Connor Faint: Wish I could give it less than one star..My broken had told me that I was clear to close and that it was scheduled for Monday and they would give me a call for a time. Monday comes around and I still haven’t received a call, after numerous emails and calls he had finally gotten a hold of them which they said that they needed the buyer to send them a final form.I called the buyer to see if they had done this, they had the information and had tried emailing south mountain 3 times the day they contacted them and called multiple times, never got a response from anyone. I am still currently waiting on someone to just answer a phone call at their facility but it has yet to be done.

Jennifer Terflinger: So here’s how my story goes:Supposed to close on Friday.Signed showed up to buyer appointment 2.5 hours late without notifying buyer agent or their client of the delay.All signing complete by 230 pm. But recording documents were not submitted to the county recorder until 457 pm on a Friday afternoon.Received an email from them stating the recording office did not get it recorded when it was pretty obvious they did not submit in time for the county to get it done.The buyer ended with no place to stay for the weekend.Told all checks would be overnighted to all parties on Monday morning when recorded.While both buyers and sellers agents received their checks in time, the seller did not receive her check and the 2 vendors to be paid st closing did not either.Called Wednesday morning could not get anyone to actually answer phone on the post vlosing side and no voicemail to be left.Called sales side and the sales agent answered. She was helpful with tracking down tracking information but then discovered sellers check has been overnighted to the wrong address.While tracking down a way to redirect the fed ex driver my seller actually chases the fed ex truck down and was able to retrieve her check.Then requested tracking info for the vendor checks and discovered they were not overnighted but sent out USPS and won’t be delivered to vendors until 5 days later by 8 pm.While this is ok the vendors had been told they would receive overnight checks 3 days earlier as that was the understanding told us by the group.Very unprofessional and will never recommend to any client they use this group no matter how much savings there may be.
