Ahnesti Allen: Love this place! This is by far my favorite location to visit! Fred and Marnell were so kind and helpful even after I showed up just moments before they closed. These guys are literally the reason I was able to get home safely after dark. I’m so grateful and appreciative and I’ll be back for any more of my automotive needs!!!

I went to the store for something else and he helped me with that even going outside to take a look at me car for the work that was going to be done at a shop closed by.I needed more items, the ones that he told me that I was going to need :-) I called from the shop and when I go to the store the items were ready for me on the counter. The staff was very helpful on the phone and efficient.I recommend this new Auto Zone store. You will get great service.I was crying and praising God going from the store to the shop because I never had the airconditioning working on the three plus years with the car and it had been miserable during Summer time to the point of feeling sick. They were extremely good models to represent AutoZone, and I hope to be able to see them again. They were very kind and patient with me, which is something that I really appreciate from a car part store.

Seems like they were upset that I interrupted whatever they were doing on their phones. This is my 2nd time coming and the employees are always rude!!

Robert Sexton: I stopped to get wiper blades for my mercedes. The guy helping me said they could be tricky to install. So he looked up a YouTube video to show me how to do it. It was raining outside so he followed me outside to help me install them. You can get auto parts at a lot of places, but not service like I got today at this store. If you need parts but need some help then try this store out.

The staff here are pleasant, empathetic, and professional and give each customer attention in the order we entered the store.Michael and Gilberto are the best.I came in for a battery test. I noticed my radio intermittently flashing, knowing the electronics ran off the battery. Gilberto did a great job educating me on how to avoid my battery losing charge and the purpose of the battery test, and what the results mean. I felt so much more confident knowing that I had received feedback from these guys.

Then an older white man walked up behind me and the associate asked me to wait for my part while he helped the person behind me. I've NEVER felt so discriminated against in my life.
