Krystiana Jones: Terrible dentist I don’t recommend that anyone takes there kids to this unprofessional dentist!!! Staff are rough and don’t take there time on there patients !
Crystal Blue: We had to switch because of insurance and today was my son's 1st cleaning. The front desk girl was rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered. His cleaning was awful, all they did was polish his teeth. Even though we take care of his teeth, they didn't even check to see if they needed to scrape any plaque off. Tge whole appointment was poorly done. I will be changing my insurance asap.
Donyell Gray: I have been bringing my son here since he was 4. The past year or so the wait times have been ridiculous. I book appointments for 9 a.m but do not get to even go back to be seen until 9:30 or later because the dentist is not there. Waiting room was full of people and we watched as the dentist drove up. Really considering changing dentist.
Kay Cheatham: Everytime I bring my kids to this dentist it’s always a problem. They are very unprofessional they sit and gossip about other employees while working on clients even telling who’s about to get fired. They refused to see my little brother even after I gave them documentation showing I am his legal guardian and they have bad attitudes. This will be our last time EVER coming here.

Robert McDuffie: Brought my son here years ago once. Surprised the service appears to be just as bad as it was then based on reviews. When I took my son the dental assistant was very unprofessional. My son was scared and she did nothing to reassure and make him comfortable which was surprising since its a Pediatric dental office. It was a horrible experience. And at the end they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule the next checkup appointment. Told them no and never came back. Avoid this place. Take your children to your own dentist. One star is all they deserve

Sequena Pettiford: Very unprofessional… I’ve been scheduling appointments for my children for the last 2 months and I always receive a call at the last minute telling me that the dentist has a family emergency and needs to reschedule. Or their system is down. Long waits over a hour the dentist isn’t back from lunch
tyvisa clayton: This is one of the worse dentisties in Durham. My son has been waiting a month to get emergency dental work done. He's 7. They still charged me for the care that my son never received. Do not trust them with your children dental care. I'm still waiting.

Crystal Jno Baptiste: I have been coming for the past 2 yrs with foster kids in care and every time I come it’s always a problem . I brought a patient here and they refuse to pull a tooth that was growing stated that it would naturally fall out on its own. While the child is in pain they refuse to just wiggle it as they instructed me to do. Imagine the dentist telling you to pull the tooth. I have problems every time I come here. I won’t be back for sure .
McCreightville: We have been to this office for a few years. The treatment by the staff in the past has been very acceptable. However, in recent days things have seemed to go downhill. it seems to be unprofessional now. Just recently the dentist at this office said that three of my kids had cavities. because we have never had a reason to question them before we did not question this. But because the treatment received was subpar we decided to go to another dentist. Upon getting examinations from the new dentist it was discovered that none of the three kids have cavities. I think this is a big problem. So I would caution people who go to this office.
Michie Benavides: If I could rate this place with ZEROS I would. This office is so unprofessional with patients and stuff members. It seems that they never have doctors available, the dentist always try to look for cavities that are not there, always trying to do more than what’s necessary. They always have new people working because they don’t know how to apréciate their employees. You can hear the people who work there complaining of how they get treat it and the faces they make when they talk about their bosses. People there never get train how it should be because no body ever lasts . I don’t know if it’s every office but the Durham office should just closed for good !!
Ivis Gevawer: When I call to make appt.the girl said the office is closed at fridays because i ask if she have openning appt.in friday because I just have off in fridays and She answer me The Office will be CLOSED In FRIDAYS....But I re-check the website and show me the times OPEN Monday-friday CLOSED saturday-sunday🤬😡🤬Whats going on???? IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK DONT GO TO WORK, BUT DONT LIE TO THE PATIENTS LIKE THAT.....!

The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful when you call to get information or appointments. Also, not all the offices handle billing which is ridiculous. I will be looking for another dentist for my kids.

Mia Parker: Worked on the wrong tooth. Very inattentive. As a parent you have to watch them and guide them on what they are supposed to do based your knowledge of the treatment plan. The female dentist is okay. The male dentist--despite his claim of lengthy experience--is horrible.
