GPAZZ: what do users think?
Jacob Goode: Love it!
Emir Akins: Had a great time but $20 a drink is steep.
Annie McBean: As a black woman I found that jealousy is a human curse. I have visited Gpazz on several occasions and none of what was written is believable. One should visit this venue before agreeing with what others may say. I have alway had an enjoyable time at GPAZZ. The food is great as well as the ambiance. Granted to each it's own.Frequent visitor.A
Christian Whittington: Owner of the venue tried to handle booking a show with me. After talking for over an hour, we agreed upon terms and he sent a contract over to me. Time passed and a week before the show, he called me saying he wanted an absurd deposit amount, because he "can't make money on rock shows." I then brought up the contract, which he denied ever writing up, and once I sent it back to him, he tried to void it. After threatening to out his shady business, he called me back and agreed to honor the contract.Fast forward to the show, he showed up just to say hi and then left. Show went fairly smooth with the sound guy running it, however at the end of the night it was plagued with confusion. Money exchanged hands, and when I tried to do a recount, I was assured that the numbers were correct, when in reality we were double paid. The bar staff also was mixing up bar tabs, which clearly had people's names on them. I have no way to tell how many tabs were charged to wrong people, but I know that the chain ended with my friend who attended the show having to pay for his tab which was left open, because they initially charged him for one of the artists who performed. Said artist paid for someone else's tab. The bar staff denied double charging and said the names on the receipts don't matter. My band, which was on tour, reimbursed my friend because the bar staff made no attempt to fix the situation. The next day, we get phone calls saying we need to send money back to the venue. After hours of calls,we eventually just sent a random amount and agreed to leave it at that.Nice room, but garbage management, bar staff, and bookkeeping. Don't do business with this place, especially if you're a musician, or a bar patron.
Zach Walker: They tried to charge me for someone else's tab and didn't care to fix it after noticing the issue.
Rochelle Parent: Cool atmosphere and great service!
