Today is my birthday, I just wanted a small piece of the best cake for myself.But it was so disappointing to eat it. I wish I had not bought it.

I ordered my sister’s bday cake today (tiramisu) and I thought it’d live up to the usual expectations. However, the cake didn’t have any sweet (I’m guessing they forgot to add sugar in the mascarpone or something). It was completely inedible due to the LACK of sweetness. Definitely let my sister down on the bday cake today and felt like my 50$ on the cake was a waste of money;(

I decided to order a hazelnut latte, but to my dismay, it arrived incredibly light and lacked any discernible flavor. Wanting to address the issue politely, I approached the cashier and kindly requested a remake of my beverage. The cashier was understanding and acknowledged the problem, assuring me that she would gladly prepare a new one.As I stood near a corner with my sister, on our way to the restroom, I inadvertently overheard a conversation unfolding among the cashier and two baristas. To my shock, they were discussing my situation behind my back, completely unaware of my presence. What deeply offended me was their perception of me as peculiar, despite my polite and respectful interaction with the cashier. I had merely expressed my concerns in a courteous manner, yet they had judged me in an unkind and disrespectful manner.The behavior exhibited by the staff left me feeling disrespected and deeply offended. It is particularly disconcerting that the initial rudeness began right from the moment I placed my order, with the cashier displaying an unwelcoming attitude. It seemed as though she had little interest in providing quality service. This entire experience has been highly disappointing, and it is evident that the employees at this establishment require comprehensive retraining.Overall, the coffee offered at this cafe is disappointingly tasteless, and the demeanor of the cashier is both offensive and rude.

ok: breco tea's drinks and pastries never fail to disappoint!! i love this cafe, and its incredible how many different people of all different backgrounds seem to unite over one thing: bread. the white chocolate strawberry cake is to die for! ive had a handful of different drinks here and they were all fantastic, definitely will be adding this place to my rotation of boba shops and bakeries :)

Kitty Tang: Bakeries are great and prices are very competitive comparing to other Asian bakeries. The drink here is not as good as the food, so it’s better to order the drink somewhere else.

Hailey C.: Fabulous space. The interior is gorgeous, and the staff is always so friendly. We come here regularly and always appreciate how consistently good the pastries are! Both the boba and coffee drinks are also nice. I sometimes WFH here to break up the work day - plenty of seating options and outlets.

Vinita E.: Overall I was disappointed with the quality of the cake and sparking tea. The ambience is nice, bright and very spacious. As soon as you walk in they have the menu on the side where you can choose teas, coffee, boba, milkshake and many other options. To the side is a huge bread spread with a ton of options. Everything looked delicious! A friend told me the latte tasted good, however the mango sparkling tea was too sweet for my liking. The mango crepe cake was terrible. I didn't taste any mango and there was a different/odd after taste to it. The tiramisu didn't taste like tiramisu. However the chocolate mousse was decent. Overall I would recommend this place to try their bread spread but I dont have high expectations with their teas or cake slices from what we tried.

Sally Truong: I like the space here. It looks very clean, bright, and welcoming. I ordered chocolate milk tea, coconut durian, black rice, and durian pancake. I am a big fan of durian. In detail, the milk tea is good, but the crystal boba was pretty hard for me. The sweet soup would be more tasty if the black rice was cooked more. I felt it was undercooked, so it was hard to enjoy its full flavors.

C C: We ordered coconut- Dorian & black rice. Not good, the coconut milk came with frozen chunks, the black rice was fine and the Dorian was weird taste frozen fruit. I’ll try something different in the future. Someone ordered Strawberry snow, it looks pretty good.

Nik Blach: The mango pancakes are amazing and are great to bring to friends. They're just mango and cream wrapped in crepes, but they're just perfect and delightful.The bubble tea is nice, though nothing special considering how many shops have it around the area.I think the star of this spot is the shaved ice. It's an experience. Bring a friend to share one with.

They put a napkin on top of the box so we didn’t realize it was a different cake from what we ordered until we got back home. I generally feel people who work there are incompetent and consistently make mistakes. If you make a to-go order, please be sure they put what you ordered!

Emily Ready: 5 stars because it's such a novelty still. Actually used it as a place to take out of town guests. The first time the boba teas were tastier. The second time the tea was met but we tried the ice cream and my guests were so impressed.

Because they’re making everything at time of order, the wait can get long when the joint is hopping. Be patient - it’s worth it!

Animal Crossing: Waited in line for at least 20 minutes to get their tea at Animazement. No prices on their menu at all, so I stupidly assumed it would be the same price as the teas at their store. The total came out to $20 FOR 2 SMALL TEAS. If you're going to charge a ridiculous price for a small drink, at least have the dignity to put the price of it on your menu.

Their boba is amazing and so is their ice cream, but you may find yourself waiting a little too long for it if they’re even a little busy. Staff is super friendly though. Definitely recommend, as long as you’re not in a time crunch.

Alex Elizabeth: It would have been better if toppings were organized by flavor profiles instead of an open list. I’ve never ordered from a boba place like this, and ended up with a drink I didn’t like tho my friends tasted awesome. I unfortunately made the mistake of being adventurous and ordered 3 toppings to try with something that just didn’t mesh well with the drink and the textures/flavors were so different from each other. Not to mention, at least a third of my large drink was filled with toppings, so I couldn’t even use a straw and had to sip out the liquid, and ditch all the toppings. Having the cashier giving a heads up about the textures/flavors of what they’re ordering would be great for a newbie like me, I felt like it was pretty obvious I didn’t know what I was doing. I do like the idea of all the toppings but my drink definitely was very filled with a bunch of stuff that just didn’t taste good.
