Dominion Energy North Carolina: what do users think?
Ross G: I'm not sure of a reason why anyone would be here who isn't an employee of Dominion Energy, as it is gated and you must have a legitimate reason to be here to be buzzed in.PS- Call 811 before you do any digging, so you don't end up on the news, and with a hefty bill...or worse. 👍🏾
Toya Turner: Customer service is terrible. They genuinely don't care about people.
Sarah Berenson: Zero stars. This is how monopolies treat their customers. How can I pay my bill and set up an account after a rep deleted my banks account number but could not put in a new one?
Terry zheng: They can turn off your gas without notifying you at any time, because their company's mistakes can turn off at will, very poor service
Daniel Pugh: Horrible customer service. Charged me for a house I sold 3 months ago. When I caught it and told them not to bill me, they said my final bill will be a month from now. Can't you bill the people who live there and not me?
david lively: Psnc has the worst website left on the internet. You have to reset your password every month just to make a payment. Unless you want to pay by phone which of course will cost you $3.50 for the honor of accepting your payment if you can find your 13 digit account number before the phones automated system hangs up on you.Or you can, I dont know? Find somewhere that can draw a check for you and make a payment at some window someplace like this was 1958 and you work in a coal mine or something. It's just unbelievable how difficult this place has made it to pay them.I always pay early, God I cant imagine the nightmare it would be if you were ever late or missed a payment.Nightmare.
Geoffrey Lassiter: 1st time ever using PSNC Energy and I will say I already "HATE" their service smh. I just moved into a house which has gas heat and the weather here is in the teens so the house has been in the 30s-40s. I called to get service connected on Saturday but of course they don't do service calls on the weekend, so Tuesday(1-2-18) I was set up with an appointment window from 1-5 and gave contact information for any issues and was told that someone needed to be here, okay fine I made sure that was done, but after the day went on it's about 4:50pm and I still have yet to see anyone show up so I call and I'm told that the guy had already come and turned the gas on but yet I was here during my window and he didn't come then nor did I receive a phone call of any sort. So I go inside to check the heat and okay it's starting to blow but then I went to see if the fireplace was working and it's not so I tell the lady on the phone, and after several apologies she puts me on hold then returns to say that they have a tech that will be out within the hour. So it's now 10:03pm and the tech just arrived smh.
Brian S: I have called them two winters in a row trying to get a quote on a new fireplace insert. The guy in the Cary office who is responsible for this job function should be fired.
Harold Frazier: Classic monopoly experience. We drive up to the house the morning the gas is supposed to be turned on at 8:45 AM. Waiting for a phone call from him that never came, we decided to drive on over and sit in the house all day long to be sure we didn't miss him. The technician is driving away as we pull up. We call PSNC to request he turn around since we see him driving away. They say they cannot communicate with the driver. "Sorry, but you'll have to reschedule for another day. Monday through Friday, 8-5pm." Despite me admitting that I will have no hot water and no way to cook any food for over a week, they refuse to call the technician and state that I'll have to be in the home from 8 until 1 because you never know when they'll show up. I request a phone call prior to arrival. They agree they'll do that, but if you request a phone call, the window of potential arrival times expands to 8am-6pm. Amazing how in the 1300's, milkmen were able to keep a better schedule than these goons. A low-life monopoly company filled with bureaucratic automatons who could care less about basic service.

Piedmont Natural Gas Co: what do users think?
Loree Mitchell: This is without a doubt the worst most horrific experience I have had in my life with any company. I hope I never have to again use your services. I am not sure how you guys are in business, I’m guessing it’s because people are forced to use you since you are the only option. I have never taken the time to actually write a bad review about anyone but I thought it worth my time to let whoever may come across this to avoid doing any type of business with this company period. I had to give you one star or it wouldn’t post this otherwise you would have gotten negative 5 stars from me. Good riddance!!!
Mae Freeman: I asked for a refund from the overpayment of my account. I was told on several occasion that a check for my refund would be mailed on the 2nd of April, and instead you all decided to do what you wanted to do with my money, and that was to apply it to my bill. That was not my request, and accounting lied, Customer Svc reps lied, and my money was not refunded as requested. very dissatisfied customer
BROCK BALDRIDGE: They just decided not to stop my bill after I notified them of my move. After refusing to answer calls or attempted emails they sent that bill to collections.
Joyce Inman: After calling to transfer services and confirmed with a service order number, I continued to be charged for gas services for 2 1/2 months at a home that I no longer own. I have called 3 times to correct the situation. Each time, I am told they are at fault and will correct situation and send me a refund check. Just got charged again. Still no refund check. Worst public utility that I have ever worked with.
Diedra Patrick: This has been one of the worst experiences I have had!! There is a communication gap between you and your customers. If a reconnection has to scheduled that should be on ALL correspondence as the warning and price for reconnection is. It is very displeasing as a customer to not have an after hours phone number as well. Now after Having to wait longer for service you then give me a time frame between 12PM and 4PM, when i call to ask where the technician is your represenative explains that he probably had an emergency and wont be there by 4.... THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE ME A TIME FRAME? My whole day is now wasted and guess what? STILL NO GASSignedA VERY DISPLEASED CUSTOMER
Sarah Farmay: These folks are unwilling to work around a person's inflexible work schedule to turn on the gas service.

Cary Oil Co Inc: what do users think?
rocking gamer: Company's management isn't good at all.
W. Hix (GratefullyAmused): The management was very helpful and concerned.
Dionne W: I had an unpleasant and expensive mishap at a gas station supplied by Cary Oil. One of their execs called me and I was made whole. I appreciated how professional and friendly they were about a situation that really sucked. It wasn't Cary that caused the problem - it was the gas station - but they handled it well.
Matthew DeReimer: Zero accountability and plays the run around game. I filled up at a Chevron gas station and the auto shut-off didn't work, spilling gas down the side of my truck. I looked for help from the clerk, just some money back to get it washed, or even a cup of water to wash down the side... but no assistance. Only handed me my reciept and said to "call them." I went out to my vehicle while on the premises and called Chevron and made a case. After three weeks I called back to get an update and was told that per Cary Oil, I had left the pump "unattended" so I would need to contact them for further assistance. The pump was not left unattended, I was in my driver's seat with the door open and my filler cap is on my driver's side. As soon as I heard the gas spilling out I stopped it. So I am not really sure what additional due diligence anyone could have done.I called Cary Oil since I was referred to them. Their stance was that the owner of this station is changing suppliers so they couldn't do anything. Through further questioning of whether or not they were the supplier when this happened three weeks ago, Cary Oil's stance was that they couldn't do anything if if they were the current supplier.Cary Oil was the supplier when this occurred because they stated they spoke with Chevron the day after the incident. But regardless, they are passing the buck back to the station itself...where I was told to "call them" in the first place with no phone number provided. What a racket, keep pointing fingers until the consumer gives up. Well I'm not. A little help on the front-end would have made a big difference. The only lesson I've learned in this is not to stray from filling up at my go-to competitor who has very clean stores, guarantees their gas, and multiple red-shirt wearing clerks at any given time. These independent places are awful, and the culture from the top shows.
Kierstyn Myers: The receptionist is always super friendly and helpful in directing me where I need to go. Friendly staff, wonderful people, always nice when I go by.
Angela Dixon: A great place to work.
BOB BA: If you are a starter like me stay away, this company want to sell their gas in your place, at the price they want, without doing any thing in your store, if you get late for any reason out of your hand like VeriFone system is down or your transactions was not passed to them due to technical issues , their payment is $10700, I have &10000 as deposit money with them, for that 700 USD, they shut me down from getting any gas so far, I have no other choice but to loose, because I can not get my branded shell gas in my area except from them, they don't care shutting you down, who care if you stay in business or not, go figure, Placed an order for shell uniform through them, first time it took 2 month, second time it been more than 2 month and never received it, if the shell secret shoppers found your employee with no uniform they well down your score which may ending in penalties, you call to place an order for gas, some of their sales men in the ordering department deal with you as you are a piece of carp, I decided to unbranded shell from my store just to get red of that Cary Oil, I will endanger my investment in my store to get free from dealing with them, please learn my lesson before you deal with them.
