David Johnson: I was in Apex to pick up some parts and went to On-site Hose to have a Hydraulic Hose made for my Excavator. They were very close to where I was going so why not. The hose was a small hose as Excavators go, only 5/8s by 2 feet. I must have a had a sign on my back saying "easy prey" because they charged me $145. Mid-Atlantic in Dunn is where I usually take my business. I checked with them afterward and the same hose would have been less than $60 at Mid Atlantic.

Myra Kitchens: Had a leak on one of our cranes, I couldn't find it and Jacob came out and Assessed the problem and found a blown o-ring. He had it fixed in less than an hour. Great job!
Jack Stevenson: OSH replaced my hoses, but left them able to vibrate on each other causing a new leak in the new hoses (20 hours or lees of use). The second tech secured the hose so they wouldn't rub each other, by adding some covering and a few simple tie wraps. Unforcenately the second tech left a big mess. They used an oil drain pan to catch the old oil. They left the oil pan in a spot that I didn't notice, until it was to late. The oil pan got run over and leaked all over the place and into the ground. They came over to see it and refused to clean it up, wouldn't even carry off their oil pan. Very unhappy with the service provided. They're blaming me for not knowing what there tech should be doing. The service they provide deserves zero stars. In the end I had to pay On Site Hose twice to do the job right.Just run from this company.

Zack Van Hoy: You can't and won't beat this place. I came in on a Saturday to get 2 braided stainless steel brake lines made for the rear axle on my 79' Dodge pick up. My old galvanized bent steel ones were completely rusted out and I did not want to replace them with the same kind. Phil was as helpful, nice, and knowledgeable as they come. He had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. It was a 45 minute drive for me, but well worth it. They were great and I'll gladly make the drive from this point forward because I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!
