Ordered a burgerFI cheese burger no burgerFi sauce... and guess what? They put the burgerFi sauce on there.4. Ordered a burgerFi burger with a lettuce bun... and the lettuce had BROWN spots all over it (not red). While still not harmful, it is not appealing for a $2 uncharge.So if you want Fries that a kid wouldn't even eat and a food order that is wrong... Order from the place via Doordash, so you can't send it back.
Tyra Trevino: First time eating here and was not impressed. It felt very impersonal, none of the employees acknowledged us besides the person that brought our food out. Almost all the indoor tables were dirty and the condiment stand was mostly empty. There were like 5 employees at least there. I could see where they prepare their ice cream stuff and it looked messy and unappetizing. The burgers were not cooked the same, we got 1 that was slightly under done and 1 that was well done and they were both pretty tasteless. The chicken was not impressive either, kind of bland. I would rather go really anywhere else for either. I will most likely not come back unless forced to, and even them I probably would not order anything. I heard good things about here but didn't find any myself.

Told that they waited to make it because kids meal hot dog was out of stock. They would cancel the kids meal (since who pays for food they don’t receive) and can just get my burger.Proceeded to go with the burger and canceled kids meal, and went on my way.Got home and took a bite and the burger was extremely undercooked. Had to throw it away.Waited a couple weeks to see if I at least got my return for the canceled kids meal, and so far it’s been just under 4 weeks and nothing. Submitted a request and complaint through their website and never heard back.I’d avoid this place. Wish I could give it a 0 for the fact that they charged me for a meal and lied about canceling it.TL,DR: didn’t get full meal, charged full meal. Undercooked burger. Michael Talerico: Tried it for the first time and loved everything! The burger with the fried mushroom was incredible, and the fries were everything I could have hoped for. But the milkshake was the best part, I got the triple chocolate brownie milkshake and the brownie bits in it were salted which made the whole drink so much more delicious. And I got the rainbow sprinkles for pride month for which they donate to a LGBTQ+ rights organization with each order. The general manager, Melissa, was incredibly helpful and friendly in getting us exactly what we wanted as well as chatting with us a bit. We love places with friendly moments like that, so we will definitely be back to see her.

Everything tasted amazing. Not fast but fresh. The Ping pong balls were all deflated so my kids were bummed not to be able to play. You can usually find a spot within 30 yards of the door, but if they are very busy there is a lot of parking within 1-2 minutes' walk.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground. Curb cuts. No problem.

Both times the burger tasted like an over peppered McDonald's patty that's leaking grease everywhere. Fries are regular and plain. Left my stomach churning and eventually got sick. Felt so much better when it was gone.Service was okay, the staff seemed nice for the most part but all I did was order from the counter and pick up my food when it was called out.Atmosphere is weird and dark. It's an old western themed saloon type place? But there were flies buzzing around quite a bit when I went, which felt really at odds with the wide open burger topping bar in the middle of the establishment.
Rob Pond: We have been patronizing this establishment for years and have always enjoyed the food. However they are now Charging a 4% up charge on the use of the credit cards, and no fee if you use cash. What bothers me is that at the door it says a 4% discount if you use cash, but it not really a discount for using cash it's a 4% up charge for credit card use. We have decided that we will no longer Patronize this business. That credit charge that they receive for using credit cards is their cost for doing business. I don't know of anyone in the restaurant business that is charging for the use of your credit cards! Very upset about this!

The old guy(cook) refused to accept that I only got 15, but would not come out to look. Accused me of throwing 5 away. So in the end I received 15 wings but paid for 20. No refunds or nothing just a sorry. But I would prefer my 13.00.

The fries are really good and they have a variety of sauces to choose from, but the cheeseburger isn't my favorite. The bun is too big for the small patty so I was mostly tasting bread.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of children at the location I went to so they must be doing something right.
Gayle Carter: Just had a bad experience at what was one of my favorite places to eat fast food. Went in with about 20 minutes left until closing. 3 employees very obviously ignored us as in we don’t want to serve you. Finally one of them came to the register and I ordered a chicken sandwich and he told me they couldn’t fix any chicken sandwiches. We left and quite honestly I don’t know that I will ever go back. People don’t want to work and they don’t have any regards to friendly service. When I worked in food service we served until our close time. Now they want to be done and walk out the door at closing time. Poor, poor service.

Christine Wei: This was our second time here. The first time, the food took a very long time to come out. This time, it was reasonably fast.Their spinach and artichoke dip is a little too creamy for my taste. The pita and chips were good quality. Their chili is a little on the spicy side, but still hearty and good. I wound up taking the salad to go.The onion rings are fantastic, though! Definitely must get if you’re here.Getting the check processed took a loooong time. The wait times are why I took a star off, otherwise I would’ve rated it four.Getting takeout was no problem at all. I think to prevent the wait time in the future, we may get takeout instead. The Chacha bowl was really good!When we went back for a third time, the wait wasn’t too long. Their Buffalo dip is fairly good, just very greasy. The Santa Fe salad was impressive!Our fourth time here was terrible service-wise. No one seated us, and it took a solid 20-30 minutes before a waitress even noticed us. The wait for food was a while as well. I don’t think I’d like to dine in again after this experience. Also, the Buffalo shrimp is quite dreadful— they tasted like the shells were still on them and they were really tiny.Atmosphere was okay, but the live music was too loud and of varying quality.

aaron live: This is a fun place. Lots of tv's with sports and an online jukebox with folks that play good music. The bartender was friendly and attentive. They had a band outside this evening. We had dinner reservations somewhere else, so we didn't get to watch them. Will definitely go back.I also want to try the on Center too. It's closer to my house.
