Shalanda “Elisa Rae” Williams: Don’t go to this place! They discriminate against the disable!!! My daughter who is 24 who granted looks like she’s 15 is indeed over the age of 18 and she was denied service. They said she could not come in because on camera she looks like a kid. Never mind the fact that she is legally able to participate in skilled games. Please do not give these people your business they discriminate against the disabled!!!
Doug Jones: Great Staff, Never had a problem getting paid, some of the reviews I read do not reflect the environment this place has at all. It is always clean, they have a door man to ensure everyone’s safety, as long as your win is legitimate they pay faster than 99% of the places around Raleigh. Food and raffles at night on the weekends for customers spending money not people soliciting and loitering. If you like these kind of games and want to hit big money it definitely happens here more then any other place I’ve been to. 4 fish tables, over 50 stand ups, new stand ups with big screens. Smoking room with smoke eater. Two thumbs up 👍👍

S. S.: 36 Centre internet cafe is a scam. They like to cheat their customers. A lot of their customers do not know that the owner controls who he wants to win or who he does not want to win. I was playing at this establishment and won some money but the employee didn't want to pay out the money. The winning ticket had the money on the ticket but she said her shift would be short the money. So they told me to come back the next day to pick up the money. I went back the next day and the owner went on a long spill about that they don't cheat their customers. He failed to realize that his employee are stealing from him and the customers. He was adamant that he wasn't going to pay the winning ticket. So I told him I will not frequent his establishment again and I will be calling ALE (Alchohol and Gaming Law Enforcement) agents to handle the unlawful actions going on at this business. Beware of this establishment.

After seeing multiple mobile orders be completed before our order I was very upset when the barista told me their espresso is not working and would I like to order something else..!! After you made 10* drinks before my order and I waited patiently— why would you wait 20 mins to tell me your machine is broken. Why do mobile orders have priority over orders that are placed in the store? This is ridiculous and it totally ruined my afternoon with my family. And then the barista tried to give me a gift card! No I would like my MONEY back. Thank you
