She is experienced and knowledgeable, and also very kind and friendly (to everyone, but especially towards her trans clients). I originally considered going to Milan for laser and went there for a consult first, but Milan's business practices rubbed me the wrong way and I didn't feel that they were being totally honest with me. I never have to worry about that with Andrea. I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option!

    Mykah Bourgoin: I first came to Andrea from a recommendation from my doctor's office when asking for a trans-friendly provider, and was informed that Andrea is whom they refer out to, since so many of their patients have had nothing but praise for her. I first made a consultation to do electrolysis because I didn't understand how laser worked, and didn't think it would work. Andrea took the time to educate me on both processes, and made the recommendation to do laser first, because it would be long term cheaper for me. At follow up appointments I would be so excited at the effectiveness of laser, and keep asking if I should switch to electrolysis for the remaining hairs. At each time Andrea patiently explained to me the options, and the costs and benefits of each, and while she advised on a course of treatments, she respected my right to choose what option to go with. In all these cases, Andrea has advised me of the path that will cost me the least to get to where I want to get, even though strictly speaking, it would have been more profitable for her to not do so, and just let me start with electrolysis first. At every stage, she has advised me from the perspective of what was in my best interests, while remaining respectful of what choices I wanted to make. I am currently in the middle of undergoing full body laser hair removal.During sessions, Andrea has repeatedly delivered on time start and end times, and provided a clean, safe and friendly environment for clients. Andrea is very friendly, and helps to pleasantly pass the time of the session with various topics, and during more painful parts, has done a great job helping me focus on something else during them, and working with my tolerances.I have seen amazing results working with Andrea to date, and will continue my sessions with her. Every time its like for 30 minutes appointment, I am only getting treated for 20 minutes only. I should be treated for 30 minutes. Not like, if appointment timing is 11 -11.30am, during the treatment you are doing your own things in between. She is very good but needs to be more professional. She should use alarm clock and treat for the whatever duration we are paying for.

    OMG! Ashton was so amazing. She was very patient during the entire service. She kept the dialogue open to assist me with my anxiety. This made my session better and tolerable. She gave me follow up directions to assist me with the after care. I went in dreading the pain but she made it better just by distracting me with general conversation.     I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now. Prices are great, Brazilian sugaring service has always been great. I’ve had a handful of different employees help me with my sugaring, but the current manager is top notch – super educated on the process, inviting, and super happy with my results!

    I went and got a Brazilian and my legs sugared here. Imani took great care of me, made me feel super comfortable, played music, chatted with me through the whole process. I’ll definitely be going back!

The first week I could see a lot of hair and I was a little bit frustrated, but as Dana told me all that hair was going to be falling off and no coming back in the following days after the treatment, and they did. After a week an a half, almost 85 to 90 percent of my hair was gone. And it feels incredible. I just got the second one and I can’t wait to see the end results once all the treatments are done.     Casey saunders: Best decision I ever made! I have always struggled with very coarse hair; and a lot of it! Plus I have sensitive skin. So everything I did to be hair-free would irritate my skin- razor burn, razor bumps, ingrown hairs, etc. I was getting wax treatments when it was recommended that I go with a more permanent solution (because my skin was that irritated). I looked online and saw really good reviews for Corlase. I called to request a consultation and even during the call, Dana herself spoke to me on what to expect and educated me on a lot about hair removal. So I felt good about going. I've been going for a year now and plan to continue treatments on other problem areas. Dana makes you feel very comfortable, she is judgement free, and easy to talk to. The laser left very dark discoloration on her upper lip for weeks after each session and didn’t reduce any hair growth. My daughter decided to stop going after the third session because it was so bad. When she addressed this issue with Dana, she acted as if it was no big deal and told her she cant keep “looking in the mirror too much.” We thought maybe my daughter’s skin just wasnt suited for laser hair removal. A few months later she decided to try another place (Milan Laser) and had a wonderful experience there. It was much less painful and she has not been experiencing the discoloration after sessions. It is also a much more pleasant and professional experience. Not sure what Dana’s laser did but I definitely do not recommend coming here.

I am a female over 6 feet tall and have struggled with dark facial hair since I was a teenager. As a teenager, I spent hours pulling out each hair on my face and neck. Prior to this, I had received two bachelor's degrees, in education and psychology and had successfully operated my own retail business for over a decade. I started my esthetics career with a large national franchise in 2012. There, I became a lead esthetician and trainer, and in a short time developed a loyal client following.

    After mastering standard techniques, I gradually developed my own superior and time-efficient method, which results in less pain and hair breakage. I have discovered that all waxes have different properties, and as a result, I use only the highest quality wax, developed and manufactured by a lab in Italy.
