Praveen Sriram: Update (7/17/22)- I was overcharged $8 on gas since they charged me for premium when I clearly selected regular. Not cool at all which is why I am never going back to this gas station again if I can help it. Clerk blamed me for pressing the wrong button but I am almost positive I selected 87. With the cost of gas prices these days $8 is a lot of money to be overcharged and I paid $5.099 instead of the $4.299. I am quite irritated and upset but there are a lot worse things in life that can happen and I just won't be back to this gas station. I suggest others check what they are paying for BEFORE they pump fuel to avoid an unpleasant surprise like I got.
mtgammon84: For years this station has had the SLOWEST gas pumps I have ever experienced. Please plan to spend 2-5x the normal amount of time to fill up your tank. I would estimate 45 seconds per gallon. Yes, 20 gallons will take you at least 15 MINUTES to fill up.

London Simone: The staff is courteous and helpful. The service is always prompt, with small lines at the register. The gas station is spotless, and the rates are fair. The only drawback is that the women's bathroom is filthy and in in need of a thorough cleaning. I enjoy coming here to get Red Bull at a fair price.
David: This is the highest octane ethanol-free gas in Cary, Holly Springs, Apex... Probably one of the highest in Raleigh as well. Thank you

Holly Summerlin: Gas station is not open 24 hours. Employees closed the store and left the premises while I unknowingly sat at the pump, finishing an email, about to get out and pay for gas on a Friday night at 11pm. Google really needs to change this misleading info about the store hours.

Aleksei Vladimirskii: This is not a customer friendly place at all. They have contactless modules for payment outside, though you will only know it doesn't work if you go inside and enquire. I was trying to fuel my car this past Tuesday using my fuel rewards program that gives me 15¢ off a gallon, and it didn't work. The staff waps rude and questioned every word I said even after I was able to demonstrate with the receipts what happened. Disgusting. Never to this one.
Angela Davis: Fountain drink cups are so cheaply made and lids don’t fit properly resulting in a HUGE spill in my purse. That after having to pay full price for a cup of ice. Stop being so cheap and buy a decent cup for your customers people.

Tara Smith: I stay behind the gas station and sent my teenage son to the store for snacks and he was disrespected by the hindu cashier. He told my son he couldnt afford anything in the store smacked money out his hand and then spoke junk in hindu to him and his friend. When i called to find out what the issue was he hung up in my face and we called back and he hung up in my husbands face. Basically bc my son was black he treated him like he was a nobody and we go to this store alot for gas. They will not get anymore of my money.

What's a drag is that they do not have a variety of Gingerale, but the gas prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area.

Sarah Martin: Just had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life at this post office inside Shell. I needed to buy stamps. She had two people waiting ahead of me. Took care of both of them and then proceeded to other non-postal customers who arrived after me to help them first. She waited on three non-postal customers who arrived after me before coming back to me. I asked for 150 stamps. She pulled out what she had and claimed she had enough but that that would deplete her stock and refused to sell them to me. She said she needed her books of stamps throughout the day and couldn’t sell them to me now. Then she accused me of being greedy and not leaving stamps for other customers. I’m sorry that I need 150 stamps today, but I have a legitimate need for them. She told me to go to the post office. I thought I was at the post office? Their signage says United States Post Office. They offer package shipping, stamp sales, etc., all in the name of the post office. Now I have to drive across town. I won’t be back. This was crazy. I had my money ready to pay and she had the stamps in hand, but she wouldn’t sell them to me.

A. Corbett: Card readers on pumps are not secure and allows card skimmers to use your information. On the "NextDoor" app, several locals, including myself, have had their information used from this station's pumps to purchase unauthorized items. Apparently, the owner had been told with no action taken.
