There were numerous distractions and mult-tasking needs to attend to while he helped me with my job. He was amazing! I walked in the store and asked for packing paper to ship a package, and they were out of the particular item I was looking for. The manager tore off a sheet of paper from their large industrial roll and gave it to me at no charge! I thought this was a very nice gesture and customer service like this is hard to find these days! I’m a teacher so I always appreciate when others show kindness, especially since we are so underpaid and undervalued for the work we do.

Just a warning, don't be late for your TSA appointment at this location!

r srvce: We went in earlier today to order a print to be made. After waiting five minutes of listening to the receptionist order food without acknowledging our presence or even looking at us, we decided to walk out.
Uncommon Outpost: Alpha Graphics went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our printing. The color of our logo can be hard to print, and we have had issues with color matching (from other companies) in the past. I wish we had gone to Alpha Graphics from the start.Shayna worked with us to get exactly what we wanted at a fair price. The quality of customer service we received from Shayna and the Alpha Graphics team was exceptional. They truly cared that we were happy with the products, and we will most certainly be going back to them for all of our printing needs. I cannot recommend this company enough!
