Alex Diaz: I had a terrible experience at the USCIS Morrisville office on April 20th, 2023. At 10 am, I was holding the door open for others to come in when the guy at the entrance told me rudely that cell phones weren't allowed. He had a disgusted look the whole time and spoke to me in a high voice. I told him that he could be kind and that I could obey the rules, but he still mistreated us. This person isn't suited to work in a customer service office, and I think his behavior should be reported.I sincerely hope this incident can be investigated and measures are taken to prevent further mistreatment of people who have come to the office for service.

Riannon Rowland: I had an exceptionally unpleasant experience at this location today (9/29) around 1:45-2pm.I had made a 2pm appointment online for this day weeks prior, and when I arrived, the woman checking documents at the door asked if I had any proof of an appointment. I didn't know I needed proof, as I merely booked online and did not receive a confirmation email, nor were there any instructions to bring proof of appointment with me. She asked how I knew I had an appointment, and I told her I knew because I made it for 9/29 at 2pm on the website with my required information. She said they couldn't see me if I couldn't prove I made an appointment. I asked why she couldn't just use my IRCC number I had with me to look me up, because that's what I would use to find my appointment confirmation online anyway. She had me sit down at the entrance to look up my own appointment and walked away.She returned a short time later and managed to figure out that I did indeed have an appointment when I said I did. After my appointment was over, I went to the restroom, but I heard her yelling at me to leave the building, to which another employee had to step in and tell her I was going to the restroom.This was an incredibly aggravating and demeaning experience from start to finish because of her. She was rude and wildly unhelpful; I'd appreciate if someone looked into this and coached this woman on how basic human interaction works, and address her unusual hostility to clients who dare to use the restroom on her shift.

Emily Ramos: Do not recommend this place at all. Almost turning 21 and planning to put a petition for my mother once I am of age. Lawyer Monica Ladd requested records and fingerprints also fees which cost $500. We agreed to the request and moved forward with her. I’m not sure as an Attorney client relationship she would only talk to my mom and never bring me back. I questioned why if I was involved as well. After approximately 4 months of the records and finger prints were requested my mom received a call to schedule an appointment to go over the information. When we got there we waited almost an hour to be seen. From my impression Lawyer Monica Ladd was backed up with her appointments which happen and I understand. When she finally got to us and sat us down in her office she quickly asked why we were there.. we proceeded to tell her some one in her office called us. She seemed to have no clue and went to check to see if she had the records and she did. She had stated it was a lot of pages to go over more that 100. Yet she decided to skim through it in 10 minutes gathered all the important info to just come and tell us that there is nothing she could do due to the Trump administration and we’d have to wait until the election. I felt as she was unprepared and did not have enough knowledge of my moms case. Told us to wait until elections time and told me to go vote. For my understanding I am not the only client she has told this too. One of my family members informed me that she stated that as well. My family member is married to a citizen and yet there was nothing she could do. If you want a caring, organized, time invested lawyer who would fight for your case or at least give you options do not go here.
