Linda Lowe: Adam (Store Manager) tackled a difficult and stressful request for me less than an hour before store closing time on a Holiday. He was professional, kind, helpful, and results oriented. There were numerous distractions and mult-tasking needs to attend to while he helped me with my job. He was amazing! Every retail venue needs his demeanor and team work.Thank you Office Depot for hiring him. Thank you Adam for being so capable, calm, and reassuring!

Erica Daniels: Visited this location today and received great customer service from the manager. I walked in the store and asked for packing paper to ship a package, and they were out of the particular item I was looking for. The manager tore off a sheet of paper from their large industrial roll and gave it to me at no charge! I thought this was a very nice gesture and customer service like this is hard to find these days! I’m a teacher so I always appreciate when others show kindness, especially since we are so underpaid and undervalued for the work we do.

Angela Maine: I highly recommend the print services at the Staples location in Harrison Pointe shopping center. Darius is extremely knowledgeable and can make suggestions for anything your business needs. I drive past a lot of other copy and print locations just to come to them for their helpfulness and expertise. Don't shop anywhere else!

Katie Sheats: I signed up for a TSA precheck appointment at this Staples location. I was 8 minutes late (my child's bus was late) and they couldn't see me despite the appointment only taking me 5 minutes at a different Staples store. Just a warning, don't be late for your TSA appointment at this location!
Kaky McPeak: I own my own business and STAPLES is around the corner, couldn't be a better place to buy my supplies. There's another office supply on the next block as well, I drive past it to get to STAPLES.

Phirintra Claxton: Today, I went to the store to see any desktop choices, gentleman (store manager i think, sorry i forgot to ask his name) was very knowledgeable and advised me that Dell proposed spec was addequate for what i am looking for and stapples doesn’t cary the spec. He gave utmost care and best experience to customer even though it will not end with any sale. I was so happy that he explain in simple easy to understand english about the computer. I want his store to have some sale so i end up get some spare wifi keyboard and other non essentials. I highlight recommend this branch, service is 10/10.

Great job at this location, in like 2 minutes you helped me with questions, products and even enrrolled me in the rewards program and helped me to download the app. People like this man makes me wanna go shopping every day because of the customer service. I will deffinitely vome back to this store mainly because the nice staff.

Lynda Marie: Do not attempt to use the printer workstations. It will take your money and not give you your print outs. Huge waste of time, helpless employees.
Brie D: This was my first time visiting this location. The staff were kind and the store organized. I placed an online order to have an item printed. It was very quick. The website was helpful with identifying if my picture would be blurry so I had to change it a few times. I am happy I did. The print was perfect!

Miz Steff: I just went into the store to print a label and but a large envelope so I can send an item back to the manufacturer for an exchange. The post office I just left wasn’t very helpful, but Frank and Katie at this store were. They helped me print my label AND THEN, saved me a trip back to the same post office that gave me a headache. I was able to send my package from there! Thank you guys! It may seem like a small act of kindness, but I needed that today. Thanks again. I’ll be back!
