.

Leila Saleheen: Tonya Prow is fantastic at sandblasting! I’m a stained glass artist and I searched for 3 years for a piece of drapery glass, that thick white heavily-textured glass used in church windows. However, the piece did not have a matte finish so it did not look like cloth. I asked Five Star if they could sandblast the big piece of glass to remove the sheen. Fortunately, Tonya was up for a challenge even though she has only worked with smaller glass and fine detailing. I am over the moon with the result! Thank you, Tonya!

Rebecca Schlieman: My son received a baseball trophy that was made here. Unfortunately it broke shortly after he received it. I emailed and got a very quick response from Lisa, who offered to fix it if we came by the shop.We went by today and had the most delightful experience. She knew what we needed without me even saying the first word in explanation. She was friendly, cheerful and so very kind. Within 5 minutes, we had a trophy that looked perfect. Purselmer: I have been going to this store annually for over a decade and this place has always been spot on. Customer service is exceptional, product is ALWAYS right, and most of the time I'm e-mailed that my trophies are done BEFORE I even needed them. Case in point this week: I phoned Monday and they told me to use the website and then e-mail what I wanted. That's exactly what I did, told them not to make them until they responded with a price - which they did. I told him I needed them Thursday (so I ordered 3 days in advance) and they were done TODAY (Wednesday). PIcked up today, price was as quoted in their e-mail, and I was in and out in one minute. With smiles on everyone's face (I could tell under their masks. Great store, service and product. Wish there were TEN stars for rating this store!

Aurora Riesland: Let me start by saying that at no point were we given a quote on what it would cost for what we ordered until we called in the day before pick up to get the total due. Then to top it all off, when we got there, the trophy plaques were WRONG- its not what we wanted and we need these trophies for a show tomorrow. The owner refused to give any sort of discount for us to take them as is (WRONG) and stated that he MIGHT be able to get them corrected, if he has time today, and to us by 8:30 tomorrow morning - which is the day of our show. We will NEVER use this company again and will not be recommending them to anyone. Horrible customer service on the owners part.
