SS Goods: Salesperson hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I called to get information about getting in touch with the owner/manager- he had an attitude and was not even trying to be helpful. As I continued to ask my questions and was getting around to leaving my info - he just hung up! Called back, no answer. Utterly disrespectful and if I was ever going to shop at this store - the prospect of this has now completely been eliminated. This occurred on 5/27/2023 around noon.

M JH: Went in looking for a replacement dual reclining loveseat. Patrick took care of us. He has excellent knowledge of the product line. Patrick listened to our needs and he navigated us throughout the process of selecting the best loveseat to meet our needs. Their interior designer Becc was immediately available to help my wife select the just right fabric and pattern. She also was great! We are looking forward to receiving delivery in a few months.
