Kelly Raye: Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My husband and I ordered two of the hybrid Maverick trucks back in 2021. We got our first one back in October 2022 and our second one we purchased today. Steve Schmitt helped us from day 1. He kept in contact with us with updates and putting up with the fact that I kept changing the color of my truck. Would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Mark Bitleris: I have spent what seems like the last couple of months looking for the right Bronco. Anyone looking for a specific one will know the pain of having the right one just out of reach (or waiting many, many months). I have dealt with pretty much every dealership in the area and while everyone was friendly and helpful, Mitch Anderson became a fast friend from the moment we stepped on the lot.Wow, what a great experience. Not overly attentive or pushing a particular vehicle he wanted to sell, Mitch listened to what we said we were looking for. While not having any vehicles that matched our description, Mitch did have something similar and dropped what he was doing to take us for a test drive. We left. Over the following weeks, Mitch checked in every now and then to provide updates and sometimes had a possible match. When a new Bronco came in, Mitch reached out straight away and was super flexible with scheduling our visit to come see it. Unlike other dealerships who sheduled an appointment when one came in but ultimately sold the vehicle before we got there (all in the same day!), Mitch held onto it for me.The whole process at Capital Ford was great. Everyone we dealt with in the process was super nice and approachable, even the other sales folks who'd just stop by for a friendly, welcoming chat. While we came in late in the day, Mitch and the team accommodated us well past closing time. What a great experience all around. A big Thank You to Mitch and the team at Capital Ford. We will be coming back next time, for sure.
Amy N: I just bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Capital Ford 5 days ago and I have already been back at the dealership 3 different times, within those 5 days, because of something wrong with the engine when I accelerate. It is still not fixed. Not only did I wait for 3 hours, the 2nd time I was there, but I waited just for them to tell me they can’t fix it that day but they can on Monday (yesterday). I go to pick up the car yesterday only to have it do the exact same thing it was doing when I first drove it off the lot last Thursday. Needless to say, this is extremely frustrating, especially since I live almost an hour away in Harnett County. I feel like this has been a total disregard of my time and complete lack of customer service.
beyonce mejia: If I could rate this no or 0 stars I would. This past Saturday, a few friends and I were in the area just browsing and looking to buy a 5.0 Mustang. As soon as we saw one we were interested in, we received NO service for a while. Mitchell Anderson walked right past us and helped a couple a few cars down while ALL his coworkers sat in front of the dealership and didn’t bother to assist us AT ALL. We yelled at this point asking for some service on a vehicle as nobody answered but just sat there and looked at us. Mitchell came back and first thing he asked was “How much do you make, I’m not here to waste my time it’s business not personal”. Never judge how someone may look as you never know what their agenda is with a vehicle. This was COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable.

David Farber: I arrived 5 min early for an appointment to get an oil change. The vehicle sat for over 2 hours before being worked on. They then tried to sell me new air filters despite mine being more then fine. All together I was there for 3 and a half hours for an oil change. Only reason I didn't give one star is the service rep was great to interact with.
Tony Taylor: Honestly best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Sumenesh Reddy is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Without asking he took a quick video walking around the Bronco I was interested in so I could see it since I lived an hour away. He made it very easy and hassle free. I was talking to 3 other dealers but because of his personal service I went with them. I highly recommend him and this dealership for your next purchase. Mario was also great in the finance department. Had a great time there and live my Bronco

I found one I wanted, applied for financing and took a hit on my credit report only TO FIND OUT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY MAVERICK HYBRIDS!!! What a deceptive practice this dealership is leading. I've never bought or owned a Ford, but was breaking my own rule to purchase this one for my wife's birthday. Well mark my words.....I'll NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THAT SHEISTER DEALERSHIP. The BBB will be hearing from me on Monday.

John Braxton: I went in with a noise issue that I thought was a wheel bearing but turned out it was an issue with the 4 wheel drive and was covered under warranty. It was terrible timing as my family was getting ready for a trip the following days. I was told that they could not get to it until the week we were going to be gone. So I rented a vehicle from the convenient in house rental service and left my truck. I was called in a few hours to say that they had a chance to look at it and they knew the problem but they were not sure that they had the parts. Within the next hour they called and said they had the parts and the truck would be ready the next hour. I went back and was not charged with the rental and got my truck back the same day. They managed expectations very well and they also communicated very well which is much appreciated as I know the value of communication. This was a great experience especially when I took it to another dealership that was not so good. University Ford is the best dealer in my area, HANDS DOWN.

Benjamin Johnsen: I had 100,000 mile service done on my Ford Escape at University Ford Durham. They identified some extra items beyond the 100,000 mile served they felt like should be addressed. I was able to pick and choose which items I wanted addressed.The valet service picked up and dropped off my car, which saved me and my wife a bunch of driving and coordinating schedules. A need to for the car come up sooner than I expected and they quickly returned my car after the service was completed to allow me to use the car for that need.Rachel helped everything go smoothly and communicated with me through out the process.
