Christine Gil: USPS in store is convenient. Used to be open on Saturday and Sunday but now its not. USPS employee gave me some attitude today about mailing dry pasta. She said she asked me if I was mailing food…. Yes, pasta is food but it is un perishable and accepted. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Mia Casas: This place has really nice and expensive over priced things but the ladies are nice. The problem with this place is the USPS office - I have experience sooooo many uncomfortable situations with the people working in there that I’ve decided to never come back again. The woman at the USPS counter is rude and have not idea what is doing l, she get lost all the time and the lines are incredibly long because she is super slow and if you complain she replies like if she was in the hud. Terrible service, Hallmark should use the space for something else and needs to get ride of USPS soon.

Glo: Very nice Halmark with a nice variety of gifts for child and adults. Good selection of greeting cards. Post Office in the back of the shop is convenient to drop your mail and ship packages. Nice folks work there and always greet you with a smile.
Erin Mokler: If I could give 0 stars I would!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I placed a Facebook Marketplace order that has been nothing but problems. The shipping label was created almost immediately after I placed the order and six days later the item still hasn't been shipped. No responses from "Debby's" on their facebook posts, or messages. They read the messages though..... HORRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY customer service. No hesitation to charge my Paypal account however...... Claims are filed. Buy from Hallmark or another seller directly! Don't waste your time just to have your money stolen.

Kelly Knight: We have shopped in this store many times. We were given a gift set of two Mickey/Minnie coffee mugs from friends from out of town. We opened them to wash them and one of them is cracked and unusable. It's from Hallmark (it's clearly labeled) and they have them in stock currently. We were told without some form of receipt or proof it was purchased from Hallmark, they couldn't do anything.These mugs were made FOR HALLMARK. So now we are stuck with a broken mug we cannot use. The girl was rude and entirely unhelpful. Will NOT be shopping here again. Do not recommend at ALL.

Toni Stevenson: I was in the local area and I visited this Hallmark location several weeks back to purchase a baby shower card. I'm preparing my shower gift today and they didn't include a gold crown seal. That's Hallmark card 101....who forgets to include that?? The customer service was already very poor upon visting (no greeting, no askking if I needed assistance). This was my first vist to this location and it won't be my first thought to visit in the near future. I've been a Gold Crown member for a long time, this rarely happens at most Hallmark's that I visit.
Hunter Reese: This place gave me a lot of nostalgia for the Hallmark store I went to in my hometown when I was little. It has the same soft yet cluttered feel, the same joy of trickling through visually appealing (yet mostly useless) knick-knacks, and - somehow - maintains that same, extremely familiar scent. That was what got me when I stepped inside. Candle scents and lotion scents have changed, so how does it stay the same as it did in the aughts? Howwww?Regardless of the answer, the store was pleasant, nostalgic, and easy enough to navigate.

Richard LaBrosse: Manager confronted my minor daughter and her friend and forced them through intimidation and threatening to not allow them to leave to roll up their sleeves and open their bags. He found nothing, freely admitted to doing it on the phone with me and then hung up on me. Don't let your loved ones in there unless you're present to protect them. The manager was rude and defensive from go on the phone as he knew he was wrong. I'm waiting to find out what corporate plans to do the redress the situation.

Chase McCord: My mom stopped in today to inquire about what appeared to be a faulty mask. She came in on 11/1 to buy a black mask for my brother's memorial service. She asked for help from a store associate, and she helped my mom pick this mask, never stwting that it was a children's mask. She asked about it today, and the associate simply laughed it off and was very cavalier about it and did not give my mom her money back. Very disappointing. It's not about the money, it's just poor customer service.
