Tracey Johnson: Was trying to find an item the website said they had in stock. Couldn't find it, or anyone to tell me if they had it. Don't waste your time, if you don't need it right away, order it.

Jackie: How come the fitting room is closed. They said they are short of staff but you dont need a staff to operate the fitting room right? Extremely unreasonable for a clothing place without a fitting room. What a shame for such a large brand.

The BULLETPROOF UMBRELLA: Met a Deyonte... most helpful associate.. ever... seemed over worked but.. put an above and beyond effort. Funny enough.. she's not a sales associate.. she actually does there window display person. Yet took time out to make me feel special. I was ignored... may have been my.. not care to impress attire. She makes me want to continue to shop there. I know nobody really reads this... but.. she is a cut above. I got management vibes..

Kimberly Evans: Clean store. No line. Cashier not great at sharing steps to use loyalty program, had to suggest it myself and then wouldn't work without wifi but that was not shared until after app wouldn't work.
David: Dragged into H&M by a tireless shopper, I found the hat I'd been seeking at the right price ($14.99), and was able to quickly check out. Next time I won't need to be dragged there; may go on my own.
