Kody Grilz: If there's ever a time to comp a meal instead of offering a gift card worth a quarter of what you're paying, it's when the host spills an entire glass of ice water on your aging mother-in-law, the server brings out the wrong drink twice, the extra pieces of bread for the app you asked for come out 25 minutes later when the dip is cold.Food was decent, as always, but management needs to learn how to fix problems. We'll be sticking to take-out from now on.Edit to respond to owner's reply: To be clear, the way we see it, the issue was with management, not the staff. Mistakes/accidents happen in service industries. It is management's job to make it right with the customer. That did not happen.

Brian Runger: Service was not very good hut it wasn't the servers fault it was a staffing issue. The bartender was trying to wait 7 or 8 tables as well as run the bar. It led to empty drinks without refills and nobody checking on tnings. We had cold food that was returned and brought back cold. Been here several times before qith better experience. Disappointed as it was Father's Day.

Robbie Lott: Absolute worse restaurant I've ever been to. Took my 4 yr old daughter there around 5pm. Wasn't busy at all. Uncomfortable seating. Took VERY long for our food to come. And when my food came, we still had to wait my my daughter's KID'S MEAL to come which it didn't. I didn't take one bite of my food since my daughter didn't have hers. We just got up and left. We have never been to Mellow Mushroom and I will not try another one. We were very disappointed about our experience. Never again.

Matthew Fuller: The food is always good but we've been there twice in the last six weeks and it's been painful. Food is always late - like an hour after ordering. And then it comes in parts if some things ever come. In our experience half our table ate but only after reminding servers food items were missing. The other half received food 30 minutes later. They struggle to get pizza out to tables. The servers said they were understaffed but I walked to the kitchen twice and there are 10 people there. That shouldn't be a problem. So here's my take. Take out orders seem to be a priority. They seem to be going without an expeditor. If that is the case that role falls to the servers and they are not doing it. Again. Food is good but we are done going there since service is not good.

Thomas Knackstedt: A repeatedly disappointing experience. While the food is consistently solid, the management has been frustrating. Over several visits during the past 8 months we have had excessive waits for even our pretzel bite appetizer (40 minutes) with pizza main course arriving around 60 minutes. This is unacceptable for a restaurant, especially a pizza joint. I recognize the impact of to go orders and the possible associated delays in the kitchen but this should not be at the expense of the in-house dining experience. Disappointingly sharing this negative experience with management didn’t result in any accommodations. We won’t be going back.

Shane Armstrong: Good pizza, and the small is plenty for anyone for lunch. The pretzel bites are disappointment though since they’re not pretzel bites at all. There little pizza dough balls covered in parm. Definitely won’t get those again, but will return for the pizza on occasion. I don’t think this will be a regular place, but maybe a few times a year. I’d say 3.5 stars is more accurate.

Kaitlyn Turner: Diced has so much of my money.... I'm obsessed with them. The staff probably recognize my face. I love the atmosphere, the color palette and design is so fun. Ordinarily I order it to take out though; their salads are the absolute bomb and the price matches well with the portion size. I could probably get two meals out of one bowl, but it's so good I normally just eat it all anyway.

Steven Schneider: I am a big fan of DICED. They have a good variety of bases and toppings for each bowl. I love how they list how much protein is in each bowl on their menu. The bowls themselves are huge and can easily be two meals.

The team at this store - Joe and Jay, Justin and Monique, Kailey, Kelsey and Jami are so welcoming and kind. They remember my name and say hello even if they arent the ones making my salad that day. This is especially important for someone who works from home at a job that can, often times, be stressful and emotionally taxing. There are many times when stopping in is the best part of my day. It goes without saying that the salads are delicious but the human interaction goes a long way in improving someone's day. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way. Keep spreading the positivity!

I cannot eat tomato sauce so I normally get Alfredo.I asked them to sub Alfredo sauce instead of marinara- they said they couldn’t but they can do no sauce instead. I asked if they can charge me for Alfredo sauce on the side so I can have my pasta how I normally order it. The girl on the phone was informing me how they can’t do substitutions or even do fettuccine Alfredo add eggplant or meatball (which I was more than willing to pay for) she proceeded to just keep telling me they can do no sauce - but couldn’t even charge for Alfredo sauce. Which makes literally no sense, unless it’s already precooked. If it is- that’s fine and just say that. She said she was the manager and said the other manager was too busy to take the call.The food was then delivered missing items.Probably won’t be ordering from here again. Sad because I truly enjoyed eating here.

The 10" pepperoni pizza was a perfect lunch with some leftover for a cold pizza snack.The pizza had a thin crust that was crispy on the edges and easy to fold with just the right amount of cheese and a generous amount of pepperoni.The staff was friendly and attentive.If you're in the mood for a delicious lunch or craving some mouthwatering pizza, I highly recommend giving Johnny's Pizza a try. I'll definitely be back soon and can't wait to try something else on the menu.

Last time they forgot chicken tenders for my kid but then they brought it right out after I called in.Tonight I went to pick up 2 slices that I ordered by phone and when I got there they did not have order and questioned that I called wrong store. Showed em the # I called which is theirs and they shrugged.Fwiw, not a person over 18 working in this place that I can see.
