corey trevor: This broker, Enzo, did not file my ISF on time and did not tell me until it was too late, and then he tried to blame it on my shipper. I had to call and explain to him how to file the ISF despite the fact he is the licensed broker! He also does not speak English fluently, so communicating anything with him was very difficult. I would not have used this broker from the get-go had i known there would be a language barrier, but he has a receptionist speak for him until things actually get down to business.My misfortune is your benefit, do not use this broker, he will make mistakes that CPB can penalize you thousands of dollars for, give you the run-around, and charge you money for doing it!
