Paul Scruggs: We had a large bay window that had fogged up to the point where you could barely see through it. We contacted other vendors and at least two never called back with an estimate. However, City Mirror and Glass came out promptly, got as a written estimate within a day or two. The price was very fair and the installers came a few weeks later after the custom piece was ordered. The installation was very professional and they showed up when they said they would and did a very detailed job. You can't even tell they were here other than it is fixed. I highly recommend this company for any fogged glass repair.

tang-tang: In the situation of now, wait forever is expected. but I didn't hear one time about shipment issue, short of staffs --- etc. from city mirror. fantastic experience with City mirror company. how rare it is.I have great experience through the phone with Laura, she knows her work very well, in very short time she could get me some idea and set appointment without making client wait for whole day for their employee to show up.Jason and Ryan did wonderful and neat job for installation. the day my appointment for install, they called me to see if they can do it early because it will be raining right after my appointment. I am truly appreciated their thoughtful during their busy work schedule and keep me informed.they are serious for their business.

They help me to load and unload the things that I need to get cut. I highly recommend trying this place up reasonable price.
Bryan R Shipp: I had some vandalism to one of my house windows, a shattered pane, and Ramone with City Mirror & Glass was able to come out and give me an estimate very quickly despite the terrible weather. There was a bit of delay to repairs thanks to pandemic-related supply chain issues, but Nora kept me up to date and as soon as they got my replacement glass in they were out within a day to get me all fixed up. Jason did a lovely job installing the glass and cleaning up afterward, and I couldn't be happier with the work overall. If I have any more glass needs, I'll definitely be giving City Mirror & Glass a call!

City was the only one that took the time to explain the options for glass, handles and hardware (which changed what we picked). Also had them pick up the existing mirror, cut it down to fit the new vanity and reinstall. Nothing but good things to say about everyone that I met during the process, from measuring to install to office. Easiest part of the renovation and will only use City for anything in the future.Great experience.
