She says she just cleaned my brows which is what I wanted. But I looked at them and one was thinner than the other. LaReyce Troyano: Because of past horror stories and/or sightings, I have not gone to get my eyebrows done (waxed, threaded, ANYTHING) in probably two and half years. I feel as though NC either doesn’t have eyebrow services that are of a consistent quality OR there just isn’t great marketing/pictures for the places that do exist. Either way, my trust had been ruined.I needed a pick me up, and decided on a whim that today was the day to trust again.. and I’m so happy I did.I did not grab the name of the artist that did my eyebrows, but she was there at around 3:15PM Wednesday, April 19th. I need to call back to grab her schedule so I can come back on days she’s there!She was extremely fast, efficient, and did not mind when I asked for tweaking here and there. She honestly did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be going back.The establishment was very clean, and would also like to see what other services they offer in the future.

The salon is clean and bright when you walk in, the techs are sanitary and the work is perfection. I love having a set and skipping the whole mascara business. I've recommended to friends and family. I recently found out the salon also offers microblading. I wish I had known sooner as I would have come here to have it done. Check them out, you can't go wrong. I have had my brows done regularly by her and have had eye lash extensions by an associate. Each visit produced flawless results.There is never a hard sell, just a fantastic outcome. Scheduling is easy and I have never had to wait for an appointment. Forget the franchised chains offering the shellacked brows of yore and go to the experts for natural and flattering arches and lashes!With regard to the negative review below, I can only assume that the client was disgruntled to no longer be welcomed back, which begs the question: why not examine your own actions rather than lay blame with a provider who prefers not to take your money - and maybe your drama too?Services:Microblading,Waxing,Eyelash extensions
Mya Larese: BAD BUSINESSAfter being a loyal client for atleast 6 years, I was told that I should find another place to get my lashes done because I was 15 min late. I provided them with a courtesy call as well 20 min prior to my appt and was told I would have to pay a late fee. My lash tech Amere has cancelled numerous of times same day prior to me leaving town, which pushed me to find somewhere else to get a quick fix last minute.Due to Amere’s limited schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, I would go to Jenny who has also spoken negatively about me according to the owner (who feels she is in the middle but made the decision.)Every interaction between myself and the technicians has always been pleasant and nice. During all of my appointments, I listen to audible books, youtube or fall asleep, (It was said that I’m always on the phone…not true), I always left healthy tips for their services every time and has referred other friends to EPO Beauty to further support the growth of the business .I am very disappointed in this company. This is not the way you should treat a loyal customer that has been supporting your business from the beginning, even during the constant increase in rates. Today I go to use my card the lady did not want to take it first told me that I can only use it Monday through Friday, since when? I work Monday through Friday then she said it expired so we can't honor it even though it expired March 24th 2020 when the store was closed due to COVID and after 10 years she wouldn't allow me to use my card, I will NOT be returning me nor my 2 daughter's who frequent here as well!
