Jon S.: My Company had G&W Equipment come out to do a Forklift Re-cert class on a Saturday and I must say that BJ was the best instructor I've ever had. Having sat through numerous technical teaching courses and evolutions including previous forklift certification classes his was informative, practical and memorable. I learned more in his recertification class than I learned in my initial Certification course years ago. We will be using G&W, and specifically BJ for all of our future training needs.

Richard Phillips: I couldn't be more impressed with Gregory Poole in Garner. My RV wouldn't start and I had a tripped planned for the next week. They were incredibly busy but fit me in. My warranty company was a little difficult to work with but they worked through it and made the repairs faster than I expected. Judy and John were a pleasure to work with! The facility is clean and inviting which is much different than other repair shops that I am familiar with. This is the second time that I have used them and their service was consistent both times. If you need RV repairs and don't want your RV sitting in a dirt lot until someone can eventually get to it, this has to be your place!

Not only was the operator taking the information acting extremely put out, but Nick at the facility was extremely rude and inconvenienced. Our check for over $2500 must not have been worthy of good customer service.

I brought my bluebird Wanderlodge M380 in for suspension service and let me tell you these guys are excellent! Rod the service manager gave me an estimate prior to any work being done to my coach, which he completely stuck to. My coach, rides as smooth as glass now! Patrick Moran: I rarely leave reviews especially negative 1s. I need to warn independent owner operators of this place though that’s for sure. Had a engine overhauled before thanksgiving. Since I picked the truck back up it has been nothing but little issues that are very frustrating, including a decent oil leak which truck had to go back for, and now a coolant leak from Headgasket. Don’t worry though they will make you feel as if you are wrong for questioning them about there work. I was going to bring the truck back there for the coolant leak until I found out it can go anywhere under the OPT warranty. I advise any independent owner operator or small operation don’t waste your time with these people. They got paid there money and I got a headache to deal with, who knows what else will show it’s ugly head over time. Totally unprofessional and the workmanship was flat out horrible that’s the only excuse for the oil leaks and now a coolant leak. Gregory Poole Caterpillar in Garner,NC has a shop full of Technicians that can’t even perform a basic overhaul correctly. Anyone that values there hard earned money and there time should stay away from this place.

Kathryn: Went in to purchase some boots and other merchandise. Five people on the sales floor staring at their computers or each other and not one person said Hi, welcome, How can we help, etc. No interaction with staff from entrance to exit. Very unfriendly, unprofessional atmosphere and we left without purchasing.

Shon Purcell: Terrible service! My experiences was well below my expectations. It started in November of 2021 I purchased a 18 speed transmission and 2050 ft lb torque clutch both purchased with warranties. I had my shop in Goldsboro perform the swap. 1 week later I had a leak. I took it to Gregory Poole and 1 week later they said my shop used the wrong bolts and since they Gregory Poole didn't do the work they couldn't honor the warranty. My options were a heli coil kit plus labor etc $ 3k plus later and 3 weeks later my synchronizer went out. Took it back to Poole and they said they did a failure analysis and found my rear-end yoke needed to be replaced 12days plus parts/labor $4800 and 2 weeks later my synchronizer went out again. Took it back and took the mechanic for a ride and he said maybe a faulty part smh. 3 days later I get it out at no charge but no paperwork or explanations or anything from the shop guy Rod. I took it to Mangums Wilson shop and they checked it out and went straight to the proble. $300 and 3 days later I'm back on the road. At the same time we had another truck there getting a $56,000 engine job. 1st 300 mile trip came back with a fuel pressure in the passenger side fuel tak overflowing. We had to pay another $1500 bucks in repairs smh. In 3 months we spent close to $85,000 with this company and got the worst experiences ever. For a establishment to be so big they have no impathy for small businesses at all! I would not recommend this place to any small businesses!

Clint Burton: Took over 3 months to settle a billing charge where they billed for 6.5 hours of labor on work that took far less than 2 hours. Their way of settling was to cut the hours to 4.5. On top of this, their hourly rates are absurd. Make sure you get written advance estimates, and clock their time. Watch out.
