Mike Sanders: We just called this store looking to purchase some large boxes. The lady who answered the phone said "Sir I have a line out of the door and it is best you come in and hung up" I run a local busiess and with this kind of service I will order in bulk from uline directly!

Thomas Dettenmayer: I had over 200 pages of medical documents I needed converted to a PDF and this store really took care of me. Another UPS store in Holly Springs next to Lowes Foods was trying to charge me ¢99 a page. Just to have them scanned on my own hard drive. I called this store up just to make sure UPS ain’t really out here bending everybody over a barrel just to have some docs scanned, and they told me “other store is not affiliated” and said to “cmon down.”Great job, great service, even better prices.
Ryan: Closed at least 5 min. before official closing time (4pm) on a Saturday. 3 other people were outside and also had business, but could not because the door was locked. If your closing time is 3:55pm, then display that time instead of 4pm.

One moment I was trying to return an Amazon package, the next I was pushing back on the lady because she claimed she told me she can’t scan the code off my phone “last week”. I haven’t been in the store for a month.Then she stopped pushing back and just stared at me like she was going to punch me. Suddenly I was being bombarded with heavy cussing, which I gladly retuned. Point is, ‘horrible customer service’ is an understatement. Find yourself an alternative location.

I have now contacted the owner of this local shop and they are making fire under UPS the company to get my claim resolved. Given what I now know and the support Dee as the local agent of this UPS store is giving me; I can confidently say this local store is five star, But UPS the global company leaves a lot to be desired!
L K: I've been here 5-10 times in the last 6 months and every time the personnel are so positive, upbeat, and helpful, regardless of the service needed. They always leave me happy and satisfied. I can't remember all their names, but today Brad helped me print some passport photos and other docs for me and like all the other employees there, he was super nice and happy to help me. The friendly vibe they have going is awesome!
Kerry Powell: No service - website says drop by for notary. Did just that. Only person in the store and the two dorks were snarky - “see the sign that says you need an appointment?” Bad service now feels slighted by how lazy these toads were. Of course there is no way to schedule an appointment online. Had to go elsewhere. You should remove anything related to service from your marketing!!

Stacy Lundblad: Was worried after seeing them not taking Amazon returns.Nope, not the case. Totally took em no issue. I even missed the fact that I needed to seal up a box, and she said she'd do it no issue.Great pleasant staff.
Mustafa Soirkas: They looks like does not want to give service. Or waiting for extra money, tips, etc.. And also the store does not have tape. If you need to even inch of tape you need to buy for $5 which all other ups stores sellin around $3.
Joseph Guthrie: Sorry for coming in to the store at 345 (15 min before close) to drop a package. I did not have the label printed and usually other The UPS Store locations will scan my email bar code from my phone to reprint my label. Not this store!! I had to email my label to the store email and pay $2 to have the email printed so they could scan the bar code. Seems very different than previous experiences with other The UPS Store locations. Staff was super friendly otherwise.

She threatened to not ship my package after I paid for the shipment? asking if I wanted them to ship it or not? bad attitude and threatening environment Never using this store again.
Mohamed Abou elkhier: Customer service is terrible, choose any other location beside this one .came in to return a package from Amazon . They told me I need to pay $15 for the box and packing. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. Brooke one of the associates along with Lauren Ovens " the manager " stopped me while I was unpacking. They asked me to give them back the box cutter. Not only that , i wasnt finished and brooke came up to me and said " you need to take those boxes with you which i was going anyways .they also asked me to pay for the packing because I used the box cutter. What made it worst, the manager Lauren didn't even care and she was just standing there. The one star I gave is for the great young man who helped me initially
Dawn Collins: Service here has always been terrible, the people ignore you until they just can't anymore. They act like it's a torture to wait on you. I will be going to another one from now on. The girl who waited on me had been in the back room. She came out and told me it would be another minute. I waited. She took my package slip and thanked me. I asked for a receipt she told me it was in my e-mail. I said that was fine could I have a receipt please. She reluctantly gave me a receipt. I don't know why that was such a big deal. Then she told me the tape she had let me use while she was giving it to me free this time, I would be charged next time. Which would have been fine as well if she had perhaps said, we've instituted a new policy and will be charging for tape in the future. I've never been charged for tape. Please don't try to act as though you are doing me some big favor, CVS is right up the street. Also, my package is somehow missing now and I understand why she didn't want to give me a receipt. She had no intention of mailing it. Amazing how a package I mailed through FEDEX on the same day has reached it's destination and UPS has no record of my shipment. This store should be closed. The people are rude and the service is terrible.
William Fischer: In and out in 10 seconds. Not exaggerated. Worker gave me a tip to keep my reciept as proof of shipping in case Verizon loses my phone I'm trading in. Flawless.

The guy who helped me was truly HELPFUL. He even personally cut down the box to make the stuff inside fit better and save me money. The store was clean, the staff wore masks. I will come here again!

Then asks me if I already paid for my envelope which was clearly prepared before I got there . And the price !$17.02 for an 8x10 envelope.... that was their cheapest price. Hard to believe! The place was total chaos...... I will hopefully be able to go somewhere else to ship .

Sarah Mayo: I have been coming to this location 2-3 times per week for the last couple of years. The staff is always professional, kind and helpful even when they’re busy. Marisol has been especially helpful and patient. I needed some extra help with my Amazon returns and she took the time to walk me thru everything step by step.
Adrian Park: My only experience is with their notary services. The notary will refuse to sign any document that he doesn't have experience with, so he refused my standard signature verification. I don't know what services he can possibly provide if he is refusing something as basic as this.It also made me uncomfortable that for a basic signature verification he asked me for specific details about the nature of my relationship with the person I am an attorney-in-fact for and why I would be acting on their behalf. He also asked me to produce my attorney-in-fact legal documentation, which I did, although this document contains personal information for which he should not be privy to. After all that, he still refused to sign my paperwork with no more explanation than "I am not familiar with this"

Today when I dropped off my package the lady named Marisol was very friendly and gave me a coupon for printing.__________Just a note for myself to avoid this one because I always have unexpected problems here and only here. Like wrong tape, wrong box et c. Google should add a feature to make notes about places for future reference without making them public.

Ajit Rana: I got my document notarised and sent to India through them using USPS postal service. Its been more than month still its not received by my brother.So I have sent my document again through USPS main office and it was received within 15 days.I would suggest going directly to USPS office.Also they charge more amount for every kind of mail service.

Don K: I've shipped from this store several times. Typically I would request rate quotes and I got straight forward answers. Yesterday I requested a rate quote and the person answering was very vague in their answer. I was directed toward an option which was $52. I later learned a different option which cost $9 was available. These 2 different options both were for the same package and the same arrival timeframe. For $27, I actually had an option which was faster than either of the 2 previously mentioned. My inquiries were not answered though.

The papers i sent from (usps)post office were 6.30 oz and i was charged $6.11 the papers i sent through this place were 6 oz also through usps and i was charged $11.25 for the exact same service.
MamitaHel Handmade: So I try to avoid this place because it's alway very busy and the employees aren't super friendly. I had no choice but to use their services today. Must be my lucky day. 1) It was empty and 2) Tracy was working the counter and what a sweetheart she is! She was patient as I tried to figure out my shipping options, and then came after me in the parking lot with my car keys and a big smile. My day started with encountering a rude person and Tracy made me feel better - all because of her kindness.
James Shilling: Not able to ship FedEx packages wirh Walmart return label. Employee was not helpful. Not a good place to ship in my opinion.
