maija: I just got back from Andia's with the most mediocre-tasting ice cream I've ever had. Cherry on top was that a single scoop in a waffle cone with whipped cream cost 10 f-ing dollars. It was worth maybe $3 and even that's a generous guess. Not to mention that the employees were impatient while I surveyed the menu (the store was nearly empty and I wouldn't have lingered if it was packed). Also, only two samples per person? Clearly y'all can afford to give out more than that.

How about 17 homemade crowd favorites that always stick around, and 6 new flavours rotating in every month so you can still try something new? How about that delicious waffle cone smell coming from actual cones being made right in front of you instead of some fake canned smell being sprayed by machine. How about the friendliest youth staff who are learning their job skills, take home pints, ice-cream cakes, and giant shakes that have enough calories for your whole weekend? The crazy shakes are fun to eat and always yummy but my favorite item has to be the mini flight, complete with 6 mini scoops of different flavors and two waffle chips. They have monthly flavor specials that change with the seasons and unique flavors like rose pistachio and lavender. They also have sorbets and vegan dishes so there’s something for everyone!When you’re in Cary, Andia’s is a can’t miss!

I ended up going with a chocolate and a coffee flavor that they had. They have a good set of mix ins available as well, and free sprinkles.

Sure there are many pics out there but the milkshakes I saw appear to be a frozen eruption of joy.The line was out the door, we went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, about 20 mins in line but so worth it. ONCE A MONTH, or less treat… for me, you do you just know it’s good. Oh yeah the story which is artistically displayed on the wall is an interesting read while you wait for your dessert.

Echo Townsend: There are a lot of negative reviews about this location and I witnessed them tonight. The problems with cleanliness, customer service, organization, lack of prioritization, all stem from the managers at this location. In my experience, I was skipped over in line not getting my order until after two more individuals. Then the manager asked me to pay after the party of ten was served first. She kept making excuses as to why this was the process, asking us to get back into line so her staff can help these other people. I wanted to pay and leave. Three people were at the register and she continued to tell me these 10 customers after me come first. I was angry by this lack of logic and I told her to stop making excuses and to be quiet. She threw away my daughter’s smoothie and kicked me out with the rest of my merchandise without paying. If their business model is giving out free ice cream because of moody managers, then they are in the correct business. I also observed unclean counters and no hand washing, disorganization, lack of prioritization, and the manager engages in conflicts (escalates them even) rather than promoting a clean and safe environment for employees. I have placed a report with the corporate office and hope they can correct the poor environment and the lack of management skills at this location.

I stopped in today and was flabbergasted by how dirty the place was. 2 girls were working and not one said hello. They looked truly disgusted to be there and their attitudes proved that. I was bringing my son in to celebrate his honor roll report card. We ordered our treats and I was talking while she was making my sons so I did not look at what she was doing. As she went to make mine I looked over the counter and saw what a minuscule amount of toppings she was adding in - literally the least I have ever seen added in when having ice cream at a Cold Stone before. I asked nicely if she could add just a tad more - so she did literally that (about half a spoon full of graham cracker crust). I just ordered the SAME concoction at the Apex store a week ago (a million times better of a location) and for the one I got they put caramel on the top. This girl did not so I asked if she could. She puts a little on then goes to ring it up - charging an extra $2 for the little bit of extra she added. I told her that I had never been charged for just putting the average amount of toppings and she said "well nobody has ever charged you right". She literally MADE ME ANOTHER ONE WITH EVEN LESS THAN THE FIRST ONE AND THREW AWAY THE FIRST ONE WITH THE "EXTRA" TOPPINGS!! Just tossed it in the trash. It was so very wasteful and just beyond ridiculous. My son goes to sit outside and eat his and he said there was next to no toppings in his either. So, it was dirty, horrible customer service AND wasteful. AVOID and just drive out to Apex or another nearby one. In 10 years of visiting Cold Stone I have never had an experience like this. The manager needs to really get on this as the employees are running it down. If there is a short dark haired girl working - AVOID her!

Brenda Byers-Banks: Love this hidden gem! Their dessert is great, but they also have an amazing variety of other food. I tried the Taki street corn bowl and it was an explosion of flavor. It gave salty, acidic, spicy, creamy, and had a little twang at the end that pulled you back in for another bite. I tried the churros which were deliciously authentic. My husband tried the cheesecake burrito and said it tastes even better than it looks and it looks like perfection! They have slushies, fruit cups, popsicles and more frozen delights to keep you cool this summer. Don’t walk, RUN, and get you some!

There was a black family in front of us in line and we waited patiently for their order to be taken. They gave their order and the worker said “okay” and walked away to the back of the store. We thought it was weird but waited because we looked forward to the treats. We waited in line for our order to be taken but we were completely ignored. A white couple walked in and the worker came out of the back, took and prepared their order immediately. Mind boggling. The other black family watched in confusion. I will not be returning and I do not recommend and black families going in hopes of getting served.

Today we visited Geluna Gelato for the first time, and all I can say is Wow!! The Strawberries and Cream gelato was fantastic!! My wife loved her Dark Chocolate gelato! We've lived in Cary for over 8 years and Geluna Gelato is the best! We will be back!

I tried dark choco sorbet (which is gf but still super creamy), strawberry sorbet, and pistachio almond, sea salted caramel, coffee, malted Choco (taste like Ovaltine haha).sea salted caramel is a must try! I normally don't like caramel but that one is LEGIT.

Mary Richfield: Super yummy mango and strawberry sorbet. The strawberry flavors were made from fresh, local strawberries and definitely hit the spot. The mango was perfectly balanced with some lemon that really meshed with the strawberry flavor. Overall, a superb spontaneous sorbet stop.

The consistency is very creamy and the flavors are real authentic! I had dark chocolate and mango and they both were melting in my mouth. I gave a try to pistacchio and coffee and those as well were top notch. Keep going, you folks at Geluna rock!

Hillary Garcia: I tried pistachio almond and the coffee flavored gelato. My husband tried chocolate and mango gelato flavors. We both absolutely loved them and they tasted like authentic gelato. The place is also very cute and the owner is very nice. He mentioned that he trained in Bologna to learn to make the Gelato and his dedication for the craft really shows. We definitely recommend going.

Each new flavor I try is such a fun treat, and in talking to the owners it’s obvious they pay great attention to detail - sourcing local fresh ingredients and experimenting with creative flavors (even some dairy-free ones that are just as good). Shop is super cute and clean. Definitely worth a visit to downtown Cary!

Even tho I love Cold Stone, this location is just bad hygiene wise. I’m so tired of finding hairs in my ice cream, but the last time was outrageous, I found 3 hairs in my ice cream, I couldn’t believe it. They put a bunch o teenagers there and they don’t even wear hairnets or a hat. It’s just their fabulous free hair going inside my ice cream all the time. I’m just done with them.

goutham siddhu: I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and had a great experience overall. The ice cream flavors were all amazing and the toppings selection was extensive. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making the ordering process quick and easy. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side, which may not be ideal for those on a budget. Additionally, the seating area was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to enjoy your ice cream in comfort. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery for their delicious ice cream and friendly service

They have a good amount of ice cream flavor choices and also waffle cones. They also sell ice cream cake in store as well.

Jennifer Kirby: This week we ordered the same birthday cake we order multiple times a year, and received it with little to no mix-in’s ($50 cake so not a small purchase). I took photos and called the store, and was told repeatedly that I was wrong (despite sending multiple photos), that the cake was made correctly, and was given no apology or offer to fix the situation. Basically I got $50 worth of gaslighting. I won’t be going back that’s for sure!

Jessica Ponce-Montano: Stopped by last week after a colleague recommended I try out the Oreo Overload. A blonde young lady with long lashes was super vibrant and professional. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and accommodated to; when she was serving my ice cream, she worked quickly and efficiently while making jovial conversation at the same time. This made my experience very memorable. It is just so uncommon to see people making the time to make you feel welcomed and wanted-- especially in todays generation that is out in the workforce. This young lady had a bubbly personality and made it a point to thank me for stopping by. It made my trip all the more favorable, not to mention that the Oreo Overload was delicious. I cannot wait to go back. This ColdStone has really impressed me! It is clean, has a comfortable atmosphere, and has some real gems for staff. Anyone looking for a fun time with pleasant staff and some tasty 'cream should 100% check this location out.

danielle barry-gass: Ice cream was fine but the service was abysmal. Ordered a waffle cone with one scoop for one of my children- no problem there, then a scoop in a waffle cup for my other. The employee making the waffle cup asked me what size so I pointed out the waffle cup assuming they didn't hear me. They rolled their eyes and asked about size again to which I replied one scoop. I was honestly confused and didn't realize they were asking about the size of the ice cream to go into the cup. After being made to feel terrible at the miscommunication, the staff member started talking rudely about me as they were making the mix-in. I realize they were busy but it was really unnecessary and I'll never go back.

Makes this business look like a joke. Do better.

manish dhanotiya: Service here is very poor nowadays, you have to wait for more than 20 mins for a cup of ice cream, I went with my family there and the staff was very rude, they do not care if there are people waiting, let them wait. Never going back to this place.
