I was thrilled to meet Jenny two years ago. Not only did we become fast friends, but our aesthetics clicked from the get-go. In preparation of my upcoming twenty-fifth anniversary, I worked with her to design two anniversary bands. One is designed around a beautiful, vintage piece of jade that my father brought back to my mother while he was a soldier in the late 1960s. The other incorporates the diamond from my engagement ring, the diamond from my mother’s engagement ring, and some stones from my tenth anniversary band. Jenny was able to combine my assorted stones with the beautiful leaves and vines that are very much her trademark aesthetic, to create two stunning rings that tell the story of our lives together. Every time I put on my anniversary bands, my heart is full of memories, and wishes and dreams for the next twenty-five years. Working with Jenny was a delight, and it came as no surprise that she so easily interpreted our vision.

Jenny & I have known each other a long time. This past July, I spent 4 hours with her at her design studio telling her what I wanted designed for my 50th trip around the sun. She listened, sketched, shaded, & colored and before I knew it, I was looking at the sketch of my ring. Today, I picked it up & when I opened the box, this mouthy, almost 50 year old was speechless. My ring is a true work of art & of love & peace & positivity. It represents 50 well lived & hard fought years. This piece will be a forever reminder of who I am, where I started, & where I landed. It will be passed down to my son, his children, and hopefully their children. Everyone deserves a piece of art created by Jenny. Everyone.
