Theresa Vonder Haar: We've been so happy here! My son just completed his first year and had the most wonderful teachers. We have no complaints!
Kitson Anderson: Best preschool around! Hands down the most loving, caring and educational staff! Wonderful people surround my children. My children learned art, foreign languages, math and reading. Most importantly, they made lasting friendships and wonderful manners that will take them far in life! Love this school!

Chesterbrook Academy Elementary School: what do users think?
Zlata: I was a student at this school from 2011 or 2012 to 2018 (Pre-K to 5th grade). The website shows many changes since then; the only teacher still at the school from my time there is Mrs. Walker, who was my 5th grade English teacher. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
Carol Jemiolo: My daughter has been a student at CAES for two years and loves it! The teachers and staff are excellent! She has received wonderful and high-quality instruction, which her teachers have been frequently able to tailor to her specific needs (for example, advanced reading assignments). The classes at Chesterbrook are small and personal and the school community at-large has been great! Additionally, the school facilities are quite nice! Very highly recommended! Also, I would be remiss if I didn't give a special shout-out to Ms. Soto (the principal) and Ms. Bolden (the school and summer camp manager) who are a tireless and phenomenal administrative team. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems as if some parents were displeased with a previous principal, but the current administrators are very responsive, professional, and are doing an excellent job! We couldn't be more pleased!
James Xu: We loved to send our son to Chesterbrook Academy in Cary and never regretted for a single second for that decision. Our son enjoyed his time with the school since Kindergarten, and special callout to all his teachers for making his time a wonderful one:Grade K: Ms. RenfrowGrade 1: Ms. JudaGrade 2: Ms. Figuers
WacoTaco (WacoTaco): I was there for 7 years but still don't remember anything about it, no one talks to each other and not many memories were made. It had some of the best teachers and was tons of fun.
Amanda Eckersberg: This school has been amazing, especially with the changes implemented by the new administration. The classes are smaller than in the public school setting, so the teachers are really able to differentiate instruction for struggling or advanced learners. I would recommend this school to everyone who asks!
Linda Salant: We are so impressed with the staff at Chesterbrook Academy and are very happy with our child's experience there. We love the small class sizes, and individual attention given to each child. The teachers are also some of the best quality people around. The relatively recent change in the Principal here brought with it an even better experience than we'd had in the years prior. We plan to stay with Chesterbrook for the duration of our son's elementary school. Also looking forward to the development of their middle school for the years beyond that.
IEMV: The camp says the pool is always broken oh yeah btw you pay a lot of money for 1 slice of pizza.
Asim A: This our third year at Chesterbrook. The school is very academic based and we love it. Parents inputs and concerns are heard and acted upon. The new administration and new principal Ms Soto is very involved and hands on. The administration and teachers are amazing and dedicated. New changes have been made by the principal to respond to ever changing demands of the parents and school academics. It’s a close knit school and we feel our child is safe here. The school now has additional buildings which were completed this year. Great school!!
Dionne Delli-Gatti: If it were possible to score a 0 stars I would. I adore many of the teachers but the administration is horrible. Revolving door of principals with no assistant principal the entire year. Significant additional turn over and other problems.
Mandy Torto: The teachers we had were great but the administration of this school a complete disaster. High turnover, no management skills, and the important selling points of the academics changed at the whim of the principal with no input or compensation (such as destroying the specials offerings promised during enrollment). Technology teacher quit, so they decided to remodel the tech lab instead of replace the teacher, no tech lab the rest of the year, (rather than remodel during summer). Not quite sure how you can teach Spanish twice a week for a year and the students learn nothing. Literally my kids retained more from one day using Duolingo. The promised schedule of personalized assessment and learning for the students NEVER HAPPENED. The principal would change his mind, literally multiple times a day, on programs or procedures. The location and parking and carpool are a nightmare and they are putting portables in the field to expand the school, and taking.up the field. You will not get what's promised and it's pretty high tuition for all the b.s. you have to deal with. The corporations objectives are first, and they cut all the corners they can which will hurt your kids' programs. The assistant principal left so they gave her office to the receptionist, and didn't replace the assistant principal. There was no one to go to with issues except the guy ruining the school. This man won PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR for the ENTIRE CORPORATION across the country, that is disturbing.
Rashmi Srivastava: My daughter is going since a year in this school. We are so happy with our daughter progress in pre k that we decided to continue with the same school for her KG class.Great faculty, teachers and principals!High level curriculum which provides great learning for kids .If you are looking for great educational environment for your kid ,you can go for enrollment in this school.!!
Tubie Whoobies: Chesterbrock isn"t great School, only one think is the problem people don't respect the carpool line when the wait fo the kid I think that's not respectful for other people waiting first.is that only the chesterbrook need to work more respect the carpool line
Jeff: Chesterbrook was a part of both of our son's lives for 4 years. Every teacher we had at the school was wonderful and will be remembered. We are very thankful that we found Chesterbrook when we first moved to Cary and would not go back in time and choose a different school. Although teachers change year after year the leadership has continued to work to always put the best interests of the children as the top priority and this had shown at the school throughout the time we have been there.

Kirk Children's Center: what do users think?
Patrick Watkins: Great preschool with excellent teachers
Amanda Murphy: My daughter has attended the Kirk for 2 years now and we LOVE this preschool. Kirk allows their teachers to take good care of little kids, they let them hug the kids when they fall down, and care for the kids when they are sad. They truly love my kids and what more could you want from a preschool? The focus of the school is fun, with academics mixed in, because kids learn best when you make learning fun. We will be sending our youngest child to preschool there next year until kindergarten. I have nothing but great things to say about this school.

Cranfield Academy - Cary: what do users think?
Addi Hofmann: Staffing is a major concern. Like many others, this facility is very short staffed. They lost a director over a year ago and never filled the position. The assistant director left several months ago and the position has not been filled. The kids/small toddlers are sent back and forth between classrooms to meet minimum ratios throughout the day. Rooms that used to be staffed with 2 people are down to 1 and there is no staff to buffer when someone leaves. This place has been a good home for us (2 kids) for a couple of years and has overall been great fit with caring teachers/staff! I will happily update this review if staffing improves but want others seeking childcare to be informed.**update: 5/9/23: they have hired a director but still have not replaced the assistant director. I’m not sure if there is a plan to. Staffing is still not good and the kids get shuffled around between the classrooms to try to meet ratios throughout the day.
Krystal Hemmingway: My son started at Cranfield in December of 2022 and it has been one of the worst experiences for the both of us. The staff starting with the teachers all the way up into the corporate office are completely unorganized and lack the communication skills necessary to run a daycare facility properly. I would not recommend anyone leave their child in this schools hands.
Ashley Wolber: The staff is so caring and friendly. They really take the time to address each child’s individual needs.
Tara Mylenski: We’ve been happy here, but have some reservations after Cranfield took over a few months ago. Tuition increased exponentially and quality decreased. They are extremely understaffed (current staff is great but overworked and you can feel their stress). The teachers and children are shuffled around way too much, which leads to a feeling of uneasiness for the kids and the parents. I am optimistic things will improve, but I would not enroll my child until number of staff increases greatly and they go back to the original curriculum. The merger comes with a Montessori curriculum, which I did not agree to when I signed up. I’m a fan of Montessori but not at the younger ages of daycare.
D Jasper: My son has been at this Kids R Kids location for the last 4 years. He is getting ready to graduate from their private kindergarten next week. I can't say enough good things about this daycare/school and all of the staff members. They care about the kids and it shows. I feel like KRK has been a home away from home for my son.On an educational note, my son is off the charts in reading and math. Much of this is due to KRK starting their children off on the Letterland program (What Wake county schools use to help teach reading) at such a young age.Thank you to everyone at Kids R Kids for loving all of these children like they are your own. From my mama heart, I appreciate you more than you know.
Kendalton Draper: Absolutely amazing school. My daughter has been there since she was an infant. I have no complaints and my child loves it there. The teachers and staff are amazing and very communicative about what's going on. My child has learned so much from being there. They also offer extra activities like soccer and dance. This is 100% the best choice in daycares I couldnt ask for better people to teach and help my child grow and be prepared for elementary school.
Danielle Quinn: Our daughter was struggling with remote learning at the start of her kindergarten year (she had never attended full time school), so we began looking for private schools so she could attend in-person. KRK Cary were responsive and accommodated a virtual walkthrough so we could meet the teachers and students. We talked about the curriculum and knew it was a great fit, but we never could have imagined how amazing this place would be for our daughter. In a few short months, she went from a reluctant learner with anxiety about school (since the virtual set up went so poorly), to a thriving student who can’t wait to go each day. We know this is largely due to the teacher, Ms. Michelle, who is so in-tune and dedicated to her students. We get consistent, personalized updates about the day and her progress so we can have meaningful conversations with our daughter when she comes home and can continue building on what she’s been mastering at school. It feels like we have an actual support system to ensure our daughter’s success - what more could a parent ask for?
Laura Sokash: KRK did a great job making our children feel welcome as we transitioned into the school in the middle of the covid-19 crazy. The private kindergarten was created this year. The curriculum is organized, educational, and character focused. It is tailored to meet each child where they are developmentally. The school and teachers are advocates for the children and have great communication with the parents. Our child is happy and I can't imagine a better kindergarten experience.
Michelle Studios: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessMy children went to kids or kids almost 20 years ago and they still remember the names of the teachers that were there. Some of those teachers are still there. That says something very special
Christopher Shumake: Walked in on the 4 year old to find a mid-morning game of "jesus loves you," and we followed up to learn about a "blessing song" that starts "god we thank you."Walked in on the 2 year old to find, repeatedly, the class gathered and watching a tablet together. Office denied any use of tablets.Nothing in the center documentation discusses religion, no one offered information on religiously-themed content before we joined, camera feeds are silent w/out microphones, and indoctrinating my children is unacceptable.
Diane Johnson: My older daughter has gone here for summer camp for the last 2 years, which has been a great experience. This year, my younger daughter had a 1 month gap in care before starting kindergarten, and so we put her in the Pre-K class. It was really amazing. The wonderful teachers (Dovile and Sara) managed to spark her curiosity and get her excited about kindergarten, which she had been anxious about. She came home wanting to practice writing letters for the first time! And she was really happy every day at pick up, talking about her great day. I only wish we had taken her to kids r kids earlier! One final comment: both of my kids (even my super picky eater) LOVED the food. Thanks Ms Vee!
Briarly Reed: Kids R Kids is a fantastic early education center! They live up to their motto of hugging first and then teaching. My girl has been well loved and cared for by her "family" of teachers and admin from age 2 until now at age 4. We had hoped to graduate from the kindergarten prep here, but my change in job locations has required us to make a move of convenience. We are so sad to leave you all!! If you are the parent of a prospective student, please know your children will be loved, respected, inspired, and they will learn lessons of character and friendship building far beyond just phonics and basics of mathematics. We will miss those transparent walls bursting with the colors of art and creativity, that open, warm environment. Thank you, Kids R Kids, for 3 wonderful years of hugging, loving, and genuinely caring for our girl!
Wendy Xu: They are not nice for my child.
Amanda Draper: Kids R Kids Cary has been amazing! We love all of the teachers and directors. Wouldn't send my baby girl anywhere else!
Qiyi Yang: 5-star child development center, it’s not just daycare, it’s school that your child will learn and progress every day. Letterland is taught regularly to make your child get a smooth transition when they go to elementary school. Stuff and room teach are very nice and full of love.
Kerri Krasney: Kids R Kids was the best possible choice when caring for my little ones. My oldest was nurtured through a speech delay and is now talking and reading away in kindergarten, none of which could have been possible without the devoted team at KRK. Aside from knowing my kids were getting the best education here, I always trusted they were safe and loved, and that knowledge was absolutely invaluable. Thank you Kids R Kids for being a home away from home for my precious little ones!
Jodi Flora: Loved KRK so much! All the teachers and directors were wonderful.
Ashley Waples: We have really enjoyed the extracurricular activities at Kids R Kids.
Shannon May: Love Love Love this Academy! My oldest was more than ready for Kindergarten which was a blessing because he was able to acclimate wonderful to starting school! Also the teachers care so much for each child not just educationally but teach them in many different facets of life I.e. manners and picking up after themselves.
Elizabeth Hall: Our daughter has been at Kids R Kids for 3 yrs now and we could not be happier. She loves her time there. There are always hugs and love to give.Such a great place!
Vanessa: We've been with KRK Cary for about a year now and we have been very happy with our experience. Our daughter is 3 and has gone from knowing most of her alphabet and numbers when she started to now being able to read basic BOB books and do simple addition. The teachers are wonderful and I like that there is little turnover in both the teachers and the students.

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of West Cary: what do users think?
Brittany White: Worst billing cycle. It's a Thursday first off. Second, there were weeks that they didn't pull payments from my account then they pulled a lump sum out.
Shri Ruge: I highly recommend Kids R kids West Cary. Everyone is very friendly. My daughter enjoyed her class, learned lots of new things, created amazing crafts. Due to Covid she was at home and we were worried on her first day at Kids R kids but Ms. Mary and Ms. Chelsey were so awesome and loving that she enjoyed her first day! Loved the Tadpoles and Watch me grow app. Everyone is welcoming and helpful.
Amy Crapo: I worked here from August 10th 2020 to May of 2022. The owner has refused to change my information so I can access my tax information. The information to do that was given in December of 2020 and as of right now March of 2023 he still hasn’t done it. He has also failed to give others their W2s. Don’t work here!!!
Cristiane Sommer: I was hopeful that this school would work out for our son, but our experience was disappointing. After three weeks, we reached the conclusion that we could not trust our son's teacher and that Kids R Kids was not a good fit for our family. Here are some of the situations that we experienced:- My son had a fever on his third day at school, and his teacher didn’t tell us. Another person who works at the daycare saw my husband in the parking lot and told him. We checked his temperature at home that day and he indeed had a fever and was sick.- To help my son adapt to the new environment, I left him fewer hours at school. One day I arrived during snack time and his teacher was rude with me. She took my son out of my arms and shut the classroom door in my face. She did not acknowledge my apology, nor said hi to me (obs: it was not supposed to be snack time according to the schedule that she sent me).- I tried to send books and toys that my son enjoys to help him adapt. I shared with his teacher the songs he likes to listen to. She showed little interest in my input and gave me no feedback on whether or not my suggestions were helping. Overall, his teacher had very little patience when interacting with me or my husband.- The school’s meals were far off the diet that my son’s pediatrician recommended: lots of healthy fats, protein, and veggies/fruits. For instance, the afternoon snacks were water, milk, crackers, or some variation of that. A small variety of fruits and veggies were offered only during lunch. The only option that they gave me was to offer PediaSure to supplement my son’s diet. And, even so, his teacher sent the PediaSure bottles sealed back in my son’s backpack on more than one occasion. After pointing out all these issues to one of the school administrators, she agreed not to charge us for the upcoming weeks. She also said that, to her knowledge, my son did not have a fever at school. Finally, she told me that the school was going to supervise my son's former teacher for a month. I'm giving two stars instead of one because this school administrator was always polite when talking to me.
Karen D. Boyle: Our son had a great experience at Kids R Kids West Cary. Miss Mary and Miss Chelsea did a wonderful job preparing my son for kindergarten; he says kindergarten is easy! He loved all the different activities and challenges at KRK. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We appreciate the teachers making learning fun and creative, and are thankful for the love they showed our son!
Rebecca Malone: The Best! Both of my girls started Kids 'R' Kids West Cary in the infant room and now one of them is in the Pre School class! My oldest loves going to "class" and is eager to learn. We have since moved out of Cary but choose to drive a longer commute to continue with the teachers, staff and curriculum we love. The director, Tammy, is always professional and very responsive to any questions. I know my babies are safe with her and her staff.
Danielle Carey: We started at KRK-West Cary mid-pandemic and I have been very happy with the care we have received. Ms. Janice helps keep parents informed and looks at each child's individual needs to help them reach their potential. I am a very hands-on parent and I never feel like I am bothering the staff by requesting more information or clarification. We are so happy to be apart of the Kids R Kids- West Cary family.
Alicia S. Wellman: My daughter has attended KRK West Cary since she was an infant. We absolutely love the staff and school. Teachers and staff are very open and friendly and the curriculum is outstanding. We are glad we selected KRK West Cary as our daughters childcare center!
Amar Pillai: Our experience with Kids R Kids of West Cary has been very positive. Our three year old child just restarted daycare after staying at home for well over a year because of the pandemic. The admin staff and principal were very understanding and took a lot of effort to help reacclimate our daughter to the school environment. The teachers are very caring and went the extra mile to make our daughter feel comfortable. They keep the students engaged with a lot of activities throughout the day. The biggest thing we miss is not being able to interact and meet with the teachers because of the safety protocols introduced because of the pandemic. This not anyone's fault and it is required for the safety of the students and staff at the school. To summarize, our experience at the school has been the best.
Amritesh Chatterjee: We had a good tour of the school and we shortlisted KRKWC as our kiddo’s daycare and confirmed the same to school director. She shared all the document and we mutually confirmed to complete the payment and registration on next two days. But in the morning she called and conveyed that position is filled and our son need to wait for next school year. Extremely unprofessional and lack of transparency in communication you can expect from so called 5 star daycare.
Jason Chou: Frankly suspicious of the previous negative review here. *Maintenance: It is bizarre and likely false when she states that this school takes too long for maintenance or repairs when I PERSONALLY have witnessed the owner regularly calling in contractors to fix and maintain the facility. *Paid reviews: NEVER occurred in all of 2020 to myself and never was promised ever by the staff and to any other parent I talked to. *Money issues: Every daycare in 2020 including KRK certainly had to cut back extra staff / cut costs, but their most senior teachers, and experienced staff are still here today. Their basic supplies fee is no different from other daycares in the area. Requesting books / items is solely due to rotating themes and nothing to do with lack of supplies.Throughout the 2020 pandemic, it was certainly scary to have kids go to school or any group environment. After being forced by a previous daycare (All Starz Cary) to leave (banning children from returning to school for 30 days after returning from a safe trip!), we are grateful we found this school to have teachers that were loving, knowledgeable, caring, along with staff that followed professional medical advice and common sense. The fact that I can talk to the owner of this KRK when needed, and communicate honestly with the directors and staff is something that all parents should expect from any daycare. Congratulations to KRK for having a great team, providing an awesome learning environment to my children. Keep up the great work!
Melissa Verdery: If you are wondering why there are a bunch of great reviews all in a row from 2 years ago, it is because they gave each parent a tuition credit to write them. Though I am sure they are sincere, the parents were not excited enough about the school to go directly to google without prompting to write a review. The request was made because every review on google up to that point was poor. This school has wonderful caring teachers that don't last long due to the management. They have recently had a bunch of really great teachers leave the school. They ask parents to bring in colored paper (really, you can't afford a dollar for a pack of paper) and other minor supplies. They don't have a lot of options for books in the classroom and rely on the parents to bring in books to supplement their library. There are repairs that take weeks and months to be made even though the teachers and the directors ask the owner about it. Because they are a franchise they have to abide by Kids R Kids Corporate rules which may not work for all children. Their top priority is making money first and putting what is in the best interest of the child second.
Marjan Ramaraju: The staff and teachers go the extra mile for the kids. They are loving and helpful to us and our daughter. They made her feel welcome from day one and collaborated closely with us for a smooth transition for her during the pandemic. They make us feel appreciated. We really like the care they provide our daughter. Kids R Kids West Cary is great!
Siva Shankar Gadipalli: Management is very rude and no proper payment system.
Matt Gitzinger: Incredibly impressed by the 1) education, 2) the friendliness of staff, 3) the ease of pick up and drop off, as well as 4) the facility. Our girls impress us regularly with what they've learned at KRK. The teachers are incredibly kind and helpful. The tech tools and teacher practices make for a quick visit (especially if you're running late) and the facility is very clean and up-to-date. *I also appreciate the regular communication with us by e-mail and the use of text for any urgent concern. Very pleased with KRK-West Cary.
Brian Rackley: I couldn't be happier. From the wonderful environment to the fantastic educators. Kids R Kids West Cary is 5 stars and my son has been blessed with the experience!
John Bailey: My wife and I have had to move for our jobs multiple times during our son’s early years. Therefore, we have seen three different daycares in the last three years. Kids ‘R’ Kids West Cary is a superb daycare and does it right. They allow for flexibility with dietary preferences and early education intervention strategies. The staff does more than just keep their heads above water with the kids. It feels like they are vested in how your child is progressing.
Sriram Srinivasan: Friendly front desk office and lovely teachers. So far my kids are having a good time.
Agustin and Rachel Xoconostle: Our kids both had a great experience at kids r kids ! They made good friends, learned a lot but also played a lot, were prepared for kindergarten, and I liked that they provided fresh meals prepared there. The best part for us though, was definitely the many caring and loving teachers that they had!
Debbie Phipps: Our daughter has attended Kids R Kids since she was 3 months old. As all parents know, it’s hard to leave your child, but KRK has made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We have been impressed with all of her teachers, and we can tell how much they care about her. Even after we moved away from Cary, we have continued to drive her 25 minutes each way to keep her at KRK because it’s impossible to imagine a better place for her. We cannot recommend KRK more highly!
Mickey Deet: Saw this place on the news. Where a 14 month old got 3rd degree burns, over two years ago! Still no change! Just goes to show the principal and owner still do not care about the children, all they care about is the $$$ and this is just a tip of the iceberg.

The Cary School: what do users think?
Sophia Walter: Our daughter went to the Cary School as a 1.5 year old to 2.5 years old and we loved the teachers and the classrooms. The teachers at Cary school are very warm and developed great friendships with our child. The curriculum was great, with a focus every week on something new, exposing the children to different themes in learning and in playing. Our daughter loves being outside and they have a beautiful outdoor play area for the children and offer a lot of outdoor time. We are moving, but I wish we could pack up the Cary School and bring them with us!
Alysse Campbell: We are so happy here. The Director is fantastic, warm and capable. They are so helpful with my daughter's food allergies. Our previous school, about 100 yards away from TCS, treated the food allergy as an annoyance and threaten to kick her out because of it. I think The Cary School can be more flexible than larger corporate franchises, which makes me comfortable that she's getting the exact care she needs.
Amy Lin Kasper: We love the Cary school! We love the intimate environment and how all the teachers are always saying hi and interacting with all kids- even if they are not in their classrooms! The directors and teachers organize some amazing events for graduation, Thanksgiving, Holiday time and Easter! The directors, teachers, and Mr Eddie all care so much!
Elise Caceres: We absolutely love The Cary School. We have 2 children and have had a great experience in all classrooms/age groups. It’s a huge bonus that a good amount of the teachers also speak Spanish. In addition to the excellent teachers, we also love the curriculum, science experiments, programs the school puts on, and field trips for the older kids! We’ve had experience with 2 other schools in the area, and we’re so happy we found The Cary School!
Jennifer Schira: We’ve been at The Cary School for almost a year and it’s been a wonderful experience. My children are learning, thriving and having SO much fun. All the teachers are so sweet and attentive to the academic and social needs of my children; as a school counselor I can attest that the curriculum offered is developmentally appropriate and a great balance of learning and play. The food is healthy and fresh, the staff is amazing and the rooms are huge and a great place to spend the day. We’re so happy to have found this special school for our children.
Kate Lane: Really warm and loving school, class rooms are big, teachers and staff all really look like they enjoy being there, playground is huge, snacks and meals are somewhat healthy and the teachers know the kids in the other classrooms so it feels small and cozy.
Barry Andricks: Our daughter is really thriving because of this school!
Anna Stringer: There are so many positive things I could say about this school! I love taking my daughter here because not only are they attentive to the whole class but they help the children individually as well! We have been taking our daughter to The Cary School for a little over a year (she is 3 now) and within the first couple weeks she was able to count to 10!! Not only in English but Spanish as well! (Thanks to Ms. Christina) the teachers and staff are very committed to each and every student and this was a wonderful decision we could've made for her growth, not only emotionally and socially, but academically as well!
Jennifer Reed Morillo (Jen): Last year I had been searching for the right place for my son and our family. I had visited several centers prior to learning about The Cary School. Once I visited there I just knew it was the right place for my son. It is a bright, cheery environment – both people and the building/grounds.My son has now been at The Cary School for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but positive comments to share. All the staffers are very energetic, caring, and professional. The school is educationally-focused, and my son is excited to come home and share what he has learned. He loves the fun field trips and has made many good friends over this past year. By the time he starts kindergarten, I know he is definitely going to be ready socially and educationally.I wish I had found this special place sooner when he was a baby. I see the love and tender care that the staffers give to all the sweet little babies.Over the past few months the staffers have been working hard with the children on a number of songs so they could put on a performance for the graduation ceremony. Last week was the performance and the songs, costumes and decorations were fabulous! The children had a blast!
Randy Moran: So glad we found The Cary School. We have 2 children at the school and are happy to say both are thriving. The teachers here are excellent! I appreciate that they place a big emphasis on social/emotional development, as well as academics. They do so many activities (even for the little ones) and take great field trips. All of the staff know everyone’s name and you can tell they genuinely love their jobs and care for the kids. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking. Excellent location and hours too!
Moni_ tattoo4u U: My daughter loves the teachers, it’s a great place to help with her education. I’m so grateful that I founded this place!

Greenwood Forest Children Center: what do users think?
Stacy Lundblad: We love this preschool. Large playground with building surrounding like a fence. My 1 yo is in the youngest class. Shes had a lot of separation anxiety. Ms Tiffany and Ms Sara, her teachers have been great at accommodating what we need to help her. Ms Elizabeth, the director, is welcoming, greets each kid, and constantly helps in classrooms. She sat with daughter several times during her adjustment period.
nasrin sumee: Awesome Place! Best preschool in the whole world!Enrolling my son into GFCC is the best decision our family could have ever made! The teachers are attentive, nurturing, and highly skilled. My son has thrived in this environment and we are grateful every day to have him at GFCC. We could not recommend it more highly!I can guarantee you that this is a safest, fun and loving haven for your children!
Abby Zimmerman: This place is a hidden treasure. The teachers and staff are so warm and caring towards the children. The curriculum is imaginative and fun and best of all my kids love it!
Keit Spahiu: GFCC has exceeded my expectations in every way. My son, Clancy started last year in the 3 year old program, and has learned an immense amount of knowledge. From his teachers Ms. Mitchell, Ms. Kirley, Ms. Bingham, and Ms. Turner to the director Ms. Sandy and staff, they all have been wonderful and very welcoming. I was hesitant at first and worried how he would do the first day as he was 24/7 with me at home. He didn't even cry the first day and was excited to go to pre-k the next day. He has grown so much intellectually and has become very confident and independent, thanks to the curriculum taught at GFCC. After all, who can question a 50-year old school program??! I am very selective as most mothers are when it comes to their children and am not pleased easily, but from curriculum, staff, activities to hygiene, I have nothing to say other than GFCC has exceeded my expectations and I trust them without the slightest hesitation with my son. This year he just entered the 5-day class, Building Blocks, and we still have a chance to stop by to say 'hello' to his 'old' Blue Puppy Teachers from last year. They know every one by name, they are not just a number. They even know my second son's name, Bryson, who in 2 years will attend GFCC also :) Please stop by and visit the school, you will not be disappointed. I am so blessed to be able to send our children to GFCC! Thank you, thank you for all you do for our children!
Munshi Tanvir Chayen: We absolutely love GFCC. My son started in Apple Class and every morning he wakes up and get ready to go to Apple School. Best thing to me while I send my son at GFCC I always feel like he is around nice and warm hearted people who loves children. Only difficulty I always have is with the timing. It falls in my pick office hours couple hour later pick up schedule would be absolutely perfect for me.
Triangle M: We love this preschool! Both of my sons have/are attending GFCC. Everyone always looks happy to be there. They provide fantastic social development: learning to interact with peers, follow a routine, share, etc. They also teach the basics they'll need to be ready for Kindergarten: handling scissors, glue, writing numbers and letters, etc. If you're looking for a rigorous curriculum go elsewhere. If you want a loving, fun, social skills focused environment, go to GFCC!
Teresa Fortner: After 2 of our children went through GFCC and we moved a little farther, we toured other preschools for our 3rd child and put him in another for a year. During that year it was clear what we were missing at Greenwood Forest! The staff and director are dedicated to learning through all senses and in the most developmentally appropriate ways-- from the 2's all the way through Transitional Kindergarten. There is no better place for the foundation years prior to "big school." We have our 4th child at GFCC and would not go anywhere else.
Stacey Mullen: My daughter went there for Transitional Kindergarten. The teachers are all so caring and loving! I just wish I had known about this school sooner! When she entered Kindergarten she was more than ready. I can't say enough good things about this school!
Amy Brooks: What a great preschool! My husband went there as a child and all three of my kids have gone there. You could not find a better staff to teach your kids if you tried! This school has excellent communication and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
Karen Black: We have been to a couple preschools in the area, but Greenwood Forest is far and away the best. The teachers are kind and loving, the class has diversity, but most of all my kids LOVE going each morning! They have learned so much and I feel like they are truly prepared for Kindergarten.
Pam Supa: Our family love GFCC, especially my children. The place is sterile clean and has artistic lovely hallway. It's playground is huge and enclosed. I was first impressed with the director Ms.Duncan's warm welcome and later all my sons' teachers. They are all genuinely nice people and love children.Thank you for what you are doing for all your students everyday.
Erica K.: Wonderful preschool! The teachers truly love the children and give their all to create an exciting, fun learning environment. They provide a solid educational foundation for children in the years leading up to kindergarten.I can't recommend it enough!
Melinda Daigle: My daughter spent 3 wonderful years here and we loved every minute of it! It is run by an amazing director and taught by wonderful and loving teachers. You get a happy feeling every time you walk in the door:)
Lorna Bush: We switched to this preschool because of the outstanding personal recommendations about the director, teachers, and quality of academic and social education. What I have also come to love with two children in the school now is the close community and the collaboration between parents, teachers and staff. My children feel loved and cared for from the minute we drive up. Parents are welcoming and down to earth. I don't feel like I am just dropping my children off to school; this school community has a heart of gold. I also highly value the curriculum's emphasis on social development and self esteem building. My oldest daughter's confidence and poise has evolved over her time at GFCC and I appreciate the attention to manners and practical social lessons. I cannot recommend Greenwood Forest Children's Center enough. The facility is exceptional and well-maintained. The directors, teachers and staff are caring and professional. The curriculum is well-rounded with outstanding music and dance/movement programs. The community is diverse and approachable. Top notch school.
Irina Welsh: This is a great day care center. My child absolutely loved it. She wakes up in the morning (even if it's not a day care morning) and the first thing she says is "let's go to day care". The staff is very dedicated and loving. They keep the children busy all the time - educating them in a fun way, dancing, singing, playing.... But the most important thing is welcome and very warm atmosphere.
