I did not get the names of the employees that came out and did the work, but they are some of the most professional, kind, and detail oriented individuals you will ever meet. On-time, very communicative, and extremely high quality level in their work. They did a full windshield replacement in my 2013 Toyota Camry. Prices are substantially lower than Safelite or the big companies, as well as no extraneous charge for them coming to your location like Safelite. You will not be disappointed!Do not ever use Safelite again or one of the other big companies. Please see all the other reviews, as they are completely true. Jamie Hackney: Rudy was fairly good at the start, helping me get all of the parts I thought I needed. Once he got my money he no longer cared to help. When I called back to get more parts for my shower, he never responded. I’ve attempted to call his cell, send multiple texts, call his business phone…..8 months later still no response. But don’t attempt to find his actual business location. I don’t think it exists. The address leads you to some gated storage facility looking place. Don’t trust this man. You’re better off finding someone else.

Ang: I was working with another company who had installed an HVAC unit in my home and inadvertently scratched the glass on my storm door and agreed to have it replaced. They contacted Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp. and told me that someone from Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp would be here on a Tuesday at 12:00 but they never showed. When the manager of the company I was working with stopped by Wednesday, I let him know that no one from Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp ever showed up. Suddenly Friday afternoon, I had a gentleman at my front door from Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp, saying he was the owner/manager (but never provided a name nor was it on the business card given to me). He claimed I was not home that Tuesday when they were supposed to be here, however, I had been home the entire day with my front door open. He then responded by telling me that perhaps the van drove by, they did not see anything obvious and kept on driving. When he took the measurements of the door, he also proceeded to ask me if I had a dog as if to question the scratches on the door, regardless of the fact he was being hired and being paid to replace the glass. He then advised it would be five to seven days before the glass would be in due to the pandemic. I said that would not be a problem.Fast forward about seven business days when I had not heard anything further, I called the main number, left a message and never got a call back. I then sent an email to the email address on the business card early that same evening to kindly inquire about the status since it had been about seven business days and I had not heard anything nor received a return phone call. To my surprise, I received a very curt email response advising he had called the other business but did not get a response and for me to tell them to find another glass company!!! When I spoke to the company who hired Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp, the owner advised he personally had called Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp four times to pay him and never received a response.Do yourselves a favor, do not go to Rudy’s Glass & Mirror Corp for any glass or mirror needs because they clearly do not have good customer service, are not reliable and do not want the business. Instead of responding to his email, I am leaving this review about his business and hopes it helps others to make better decisions about whom they do business with for glass and/or mirrors, hopefully with a more customer service oriented one.
