Fortunately we've not had any emergencies, but it is reassuring to know we have his cell phone number if we do. Also, he, Karen and the rest of his staff are very responsive if we need to get into his office quickly, need a prescription renewed, or just need advice. This is high quality health care. And, I feel better about the price of the practice knowing that Dr. Bienenfeld has some charity patients and donates to charities.
