I landed on the Andersen 400 Woodwright (wood painted interior and composite exterior). I was on deployment and my wife used FaceTime so we could talk to Jeff together. Jeff answered all of my questions in depth and gave me many alternative questions. He didn't try to sell me on anything but instead told me what the options were for what my desires/wants were. Window Works recommends a full frame replacement at a value price which is the ONLY way to go because the frame will rot before your window needs replacing. The crew was local, professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The best part was that they took the time to demo the product and show me things that needed replacing/repairs before I had a chance to find anything myself (as I said I am very particular).
