We had a very clear ideas what we wanted going into the project, and their design team was able to turn our ideas into documented plans visualizing the finished project and detailed enough for the construction team to implement. The construction team was easy to work with, timely and provided a quality product. We are very happy with the net outcome.The only sore point was the planning did not consider replacing the floor underlayment, however, when the construction team arrived for a site check, this problem was immediately spotted resulting in a change order increasing the project costs by ~15% before any work had started. Of course, it needed to be done, and the costs were not out of line. Molly B: EZPro Kitchen & Bath did a great job on our renovation. We had a 1960's kitchen with a cut up floor plan. EZPro removed all the walls, reworked the ceilings, including vaulting the ceiling in the kitchen, put in new, beautiful custom cabinets with a huge island. We picked our finishes at their design studio with the help of a design professional and the sales associate. She helped us design the layout and all the finishes, with a great program that calculated every inch. We brought the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook all together in an open layout which is great for entertaining. The before and after is amazing! It was a complex job as well which involved removing ductwork and adding/relocating HVAC as well as replacing the insulation in the ceilings. The owner Greg is a stand up guy with integrity. Jodi McNeill: We did a complete renovation of our bathroom with EZ Pro and we were not disappointed. They took everything out and we started from scratch. They understood my vision right away, and the designer did an amazing job of making it come to life! Everything was explained up front and there weren't any surprises from that standpoint. That being said, as with every project, stuff happens - as we all know from our DIY home projects. We had a hiccup with the tiling, and a tile that ended up knicked by a fallen tool. Both issues were brought to our attention immediately and fixed without any additional days added to the schedule. Sarah Turner: Contract was to replace a tub with a walk- in shower. Miss Stayley did the estimate & assured us we would have the walk-in shower as long as there was not any termite damage, rot or mold which we did not have. We had to pay 1/2 the cost that night which was not mentioned when I scheduled the estimate. The worker came removed the tub & found a pipe that would prevent installation of the shower pan. He called his supervisor who came out & said it would require an engineer to move the pipe & the only option was re-installing a tub. He did not give us the option to stop the job & have our money refunded because it was out of their scope of work (listed on the contract). Instead, he said they would need to install another tub. When asked why he did not offer to stop the job, he said he wanted to make sure we had a usable bathtub. (One of the questions at the estimate was if we had a second full bath which we do) The tub they installed is worse than the original tub because it is deeper which makes it harder for me to get in & out of with knee problems. My husband told the supervisor he wanted to speak to the owner of the company because we did not receive what we wanted. We requested a refund, but the supervisor would only refund the money for the shower doors. We requested to speak to the owner repeatedly. We were told he would call us but did not. We made multiple calls, sent emails to the company and to Connie Stayley that did the estimate. Over 2 weeks later he finally called. We explained why we were upset; we did not get the shower that was needed for medical reasons, were not given the option of stopping the work since they could not do it or offered to have part of the money refunded. He did finally refund $550 of over a $10,000 job. We informed him we would not have paid that much to have a new tub installed and brought up the information on the contract, but he was not concerned. I used this company because of a recommendation I received from a friend, but I would not recommend them to anyone else. They obviously do not care if their customers are satisfied, given accurate information, or receive the modification needed. They do not return calls or emails and if they had looked under our house, they would have seen the pipe and known the pipe would be a problem. On top of that their solution was to let them remodel our upstairs bathroom at a reduced price. How would remodeling an upstairs bathroom help someone with knee problems?

John Petitte: The sales process felt disingenuous, as though they would say whatever is required to achieve the sale, but I understand that some salespeople can come off this way. We looked past that experience and focused on achieving a good work result. The shower itself is fine, but the paint job is abysmal and promises to come back and fix it were not fulfilled. We paid on time, were respectful, and didn't withhold payment for those final fixes, which was a mistake on our part. We should not have been so trusting.

david keedwell: I put a down payment down for 1,894 then 2 days later I changed my mind and. I said I want my down payment back and the salesman said he would hold onto it and they won’t cash it right away. we’ll they cashed the check right away and when I called the main office in NC They said no problem we will refund your 1,894 right away so here I am still waiting for my money going on almost a month!! Called last Friday they said they sent it called Thursday 7/22/22 and they said they sent it last Tuesday 7/20/22 and nothing yet. You mean to tell me it’s gonna take almost 4 days to send a check from North Carolina to South Carolina. In my opinion very unprofessional I would never recommend them.

John Behringer: I found this company on Angi and proceeded to book them for a master bath remodel. We actually contracted for a full teardown to the studs and rebuild. The original bath was circa 1995 and was very basic. We went very high end with the remodel. The first step was a showroom visit and they do have a very nice showroom. However, you should expect a hard sales approach to this visit. There was nothing they couldn't offer but they pushed hard for a check by the end. In fact, the salesman even drove his car back to my house at 9:00 at night to get a check because I didn't bring one to the appointment.Once the contract was signed sales is done with you and your next contact is the project manager. He came out a week before the scheduled start and confirmed some details with me. He was back on day 1, did a QC check 2/3rds of the way through and showed up on the last 2 days. Although this will be your primary contact, don't expect to see him. I want to say he was onsite maybe 4 times but certainly less than 5. Most of the time we communicated through text.You will be given access to BuilderTrends which is your only way to know what is happening through the process. You will have a schedule in there that goes out about 5 days but will always show the next time they want money. I questioned my PM multiple times about the schedule because things on the schedule didn't always occur. My PM told me the schedule is not for me, it is for him to push production to get trades in line for this work. So essentially, my PM told me there is no schedule that I can use.The people who did the work were awesome. I had no problems, and they were always professional and courteous. The biggest issue is that you have no idea who is coming and when. Jobs that were subbed out generally went all day, even multiple days. Jobs that were not subbed tended to be an hour or two. There was a running joke in my family about this because we just knew that 2 hours after someone arrived, they would drive off. The frustrating part with this is that it was like they were trying to show a little bit of progress almost every day instead of just coming out 1 or 2 days and busting the work out.The contractors generally cleaned up after themselves but there was stuff everywhere. I found more than one razor blade laying around which I assume they used to open some of the materials. Just be careful if you have kids or dogs. Also be careful of the guys driving the trucks with the big trailers. I almost lost a mailbox and got to see one guy slam the trailer into their dumpster hard enough to send a reflector into my yard. No worries though, I helped him find it. Just don't leave your cars, pets or kids anywhere near them when they are being moved.20% of the payment is due at contract signing, 20% when "wet work is materially done which apparently means about 2 weeks in and seems to have nothing to do with anything water related", 20% when construction was done which was due when fixtures were installed 10% at completion which was before the final inspection. I refused to pay the final until after final inspection was done and the PM told me he couldn't give me my warranty docs until I paid. I told him I will pay online when inspection passed and he said I will get my docs in the mail. I never received my documents.Finally, and most humorously, the final day the PM was onsite he handed me a paper where I could rate him and then proceeded to tell me that if I gave him all 5's he gets a bonus. That was hysterical. I gave him all 5's because of the sheer audacity of that request and the fact that I was so happy to be done.Final electrical inspection failed but they came out and fixed it though and we passed.Again, the work came out excellent. Jessie Su: The dishwasher broke twice after being used for less than a year, and the refrigerator was always delayed after waiting for more than a year. When I asked when the new model would arrive, They only answered that there was an old model, and soon cancelled the queue of the new model and arranged the delivery of the old model. When I asked when the new model would be available, I was told that there was a month difference between the old model and the new model. I don't know what they were thinking, knowing that they'd been waiting over a year for a new model, only to disqualify me at the last minute. I did say that if I waited too long I would have to use the old model, but why didn't you tell me in advance that it would only be a month apart. Although the electrical appliances gave me a very bad experience, but the design and service of their cabinets are good

Jenn Miller: RUN AWAY!!Lee is probably the worst person I have ever encountered when trying to get my kitchen finished. First, his site had Samsung items ... so after researching for several hours the exact items I wanted, and sending him the list, it took him days to respond to then tell me that he "doesn't like Samsung, go pick something else, like LG". First, LG is dealing with lawsuits regarding their quality of items. Second, I do not appreciate being told what to look at just because it benefits him. So, I wound up picking GE Profile for all of my kitchen appliances. Lee ignored putting the order in for 6 months. Fast forward to the beginning of 2022. The microwave & wall oven combo are out of stock. I am 5 months in my new home, with a gaping hole in my kitchen cabinets where this combo unit should be, and every time I call to ask for an update I get the bored response from Lee himself with "oh, uh, another month." This has happened time and time again. I will be without 2 major appliances for Thanksgiving, and given the track record here, possibly Christmas. The one appliance that Lee's company delivered, again late, his delivery people put severe scratches into my brand new hardwood flooring. He has yet to address this problem.Learn from my experiences and go elsewhere!

Every single person that came to our home while working on the project was very professional and kind. Their work was thorough and they paid close attention to detail at every turn. The only reason we didn't give them five stars was because of a plumbing issue in the beginning but this wasn't the fault of Dream. Jesus was always quick to come over to supervise his team and answer any of our questions. Diego was especially fantastic, very patient with all of our questions and very attentive! Zak Wahdan: These guys worked their tails off and delivered some of the best results I've ever seen! I used to have ugly dark hardwood and they replaced it with some luxury vinyl. The luxury vinyl is extremely strong yet soft to your feet. It's not slippery like normal hardwoods but gives the appearance and feel of some executive level material! I had the first two floors of my house replaced with these luxury vinyl planks and Daniel and his team were able to get the job done with 2 days! Adam Mathews: I recently employed Noble Renovation to finish my basement. The project was to turn my unfinished, 900 sf space into a movie theater, bar area, general purpose room and half bathroom.The biggest thing for me that one needs from a contractor coming into your home is trust, and Steve Noble very quickly earns your trust. My project came with some specific requirements for the movie room, not least of which was a significant amount of soundproofing. Even before the contract was signed Steve did the necessary research to understand it and was very attentive and accommodating of the smallest of details that come with effective soundproofing.We were very satisfied with the quality of his work also. The trim guys he uses were particularly good. He lets you know what work is scheduled that day or week etc and even though we suffered a few weeks delay, not Steves fault, he still got the work finished by Xmas as he had promised.Steve visits the project regularly and oversees progress, updates you etc rather than just calling subcontractors and letting them sort it out. You can probably find contractors that are cheaper than Noble, but his pricing is very transparent and certainly reasonable, and when it comes to home remodeling, you absolutely get what you pay for. We were certainly left content that we got a great product and value for our money.I would absolutely recommend Noble Renovation to anyone looking for any kind of remodel and Steve is a pleasure to work with, who takes pride in both his work and his customers.

Craig Wilson: We partnered with Noble Renovation to build a new three-season porch and to add an upstairs dormer to our Cape Cod. From the start, the team was helpful and engaging. Steve participated in multiple plan reviews with our Architect and immediately brought his experience and expertise to light. As a result, we started with a much better design. Steve’s project management expertise and discipline dictated that every aspect of the project be identified and addressed prior to project start. And once we started, we were amazed at the pace of project and quality of work. Communication was frequent, clear and accurate. The online portal and mobile app were unexpected features and further increased our confidence in the project progress. Steve never came to us with an issue without also having several options; all of which were well-thought and feasible. David Yarnall: We contracted Noble Renovation to renovate two bathrooms. The renovations were extensive and required some minor structural modifications to the house. From the very beginning, their goal was to understand and create the exact product that we had in mind. Throughout the process, they provided excellent oversight of their sub-contractors and communication with us. When we had a problem with the granite that was installed, Noble Renovation took the position that they were not satisfied until we were completely happy with the solution. Ultimately, the granite was removed and replaced with the selection that we wanted. After the renovation, we had a realtor look through our house. He was tremendously impressed by the attractiveness and quality of the the renovation. We plan to use Noble again and are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Your responses to negative reviews are exactly what you get with this company. Carlos is a bully. The judge told you to knock off a third of what you said we owe. Then he told us we have grounds to sue you back for the entire job to be redone with permits and licenced electricians. James Glenos: Overall we had a good experience with AMC Contracting and I would consider using them again for future projects. AMC handled all the demo, plumbing, electrical, painting/drywall, and appliance installation work surrounding our kitchen renovation. This was the majority of the work, and we also added on additional work in other areas of the house (interior painting, bedroom ceiling/floor repairs) that they were able to accommodate. AMC coordinated their work around the work we had already arranged (cabinet installation and floor work) without issue. We were impressed with the professionalism of the workers, and they showed up every day according to the project schedule through completion.Most communication throughout the project is handled via email. This was one of my biggest concerns going into things, but it didn't end up being an issue for us as the project was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner, and we always had timely responses.Service:Remodeling

Ro Ralph: Incredibly unprofessional office personnel who are non responsive at times and very slow at others via e-mail (their stated preferred method of communication) without answering the questions. Office manager never returned any phone calls which all go to an off site call center. A 2 day project took more than 8 days with multiple complaints about the poor repairs, and the work not even completed. Example of workmanship was evident in the fact that a simple trim repair around and exterior door required a complete door jamb rebuild as the workers destroyed the existing one, and while removing the trim to replace, they also destroyed several pieces of siding that then had to be repaired. All caulking had to be redone under direct supervision. Note: the workers were friendly, and one stated that he was unaware of the work that needed to be done because all he gets is an e-mail from the main office with an invoice attached.Services:Exterior structural repairs,Exterior finishing

Sara Lanter: We used AMC Contracting for our Master Shower Repair due to a water leakage. We loved our shower and stressed to them that we wanted the exact same look. They agreed and took their own pictures so they could replicate the shower. The tear down and the tile reinstall went great and their tile work is great. What was never mentioned verbally or in the contract that we signed, is they use another company for shower glass install. We were uneasy with the conversation we had with the Glass Company from the beginning when measurements were taken for our shower glass. We stressed our concerned with the owner of AMC Contracting (due to AMC wanting the another 40% of cost which would give them 90% of cost paid even before the shower glass was ordered or installed). The owner of AMC Contracting, Carlos, assured us that our shower glass / door would be the same as what was originally removed by AMC. The shower glass took twice as long as the original estimate to arrive and we had to question AMC about the length of time. The shower glass install began and it was not the same install as we originally had (like we had requested from the beginning with AMC). The Glass Company owner stated no one told him what we wanted, and AMC did nothing to help us correct the situation, basically stating that this Glass Company does all their glass installs and its up to the Glass Company to fix. We chose to let them go forward with the Shower install due to we need our shower complete — only to find out that there is an uneven gap (top to bottom) between the shower door and the rest of the shower glass. AMC Contracting is no longer responded to our emails (which you communicate with them through emails only), and our last email with AMC was them just emailing us that the Glass Company will reach out to us ASAP and that was 5 days ago. But AMC does not care that the our shower glass is not correct because they already have 90% of the cost of the shower remodel — our mistake. I would not recommend AMC Contracting to anyoneService:Bathroom remodeling

Julio Portalatin: Wish our interaction could have gone better, and I expected it to since they had such good reviews in the past. My experience however was very unprofessional, especially when it came to transparency and communication. Over a 2 month period I asked a dozen times to speak with someone over the phone to get details of my project and was constantly turned down or ignored. Would get one sentence responses to emails that didn't actually answer any of my questions on timelines or what to expect once we would get started.Needed to get this project done quickly and since we were already months into "planning" I paid them 50% upfront. The owner then proceeded to cancel the project THE NIGHT BEFORE they were supposed to start which was only communicated to me 2 days before.It is obvious this company is taking full advantage of customers in this market, choosing who to work with and how to treat them. I just wish they didn't waist so much of my time and turned the job down earlier in the process, before signing a mutual contract.After all was said and done though this was a blessing in disguise for my family. I found a much more reliable and communicative contracting company for the immediate project and many more to come.

Laurel Mulvey: We rarely provide reviews for anything, but we feel Showcase Design deserves a wonderful thank you. We have lived all over the country and done remodeling in every home we have owned. We purchased our home while living out of state, never seeing the home in person, and hired Showcase Design. In approximately 6 weeks they completed a complete renovation of our home. The renovation included: new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, flooring throughout the home, painting, lighting, electrical and plumbing and more. Brittney and Jill quickly understood the style we were looking for and worked tirelessly with us on every part of the renovation. Because of supply chain issues, some choices were not available, and Jill went out of her way to find us a beautiful backsplash for our kitchen; much nicer than the original choices. Each week Jill and Brittney would do a video walk through the house during construction so we knew how things were progressing and would bring things to our attention if they felt we would want to add other items to the project. They were very concerned that everything in the house was perfect when we arrived. Upon walking into our home for the first time we were greeted with flowers, a card and a pillow that says, “Beyond Blessed”. Alejandra Guerrero-Arango: My husband and I contacted this company multiple times for a quote. No one ever answered the phone or returned our messages. I sent them a message on Facebook which they read and didn’t reply to until 2-3 days later. Today I came to eat at a food truck and the owner of showcase design came into the lot kicking up dirt with his truck BERATING the workers and yelled at me telling me he was going to call the police on me for trespassing. Taking my remodel to Kitchen & Bath Galleries. So glad I witnessed this disgusting behavior to confirm they weren’t the correct company to overhaul my home.

Joey Figueroa: I have a background in kitchen and bath design so I know my way around in that regard and I also knew well what to expect. I had three different quotes and Showcase came in at budget which sort of scared me because they were even less than Lowes, and the process at Lowes was such a mess that I wasn't going to touch that even if they had come in on budget.Jill was great to work with and very amenable to what I was looking for. The project wasn't without hiccups but this is my field and I can tell you that there are always going to be hiccups and sick days and a wrong part that got ordered. It comes with the job so just accept it and move on. Also I'd like to mention that there were days I'd notice a thing or two wrong or a bit off but they were usually taken care of before I even had to ask Jill about it, she was very on top of things.The end result was fantastic, I couldn't be more happy with how my kitchen and bath came out. I don't believe for a minute that the other higher priced contractors I had looked into could have done a better job or paid more attention to detail. I would highly recommend Showcase to anyone.

Ashley G: We have loved working with Showcase design! I cannot say enough great things about them. Jill and her team have made the process of remodeling our kitchen an enjoyable experience. They always had time for us and were always quick to respond. It was truly full service; helping us with decision making on so many parts of the process. They truly know design and how to put it all together with ease. We were not great at visually putting counter, cabinets, and backsplash together and seeing the bigger picture and Jill’s advice was spot on. Also, during the install process, decisions had to be made and Jill stepped in when I was not available and oversaw the project, having to make some decisions for us. Her response was “I made some decisions, I just did what I would want done in my home”. This is where they exceed expectations, we truly felt valued and loved being treated like family!

Sarah Mus: We just moved into our new home, and we KNEW we needed to spruce up our KITCHEN! But we did not want to spend 25 thousand dollars or more, which was what someone quoted us!! So we ‘shopped around’ and not only came up with a FAR MORE REASONABLE PRICE, but we also found about the nicest people on the planet!! The owners were great, the cabinet people were great, the tile, the countertop installers, the plumbers... and on and on. They listened carefully to my ideas, and added a few of their own, keeping our budget in mind. Our kitchen could be in a magazine!!! And THEY coordinated it all... as I hate calling plumbers, electricians, and so forth. They did it all. HALLELUJAH!! Beautiful work!
