Lindsey Phillips: Green Step refinished/sealed existing red oak floors, removed carpet, and installed/sealed matching new red oak floors throughout the rest of my home, including the stairs. The end result is gorgeous and even better than I expected. The whole process was made smooth and stress-free by Janar, Helen, Enrique, and the rest of the crew. To start with, it was incredibly easy to schedule an estimate. Janar himself came to do the measurements and gave me an estimate right there on the spot that ended up being the final price and was better than quotes from others. Green Step were also the most flexible and available in terms of starting work on the timeline I needed. Helen was extremely responsive to my questions throughout the process. I was not given the opportunity to reschedule or did I receive a phone call back from the company after several attempts to reach them. Very unprofessional way to run a business - reason was due to Covid, however, I still see some trucks at their store - are they going out of business? And in response to their postponing in August, my project was 3 weeks ago and you did not give me the opportunity to postpone - you just cancelled - very unprofessional.

Zak Wahdan: These guys worked their tails off and delivered some of the best results I've ever seen! I used to have ugly dark hardwood and they replaced it with some luxury vinyl. The luxury vinyl is extremely strong yet soft to your feet. It's not slippery like normal hardwoods but gives the appearance and feel of some executive level material! D. R. Greg: I went in three times. The first time there was a lady at the desk who was nice and helpful. When I returned to bring samples back, a man in his thirties was at the desk. He did not want to help me because I was looking at sheet vinyl. He told me to just throw the samples on the table. He made no attempt to interest me in anything in the store. The same cocky young man was there the third time. He told me Terry's would not tear out my old flooring, only lay new vinyl on old. He has a very smug attitude. I get more customer service at Hardees. There were no customers. No wonder.
deb s: Just stopped in this place this afternoon and there were no other customers present. Whoever was there tending the store did not want to get up from his desk but did so begrudgingly when I asked him about some specific carpeting. After showing me where it was and mumbling a bit, he walked away. I was going to inquire about flooring for two rooms but, he was so unpleasant, it just wasn't even worth bothering with him. Good thing I did not have some kind of medical emergency in the store as he would have been super annoyed if he had to make the effort of calling 911. Will never return.
Elissa Dellosso: I can't rate them highly enough. First of all, they gave me the best price without haggling. Another company quoted me $2700 more and even after haggling the were $900 more. Terry's came right on time with 6 workers and completed installation of Coretec planking in almost the entire house in one day, leaving only an 11x11 room for the next day. That's a kitchen, foyer, sun room, large family/dining room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. The entire job was 1733 sq ft. The installation crew was fantastic. Terry's even talked me out of buying new quarter rounds, saving me $465. They are the BEST!!
Lillian L. Smith: I have used Terry's Floor Fashion for over 40 years. They have worked in my personal home and for my rental homes and houses for sale. Their staff and employees are reputable and honest. They stand by their products and service. The owner of the company would accept nothing less.
Darryl Jones: Make sure you hide your valuables because these people who measure your carpet will take your belongings. These people took my wife's keys from the kitchen, she found them in the back yard with key ring bend out of shape. I don't know why you would take the keys but these people are crooks. If this is your only option have you keys ect in your pocket because they will steal!
Gertrude Oldfield: I called to have someone come to measure to replace carpeting. I received an appt. a week out and the day before he was to come, was left a message that the person would not be here the next day. I have a pretty tight schedule. Without reaching me personally to see when another day was good, I was told, he would be here on Monday, which is not a good day for me. When I attempted to reach the store at 5:05pm, (store hours listed from 9-6) the answering machine's message is that you must know the salesperson's last name to reach their ext. I have no idea of the last name of anyone employed by Terry's Floor Fashion's so I could not get through to anyone to talk to them. This is not a friendly way to operate a business! Time to go elsewhere.

After we moved to our new house, we had his team install pre-finished wood floors in our upstairs master and hallway. Both times his team communicated clearly, left no mess to clean up, and did exceptional work for a very fair price (fixing squeaks in the floors along the way!) Would highly recommend.

Anna Howland: Denis Diaz is a wonderful person of integrity who goes the extra mile for his customer. I'm so glad to have met him and know that I can recommend him! Not only did he make my floors look beautiful at a good price and on schedule, but he even did things above and beyond what I hired him to do. A few months after the job was complete I noticed a few places where the finish didn't look quite right. He came out the very next day to fix it and even stayed to help me clean my floors, which had gotten really dusty and dull from another project. I asked him repeatedly if I could pay him for his time cleaning and he refused. He also left me a partial bottle of spirits to rub into the floors and shine them. Denis always responds to texts, emails and phone calls promptly, he shows up when he says he's going to, and he's a super nice guy. He really does put the customer first.

However, after discussing some options we were assured a sanding and refinishing job would be sufficient since the wood was still in excellent quality. Good decision, Neimar and his team are awesome.Did a great job installing interlocked vinyl planks: they work precisely, fast and charge a reasonable price. At the end they even helped me with some other minor issues at my house, not related to the service they’ve been contracted for. Amazing job and great partnership with clients. I definitely recommend.

Since we were looking to get our living room replaced with hardwood - we had lot of questions and never once they shred away! Thoroughly explained the process so that we knew what exactly was going to happen on the day of install!On the day - 4 crew people arrived on time , helped move the furniture and started their work!End result was excellent !Would surely bring them in for another project

Hubert Hardy: I would like to be able to give this guy a good review, after being referred to him by many people, but I can't. My wife called him about installing our floors a month ago. He said that he wouldn't have time to come take a look for an estimate for three weeks and would be able to put them in soon after. So, she calls him Friday to confirm that the appointment is still good for him to give the estimate on Monday evening, 7/2. Of course, Monday comes and he doesn't show up. My wife reaches out since he didn't show and he says that he can now come on Saturday and now says that it's going to be another three weeks before he will be able to install. My wife had already explained to him on the initial call that we needed them installed prior to mid July because we had furniture being delivered. To me this is not good customer service. While it seems that this guy does a very good job he doesn't seem too concerned about customer service. If you're that busy just simply say I can't fit you in my schedule right now. It's a simple as this. If you have an appointment - keep it. And don't waste peoples time. While now waiting for almost a month on him to just come look and provide an estimate we could have already had the floors installed and finished from another contractor. After viewing the pics of all the great looking floors he's done on his website I'm sure that's exactly why his schedule is so full and it seems that he may do a great job . . . if you can get him there to do it.Update - Neymar did show up after this. He explained that there was a mix up and installed the floors. As other reviews have stated he was great! He arrived early each day and the floors look fantastic. He and his team were all very nice and professional throughout the entire installation process. We will be giving him a call when we finish the rest of the house.
B Fay: Ney and his crew did an outstanding job of refinishing our 23 year old hardwood floors. We were so impressed that we added hardwoods to our study. When we moved, we requested Ney and his excellent team to lay down hardwood flooring in that house too. I have never seen professionals that were so punctual, neat, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about doing the best they could! I definitely recommend Ney and his superior team....they are the BEST!

huan LU: Nei did a great job refinishing our wood floors downstairs, as well as the staircase, handrail and banister. He also installed hardwood floors for our upstairs hallway to match. The best thing about Nei is that he was always on time and he always returned emails and text messages in a timely manner. We will definitely call Nei for any future floor needs.

Neimar and his team thoroughly explained the process and options before providing us an estimate.The crew were punctual, attentive, and professional throughout the whole project.Anytime you need work done on your wood floors, do not contact anyone else. These guys are the best. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any future work.

Dave Braverman: If you are looking for hardwood flooring and installation you have to use this company. Their prices are affordable and their work is top notch and very professional. I have used other companies in the past and this company blows away the competition in both price and quality. I had them install approx 1600 sq ft of 3/4 inch pre-finished hardwood and it came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better job. To top it off they finished everything in only 2 1/2 days. Just amazing!! Very satisfied customer here! I am not related, affiliated or friends with this company. I just truly believe they are the best and everyone should know!
