Each time, Ed showed up to be certain that the plan was enforced. In addition to this, they were sometimes able to look remotely into my account to help me. If necessary, they arranged a time to be here.There were several iterations of the internet revamp, but the end result was to have the internet service stable throughout my home-which has three distinct floors.The thing about this group is that each and every time I require some help: if my internet is acting up or if my security system is acting finicky, all I have to do is call Intelligent Electronics. The customer service they provide is always available in the same pleasant and professional manner as was present before the sale! How many companies can you say that about? They went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got me a replacement for free. You won't get that level of service at Best Buy. I would go back to these guys in a second.

I drove from Knightdale to this one, it really is the best in the area. Staff is very helpful and honest, with great opinions and recommendations. I’ve found that in addition to the invaluable insight, they have genuine interest in what I’m building or designing.They’ve also helped to correct issues from other stores, whether it be issues with pickups or orders, or other stores not honoring policies (return, protection plans, etc).

Sydney Golden: Went to geek squad to get my iPhone 13 Pro battery replaced which was quoted at $89. I’ve literally had this phone for just over a year and the battery is defective. I got there and I have a small crack in my phone and he tells me that I have would have to pay almost $450 for the crack and battery because they can’t work on iPhones without fixing everything that’s wrong with them. Then when I asked if they really can’t just fix my battery the guy says “well we could - we’re just not supposed to” and then doesn’t offer to help at all. Giant waste of time.

Kaycee Thompson: I’ve been coming here since 2015 for all my electronic needs. The last few years, maybe due to the pandemic, I started shopping online instead. The only thing they offer better than other stores is hands on tech support. If you buy the geek squad protection for your device and it breaks beyond repair, they’ll give you a new one. In 2015 they were open until 10pm and now they close at 8 making it nearly impossible to get off work, make dinner and still have time to make a run there if I needed to. I went there yesterday for the first time in about 6 months and the customer service was subpar at best. I brought my iPad in with the intentions of deciding which keyboard case I wanted for it. It was between two expensive brands and I wanted an expert opinion. When looking at the cases, the security alarm went off which attracted someone I could ask for input from. The employee stood by me as I compared the cases and I asked her questions about them but she didn’t know the answers. I had already done some research online so the knowledge I came with is the knowledge I left with. I did see a streaming microphone that caught my eye, so I thought I should go check the selection of those. There was only one to choose from, but 2 colors. Next time I’ll just buy what I need from Amazon instead of wasting my time and gas to go to this store where nobody knows anything and the selection is sparse. Very disappointed.
