Carmella Hawkins: The cake batter froyo is out of this world amazing!
Cullen R: It was alright. I had cake batter and cookies and cream, not great. My wife had cake batter and our son had chocolate, and we wouldn’t get them again. Maybe the fruit flavors are better. It was nice that they have outdoor seating. The only bathroom had a ‘Closed’ sign on it. 👎

stephanie lagunas: I came here with my fiancé to get FroYo. The frozen yogurt was delicious, but the only downside is that it’s very expensive other than that I recommend this place to anyone who loves frozen yogurt.

Muniba Khan: Pretty good frozen yogurt shop! I just wish that they had more non dairy flavors and some sort of punch card since it can be pricey. My favorite flavors were the taro and the chocolate. There are a lot of toppings available which is great!

Darrell Trump: With most Yogurt shops going out of business, it's hard to find a good one left. Sweetfrog (interesting name) does a great job with delicious yogurt, friendly staff, and tons of condiment options.

Erik Simpson: Strong paint smell upon entering. A staff member showed me that they just spray painted a long strip under the cabinets.Spray paint should not be used indoors and unventilated areas. Especially around open food and kids.We left.
Jennifer Miller: Just left and not coming back. We first went in and had to call out over and over for the attendant to come over. Decided to get a different flavor and called out over and over and the attendant didn't even come up. Decent ice cream, horrible service.

caroline mangum: waited for the server to top my ice cream because she was on the store phone with what seemed to be the manager for 5 minutes doing something in the back when there was a line of people. she looked to be 17 and was working alone. there was 20 people waiting in line waiting for her to top their ice cream, check them out, and give them samples of ice cream. something needs to change.

Concerned Family: Just turned away 3 customers at 8:20 pm. We just watched other customers being turned away too. They were closing at 8:30. How rude to turn away customers when it wasn’t even 8:30. In todays economy any establishment that turns away customers so they can start closing early must not need the business. Witnessed 8 customers being turned away. So much for the Christian principals this place supposedly is founded on.Proper business would be at 8:30 pm lock the door, any customers inside should have been served.As we drove away, that same employee was being served her yogurt cup by a co-worker.Poor management8 customers at probably $8-$10 a cup - definitely must not need the business2/6/23I will now try Yopop Frozen Yogurt at Crossroads. They actually stay open to 10:00 pm
Veronica Martinez: Delicious and affordable froyo with a wide variety of toppings. Super cute shop. Erin helped us and was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be returning!
Justin Fawson: Always good for a delicious treat! Pretty much any topping you can think of. Pay by the weight. Soft serve flavors are really good and they have some seasonal flavors too. Never been too crowded anytime we've been there.
Taylor Newton: Not open when they say they are. Sat out front for 20 minutes past the time of open posted on the door.
Maggie Corralejo: As soon as you walk in the smell of sour milk, and mildew is shocking. I went a 8pm on a Saturday and I decided to still try the flavors. The employee on duty never uttered a word when I made a comment about the smell, she just shrugged and keep sweeping. There was no good evening, thank you for visiting…not a word. Just a blank stare.The frozen yogurt is subpar, and your better off buying from a grocery store. That smell was off putting. I hope we don’t get sick from eating the yogurt.

T A: Sweet frogs ice cream is a favorite. Wish this location was like the others - allowing taste test to provide an opportunity to taste new flavors.
Larissa Kim: Before going to Sweet Frog I went online to sign up for their rewards since it said you would get 10% off your first order. The Cary location wasn't available on the website to select as my favorite location. I didn't receive the email for the 10%. When I got to the store I asked about it and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I also asked if they had kids cups like other froyo places and they didn't. So 2 normal size cups with 3 small toppings ran a total of about $16 just as reference. The place was clean and the workers were nice.
