Sherri Hall: No help from these people at all. All I got was lies and more lies. I don’t understand NC at all. Waist of time calling these people they did nothing to help my father. He is still homeless @ 74 years old with health issues. NC does not care about your situation. Tell you anything to get you off the phone. 😡😡😡

Tomerrial N Williams: Just the phone process was horrible, very long message that you had to also listen to in Spanish before selecting an option. No intake given..cut off until Mid Feb...needed help when i called. Not helpful at all.

Official: I called for the first time today and spoke to a man who was extremely rude! He asked me who has custody and I said we have “ Joint Legal Custody.” He kept asking the same question then got frustrated with me and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I have tried more times than I can count to call in during the hours on website, Google, and the prerecorded message on several different numbers given by them over the past 2 weeks and EVERY single time I've reached the same "we're closed" recording. It's beyond frustrating, I understand I'm sure they're very busy, but don't give calling in as an option.Online application though I had great turn around response.
