I cannot wait until we can take our HOA under our own management.They also do not hold the neighborhood accountable to existing covenants, like parking on the street. What good is this?

Tonya Crump: If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not surprised seeing all the one star ratings. They are a bunch of unprofessional people and I will not elaborate because it will not be nice. However I will say they need to learn some professional etiquette in speaking with the general public because it is not like you are doing us a favor!!! If I’m not mistaken we pay HOA fees!!!!In response to your post…please don’t post i inf went up due to inflation nand the individua was rude. After I posted this someone reached out and tried to rectify the situation but the bottom line is there are rude individuals who work in the office and I am not the only one who shares the same concern. It is evident in reading several reviews however the person was rude and I appreciate your agency taking accountability rather than lying. Also the person who called me was trying to make it better which at that point it was nothing to discuss then offered her point of contact moving forward in which I am not interested! Lastly if you are going to post something post the facts not lies. ***update***this is by far the worst HOA I have ever dealt with. They are so petty and have nothing better to do but sit in the office doing nothing and send out letters.Not to mention when you call the office they are RUDE and the receptionist needs a personality!!!

They have been critical in helping our HOA board- and our community as a whole- navigate questions and issues that truly require expertise to understand and get right, particularly because our neighborhood is small and a little different from your typical neighborhood and HOA. Beyond that, Julie and Jennifer are both simply pleasant, warm, and funny people and I enjoy getting to work with them on a regular basis. I don't think I would've made it on the HOA board for the last year, or that I'd be interested in continuing to serve in this role, if it weren't for Julie and Jennifer's support and high quality customer service.

The water is gushing out at 3 gallons a SECOND at our community pool and it has been like this for more than a week! I had contacted Laura at first place. How ridiculous that she didn't do anything about this. Laura needs to pay for the HOA water bill and be fired.

Sammy Jones: If you want to buy a house, make sure it does not have OMEGA as its HOA. read the other complaints, and their reviews on other sites. These people are crooks that just care about money. They will say you are in violation of something, even if it is a small thing. People now know about them, and I could not sell my other house for a long period of time because many people know how ridiculous this company is.

Kevin K.: Terrible company! My association has been with Omega for 3 years now. 17 houses in my community and they charge $650 per month to manage the my "Mickey Mouse" HOA. They pander to the Board of Directors and as you can see from the majority of negative reviews on google they make up excuses for their pathetic management practices. I'm sure after reading this review, they will have a response requesting more information; which community I belong to, etc. so that they can punt the blame to someone else. Be forewarned, if you are an Association looking for a management company, LOOK ELSEWHERE! The reviews speak for themselves....all 1 star and 5 star reviews. That should make you wonder...
