TRIumph Gymnastics: what do users think?
Brittney Richardson: It is fun and selfwising
Deborah Weston: We love Triumph! It’s a 40 minute drive but it is worth it. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Coach Connor has been so helpful for my grandson. He has helped him overcome his fear of the high bar and worked with the boys in the class to teach them new things. He is caring and encouraging. Thanks Coach Connor.
Purnima Shekhar: Wonderful coaches and very professional.
Subhash D: The facility and staff are good. Crowded during the evening as lots of activities for little kids.
Negusa Nagast (Everton Werdenie): Excellent place to bring your kids to learn gymnastics .
The Watercat: I have to agree with an earlier post. There is no excuse to have such a dirty space for people to offer as open play.Opening a business as such, should include the cost of a cleaning team. If that is not in the budget you should not open to the 'public'It's not only chalk. Old masks, old socks, old hairbands, piles of lint dust, scrap paper, old balloons on the ceiling, stuff scattered around from picture frames to folders. It's a mess. There is simply no emphasis on cleanliness and organisation overall. Will not come again. Nor would I sign up my daughter to such a dirty place.
Ellen Weiss: Critical:ProfessionalismThis gym is absolutely filthy. I have posted a number of photos which speak for themselves. I hope they hire a good cleaning service and get this taken care of.
Alexandra D.: Our family loves TRIumph Gymnastics! Our daughter 2.5 years old and she loves it. She used to go to The Little Gym in Cary for about a year but we wanted something more and after the management changed there it went down hill for us. We tried out triumph and the ENTIRE staff is amazing! I love that it’s in an actual gym so they get more realistic experience. I think it’s awesome that if she enjoys this as she gets older she has the option to compete with this gym. Where as the other gym was just recreational. Whether or not you want this to grow into something more TRIumph is definitely the way to go. They have awesome holiday activities for the whole family as well! Can’t say enough about this gym, we love it!!
Lee dwyer: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Marissa Parker: We came from another gym which doesn't hold a candle to Triumph. We have also done trial classes at several others. Triumph takes the cake. Here's why: each and every coach gives the students in their class their undivided attention. I found the coaches to role model discipline (in a self control and focus sense) and hard work. The athletes, even the young ones want to work hard because their coaches are working hard right there with them. The coaches demonstrate how stretches, exercises, and skills are done. Then when needed, they give each student constructive critiques to help them get it right. At Triumph, it isn't about filling the time, excessive water breaks, nor squeezing in as many reps as possible. Rather, it's about focus, strength, coordination, and technique. They would rather you do it 10 times correctly, even slowly, than 25 times at half effort or improper form. This all makes sense though because the owner is a medical doctor of chiropractics, and it shows. Not only are the athletes trained properly, COVID protocol is taken seriously. The coaches use a 'do as I do' approach, so the athletes naturally respect them. If you want your kids to run around playing to get energy out, this isn't the place for you. If you want your money and time's worth, and if you want your child to be trained rather than entertained, this IS the place for you! What about the parents while the athletes train? Triumph has large tables and wifi for parents and/or students to bring in laptops and get their work done. If you need a bite to eat or to squeeze in grocery shopping, those places are located in the same parking lot.Triumph truly has something for everybody. They offer classes from as young as walking toddlers all the way up through adults. I'm so thankful that our kids have this gym and their coaches in their lives for years to come.
Kimm Hershberger: My daughter loves Triumph and she has grown so much. Their coaches and team are excellent!
sundari mulakaluri: I have my daughter going here for a while and i talked to Kate today regarding a makeup class thati missed showing up and i must tell you that she is SUPER RUDE.Am ok if she cant give me a make up class since my daughter fractured her leg but the way she sounded and talked to me was SUPER UNPROFFESSIONAL and am surprised how TRIUMPH has someone so rude answering phone calls and talking to parents.DISGUSTING !!!
David Johnson: My daughter (8yo) LOVES going to gymnastics class here. By far her favorite activity each week!!
Christina Magliocco: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueWe have dealt with several coaches including Miko, Tara, Brooklyn and Kayla and more over the past year and they are amazing! My girls look forward to going every Saturday morning!
Surah Grumet: We love TRIumph Gymnastics! My daughter has been in love with the sport since she found it at a birthday party years ago and she has been allowed to flourish at this gym in her own way. The coaches really care, there is open communication and for this we are SO greatful!
Stephanie: My boys have enjoyed their time on the team here. The coaches have been super encouraging to learning new skills, and it is very organized!
Wei Huang: Great fun activities for kids and front desk crew is very helpful.
April Sena: Good facility and my daughter has progressed really well. Coaches are good at moving students up as soon as they’re ready so they are always learning new things.
Chearin Lewis: My daughter has been attending TRIumph for almost 2 years now and we've been very happy. She loves her coaches and they adore her! I've seen so much progress since we left her old gymnastics place. We love TRIumph!
Laura Delauney: My son has been at TRIumph for 4+ years. We have watched the whole program grow, and he has grown with it, from preschool to rec to developmental. He is now on the competitive team. The owners have a wonderful philosophy about teaching and they are also receptive to feedback. Love TRIumph!
Michele Bargholz: We started classes at Triumph at neighbor’s suggestion and it’s close to our house and have since discovered it is Awesome and we totally lucked out. My girls love coming. The coaches provide support and guidance for new gymnasts. My daughter even joined the team and likes coming to work out 2 hours on Friday nights. I recommend you check them out.

Cary School of Gymnastics: what do users think?
Kristi Jones: I cringe every time I think of this place. I took my 4 year old daughter here for a gymnastics camp. The staff is rude and should not be working with children. I paid for a week camp and only went for 3 days, never received a refund.
Malak: I took my daughter for a tryout and the stuff was very rude i was standing in the front of them waiting for someone to assist me they just acted like they can’t see me terrible place ever and bed customer service.Fortunately I found a better gymnastic school free of discrimination and good customer service.
Marek K (Elementsofwire): Great gymnastic school.
Haleigh S: If you are looking somewhere to put your child in a class for gymnastics this would definitely be a fun well teaching gym all the coaches are a kind and very helpful go there.
kennedy Ruston: AMAZING
Suzanne Celey: My daughter loves itThe coaches are always willing to help
Molly Gobena: My daughters love this place they been going for years. The coaches are great and my kids have learned so much.
Amy Kangwater: I absolutely love this gym. My daughter has been going there for about 7 years now and she wont stop talking about it. The Coaches really try to get to know the students and they really engage into conversation. They really want all of the girls in the class to get to know each other. My daughter will end up talking to people I've never seen in my life and it will seem like they have known each other for ages. If you want to send you child to a gymnastics place I suggest Cary School of Gymnastics
Kathy Mendoza: I love this place!! I love the openness and the fact that I can see my son doing his exercises no problem. I also appreciate the fact that Ms. Q knows all her students and is always telling them how to do things properly. I have NO idea how she manages to do what she does! :)
Len: This place is great. Great people! Fun for the kids!

SGA Gymnastics: what do users think?
•ᴀxɪ•: Nice instructors, nice students, clean building, fun recreational gymnastics.I am in an intermediate gymnastics class for girls here at SGA and this is the first intermediate class I've ever been to, I feel behind in my class because I'm the only one getting introduced to handstands, cart wheels (on the beam) roundoffs, vault, etc. The instructors don't seem to understand that I have no clue how to do any of these things and, I guess, expect me to figure it out on my own. They know that I am new, and I've never been to an intermediate class before, so I was expecting them to be more attentive/helpful to me...its kinda upsetting that I'm gonna have to ask them for that type of help.
kathi blalock: Clean positive atmosphere. Great viewing area for parents. Continually upskilling and working on form. They discuss why drills are important. Their groups are quite large, however they split them up and set up stations for them to rotate. The coach will work one station to spot them and help them with upskilling. The coaches look like they want to be there. Coaches are engage with their students in a positive way. High fives and marking successes for each individual! It feels like every coach knows your kid. They are happy to assist parents with questions and concerns. I don’t feel weird about asking. I know they will give me actual information.
Megan Hirstine: I've taken my daughter here for the open gym Wednesday and Thursday mornings and she loves it! Thank you guys so much for doing this, very thankful to have a place like this in the community!
Madison Ray: We come here every week for open toddler play and it’s a lot of fun! I appreciate the age cap but I wish that really young babies were encouraged to use the upstairs space more. It does get a bit crowded sometimes.
Alice Frederich: My daughter loves her class at SGA! It’s a large, clean facility and they offer a lot of classes. They often have fun nights for $25 where the kids play games and have open gym. I took one star off because the coaches don’t really communicate with the parents or offer feedback. But if you ask, they will gladly give it. My daughter moved up to intermediate from beginner after I asked and they evaluated her. It’s a bit pricey too, $150 for 1.5 hour class. $100 for 1 hour class. But in my opinion, it’s the nicest gym in this area. Overall, we love SGA!
Yolanda: This is the first review I ever wrote.First I want to remind people, there is no such thing called trial class in this place. If you want to try the class, you will have to pay for the full month tuition. If you are not sure you like one of the classes, be careful about the payment. Because if you don’t like the first class, you get trapped to finish the full month. The manager is also rude enough when we asked for a refund for the remaining class( for first month because we were forced to pay full month to try the class)! The reasons we don’t like the class, the coach we experienced just tries to make kids feel exhausted stating that builds kids muscles, while without correcting any wrong movement. The one of the assistant coaches just stand aside watching, no guidance or help to kids( the other assistant coach is very good in showing kids the right movements). Think about the result of wrong movements day by day. Also the younger kids(age 5) are always at lowest priority in using the downstairs equipments, and there are various “reasons” keeping ~15 kids upstairs(which is more suitable for age 2-3 kids) , who should be exposed to the right equipments. This is a place that collects money, not a place really puts kids development in high priority. I would never bring my kid again!
ROB B: I think this is a great place for all the kids to learn a new art of gymnastics and to be successful and great so if you want your kids and grandkids like I do for my little granddaughter I think you should have a look see and they just may fall in love with it like mine 👍👍👍
Yunzhi Hu: Both of our kids come for gymnastics and the experiences are mixed. My six year old likes it and her coaches are very nice and patient. My younger one, who is three and eight months, is less so. He is still learning how to follow instructions and gets completely ignored by the coach since day one. Almost every time, my wife and myself had to take turns to deal with him for the entire 45 minutes, and the three coaches hardly help (on average the class size is seven). Today, one of them complained that my son wouldn’t follow her instructions (to be clear she is telling the truth) when I am also trying to help him follow, and asked me about his age. Frankly, taking this class is more exhausting than probably any other activity (outdoor, reading). So we are never going to come again even though we need to pay for the rest of the month. Here is my recommendation: If your kid cannot follow let’s say 80% of the instructions, I would strongly recommend against going here. Otherwise I hope you are of better luck.
Courtney Elstad: Best gym in the area. We love our gym, and we LOVE coach Destiny!
Yvette Norona - REALTOR: This is a great place! The staff is amazing and the location is clean and relatively new. Lots of class options. Check them out!
Lovey Snowflake: I love being here and I have been here for about a couple months I think this place is wonderful❤️.
Suresh Jayaraman: Our daughter goes here for Gymnastics. Very spacious, great Staff with good attitude. They have made some changes now so that parents and Guardians can go inside the facilitie and sit next you where the kids are being trained. For beginner classes they have senior staffs paired up with junior kids(staffs). It's been only few days now so i cant comment on coaching yet. I will keep the review updated based on feedback from my daughter.
Casey Kiefer: We love SGA! We had a birthday party here for my two girls, and they claimed it was “the best party ever”! Kids ages ranged from 5-11, and all kids had a blast. Coach Destiny made the party extra special with her personal touches to the decorations, and she kept the kids busy with games and challenges throughout the party. We were there for 2 hours, and had to drag the kids from the gym at the end - no one wanted to leave! My girls have already asked for their birthday parties to be there again next year!
Viral Trivedi: The facility and staff are amazing. They are very professional and very friendly with kids. My child is coached with coach Destiny who is very humble and creative in personal growth of every child. The techniques are taught with simple words and lots of fun. We highly recommend this facility.
John Johnson: SGA is awesome!!! We have had a child in the gym since May 2021 and watching her growth has been so much fun! The coaches are the BEST!! Coach Destiny got our daughter really excited about gymnastics and pushed her! We love Coach Destiny and now our daughter is in Coach Dana and Coach Maggie’s class and she is having so much fun! If you are looking for a fun place for your kids you need to check out SGA, you won’t be disappointed! We have held 2 birthday parties at SGA and they have been the funniest parties! Coach Destiny had the party area decorated and did a great job providing a great time for the kids!
Rajanikanth T: Spacious and good equipments.
Jessica Fitzgerald: We are enrolled in the preschool gymnastics classes. These classes are very well run and we really enjoy the coaches. They are patient with the kids. The place is super big and they have the latest equipment. My daughter always has fun here.
Monique Kennedy - Wesley: Awesome place! My Daughter absolutely loves it. The coaches are patient and supportive.
Susmita Debnath: My daughter is taking class over there for almost 2 years.so what ever I have noticed they dont have any fixed coach. Coach get changed very frequntly who again get started from bigining. They mostly focus team students general class students are neglected..they dont even gat chance to use the equipment only team student get those facility.. and it is overcrowded.
Shane Lepock: We have been at SGA for just over a year. During that time I have watched my daughter grow as a gymnast and find her love of the sport again!
Mary Jane: Great staff and great equipment. Amazing all around.

Carolina Legacy Tumble: what do users think?
kimberly branch: This gym has been the healthiest while asking for hard work that I have experienced. I will say rachel the owner is awesome!
Angela Powell: We love Legacy! The Owner and Coaches are top notch. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this gym! 5 stars all the way!!
Janet Luciano: The best coaches anywhere!!! Nice facility too, but it’s the coaches that make it the perfect place for tumbling classes. They encourage the student to move forward with new accomplishments, but NEVER at the expense of safety. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. We travel here every week from North Raleigh in work traffic because this is the only place we want our boy to learn and train. We have been disappointed in so many other places, never here. He loves tumbling, and loves Legacy Tumbling. This is the first time we have ever been satisfied that he was moving forward safely. The warm ups are good, instruction is great, and the attention to safety is commendable.
Griffin Jennings: Great place to work, great place to tumble. Lots of space, good equipment, knowledgeable coaches, and great energy to take your tumbling to the next level
Yoana Nin: My daughter goes here and they are amazing!! The staff is great and kind. Awesome place!!!
Bilal Saib: Great place for all those who want to go above and beyond school cheerleading. Pub nearby is added benefit for parents.
Carol Pihera: Everyone is so great there. They all make you feel like your family.
Courtney Vigil: WARNED by other parents but didn't listen....My daughter attended Carolina Legacy cheer academy for tumbling since my daughter was interested in gymnastics. We were then “invited” to join have her try out for cheer at 7 years old. The disorganization of days of cheer and times made us miss classes. Then asked to participate in 3 hours a week of cheer which is a lot for a young child. She changed teachers more times than I can count. After attempting to participate even through all of that, we find out a week before that mandatory practice for competition is during a week of vacation we’ve had scheduled for a year. She can’t even compete?! So there goes 2 months of practice for nothing. So we have withdrew from the school and forced to pay $440 for signing up as well as $150 a month to the total of $740 for this terrible experience. The school’s response: Be grateful we didn’t also charge you an additional $500 for withdrawing.
Korry Nguyen: great location and great coaching staff!
Jon Hinrichs: The staff is wonderful! They all have so much energy and drive. They've instilled many great qualities in my daughter.
Amy Libbus: The staff is professional, friendly and shows great enthusiasm interactimg with the kids. We've taken tumbling classes and been part of both non-travel and travel Cheer teams. The location and Cheer team practice times are very convenient.
Tamara Burns: This gym is a true family. We love the coaches and the owner Rachel Lee. They have developed my child in so many ways. Cheering is only the beginning. This gym is a great choice for any level of athletic ability.
Holly Biron: We attended a preschool class here with Coach Carlos. Coach Carlos is awesome! My daughter's coordination and grace improved rapidly and now she's always hanging upside-down on the couch and at the playground. The staff is great. This is a very friendly gym.
Taylor Bell: Great staff

Peak Gymnastics Academy: what do users think?
Samantha Meany: Most caring coaches you'll find around :)
Rivers Hodge: My wife and I have tried to contact this academy several times about getting our daughter involved in gymnastics. They have no answered any of our calls even during their work hours. My wife contacted them on Facebook and they told her they would get back to her and never did. She even sent a follow-up message and they saw it, and ignored. Very unprofessional.
Mike Faber: Its the small gyms that should get the best love. Good coaching, time well spent learning skills, and they always are putting the kids first in their intentions with progression. One of the best gyms I've been a part of!
Benjamin Cogan: Fun family friendly environment.
B B: My child went to a gymnastics class at Peak gymnastics. At the end of the class, I noticed that my child was standing next to another child who did not have a mask. The child that did not have a mask was paired to work with my child for the entire hour of class. When I spoke to the instructor about it at the end of the class, she stated that the child’s mother simply forgot to bring her a mask. This was disappointing to say the least. I asked why was the child even allowed to enter the class or the gym without the mask as these were all elementary school aged kids. The facility put not only my child and family at risk, but everyone else in the gym. Furthermore, the gymnastics coach will now potentially be exposing kids in the later classes. Lastly, there was absolutely no distancing between the kids during class. This gym may be fine under normal circumstances, however these times are anything but normal and if the gym is to hold indoor classes, they have a responsibility to protect our kids. This gym is at best, irresponsible.
Jo Garvin: We have been doing cheer at Peak for 3 years and d rec gymnastics for a year prior to cheer. All of the coaches have been great but coach Sammy goes above and beyond to have the girls be their best self. We love our experience at Peak.
Emily Dean: I have always loved going to Peak for Open Gym and using the various equipment and floor! The facility is also super clean with kind staff which definitely makes the experience that much better.
Graecie Vrchota: Great coaches and a clean place!!
Christine Balen: My daughter has been going here for over six years first on pre-team, 3 years on the gymnastics team and now she has just started her third year on the All Star Cheerleading Team. All the coaches and staff have been great with her. Peak is like a second family for her.
Kira “Kam21” Pritchard: I love this gym, everyone is like family to me and I always look forward to practices!! Everyone is so nice and willing to help, all of the coaches are amazing!!
Luis Gonzalez: Kids enjoyed their summer camp this year. Real friendly staff.
Crafty Cat: We’ve been at Peak for 2 years now and I have not been disappointed with my experience. The front office ladies are kind and helpful and the instructors are also nice and competent. We were at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs previously and it was such a zoo there that Peak is a welcome break- smaller and more intimate and a little bit more laid back.
Greg Booker: Love allll
Christina Davoile: We had a good experience until I was abruptly told via email that my son with autism should take a break to “grow up just a bit”. Disappointed in the communication.
Katie Holak: I don't care for this place at all. Some of the Mom's and kids are extremely snotty and judgemental. I had to pull my daughter from the trampoline and tumbling team.
Heather Hayne: Toddler Open gym on Wednesdays is amazing, love that they offer this for the littles. My kids love coming here and playing around on the equipment and getting their energy out. They especially enjoy the trampoline, open floor space, rope swing, hanging on the bars, mats, foam pit, and balance beam.
laurie k: I completely disagree with Patrick. My daughter has been going to this gym since it opened, and we've had nothing but good experiences. Coach Brittany is tough on the team girls, and she doesn't even teach the rec classes. She is strict with the team girls in order to teach them the discipline it takes to become a high-level or elite gymnasts. I definitely wouldn't call it screaming. These girls are in the gym 14-20 hrs a week and they can be stubborn just like anyone else who's tired, and Brittany cares about the girls like they were her own. Correction to technique is a required part of a coach's job, and is necessary to train gymnasts. Her daughter is occasionally there (with a babysitter), but not running AMOK as Patrick claims. And as for the marijuana comment, well...I have to ask, how familiar is Patrick with the smell, and why? All of the coaches at Peak, in my experience have been kind, helpful, and informative. One of the best gyms in the area and a welcome addition to Apex.

Grace Gymnastics Academy: what do users think?
Irina Perdew: This is easily the BEST gymnastics studio for little girls. In full transparency, Grace Gymnastics and Olga Borisovna are the reasons we stayed in Cary, NC. A new house, job, and place to live can be easily found across the US, but there is no other gymnastics like what Olga has to offer. My girls love the practice, make lifelong friendships with their teammates, and learn their bodies without any unnecessary pressure yet with so much motivation. Not to mention all the competitions and travel they get to do which also builds their confidence and independence. What else does a parent want?
Cecil Ho: It's amazing to watch my daughter bloom under the watchful eyes of Olga at Grace Gymnastics Academy. Olga is able to safely push my daughter to her physical and mental limits with patience and care. She works hard to keep her students engaged and motivated. She fosters teamwork organizing training camps where her students get to work with other teams.Olga is very meticulous when it comes to getting the choreographies right. Her teams have consistently won medals in competitions and this is due in no small part to her ability to fine tune the girls to work together as one.I highly recommend Grace Gymnastics Academy to anyone looking for a healthy and fulfilling activity for their daughters.Thank you Olga for all you do.
Yakunicheva Irina: My daughter has been doing gymnastics with Grace Academy for 3 years and enjoys it very much! Her teammates are her best friends now. Olga, the head coach, is result oriented and caring at the same time. Girls love her!Such a supportive atmosphere definitely helps girls achieve great results!Several teams that Olga coaches were participating in the international and local competitions and were among winners there.I can absolutely recommend Grace gymnastics for anyone who is interested in performing on competitive level.
Nazar Cemeniuk: We are very pleased and highly recommend Grace Gymnastics to those who want experience high level of training and fast progress. My daughter only been there for about half a year and now she’ll be going competing at a World Cup in Austria. Olga will make sure your child gets the best and highest quality training, and she works great with kids. Highly recommended! And super pleased with progress.
Laks K: Result oriented, excellent and hard working teacher who cares and motivates her students to be hard working as well, even with the language barrier. Our daughter's very fortunate to be included for classes and as parents, we are very thankful for all the attention and achievements.
Grig Zhebrunov: This is the place where every girl's dream comes true: to be a part of a world-class gymnastics team and make new friends! Olga is the best coach ever! A former professional gymnast, she's a very creative, determined and nice person. She will take gymnastics in the U.S to a whole new level. Join her team today to become a part of the success!
Marina Khrapavitskaya: The atmosphere is amazing. Olga is our favorite teacher and kids go there with pleasure

Trent Ayscue: Excellent run gym. Great place to learn and excel in gymnastics. And make new friendships.
Meryem Chehdaoui: Outstanding communication and services
F. R. (Effective Problem Solving): Amazing place, amazing management and nice, clean, comfortable facility. We have seen and visited many around the Raleigh area and this facility by far is the best!!!
Christopher Thurow: Positive:ProfessionalismGreat coaches, owners and culture. We moved from another gym two years ago and have been very happy!
Carolyn Faulkner: What a great gym for my daughter the past 5 years! Everyone there is so nice and patient and we love it!!!
Stacie Wolf: They do not handle high energy preschoolers well... a lot of sitting and waiting. The teacher my child had spent more time worrying about if the kids were sitting on their spot than actually teacher them.
Gina Rodriguez: My daughter loves this place !!!
Reema Bhattacharya: One of the best gymnastics place in NC
Beth Eades: We came to the parent and me class for a few months. My daughter learned some things, but was all over the place and just not ready. When she was old enough for a class on their own, we tried another gym to see how they run their preschool program and it was NOT safe. We went back to TAG and are so happy here! They keep the kids safe and have extremely patient teachers! Can’t say enough good things about them.
Kristen Smith: The front desk staff are so helpful and accommodating. They are very easy to work with on new schedules and make ups. My girls love taking classes, too!
Kayla Cyrus: went for a trial for my 2 and 4 year old. The staff was unfriendly and fellow parents were as well. I was so uncomfortable. Lots of Bad vibes. I will not be coming back. Do better TAG.
Avery Sullins (Avery Sullins): The best place for my child, she loves going there. She is on excel and loves to compete. Plus she loves her coaches
Jonathan Murdock: Excellent gym, high quality programs, and most important TAG provides knowledgeable Coaches who will push your child to be their best with love and compassion instead of fear and intimidation that you hear so much about in competitive gymnastics. We wouldn't want our girls to be anywhere else.
Michael Purcell: Fantastic place and my kids love learning there!
Ashley Blackburn: Great coaches and atmosphere! My child is on the optional team and she loves it!
Christi Vereckey: Fantastic Coaches! My daughter LOVES TAG!
