Hi! I'm Woody! I'm an author, speaker, and coach specializing in dealing with everyday overwhelm. I think we all have it, and I think we all deny it and try to hide our insecurities instead of seeking help. I'm on a mission to change that.


As a kid, I realized that there was too much conflict in the world, and not enough love to go around. After spending a decade of adult life trying to figure out how to fix that, I finally realized something: we were all in conflict because we were trying to live life alone.


Because we were all projecting our insecurities onto each other, we fought with each other instead of loving. I realized that life wasn't like a graded test or a work assignment, which could be completed alone.


Life was instead like a rip current in the ocean, and we all needed to be yelling desperately for help!


So, what the world really needed was a clear method for asking for help that worked. And after years of searching for help in various ways that failed, I finally found a method that worked - the H.E.L.P. method.
