    Lindsay Mohr: I love doing research studies here. It can take awhile to be selected and you have to fill out info on their website and sometimes apply to studies. But it's good money for the work and they're very professional
    Dwayne: The expression is getting paid for your talents and time led me here. I have a friend who is a nurse recommend this company to me to break out of the 12hours shift work just to have it eroded by taxes and benefits. They are career specific studies where you can test a product, give expert opinion and test new items. I have complete several market studies some as a group member but most times individually. Often times your “interaction” is recorded and questions are asked about your experience with whatever you are testing. I have had good experiences consistently. Will keep returning as I meet their demographic and I am available.

That WAS the questionaire. They took your time and your opinions under the guise of paying you... And you've done the work. Analytics is King in this day and age. Don't play their game any further. Predatory. Scam. Borderline illegal. I hope you annoy enough individuals to go after you legally. I wrote this on behalf of my husband who formerly participated in their research when they were actually an honest and legitimate research company.

    Tiffany Frazier: I have had the opportunity to get paid in at least two studies. Its been awhile since I last participated. First in Focus has been reformed since my last visit and provide a few interesting paid studies.
    Dale Beyer: I have participated in several studies at First in Focus. Aside from my own input I found hearing other perspectives on each topic to be informative and, in some cases, helped me to reevaluate my own. The staff at each event has always been kind and courteous and compensation for participation has always been prompt.
    Lindy Anderson: I have been involved with First In Focus for over 10 - maybe even 15+ years as part of their pool of "normal citizens" who may be asked to sit in on a focus group. It is a professionally run company that actually pays you for your honest opinions. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and very aware that my privacy is important. Focus groups are run like clockwork, it is a comfortable atmosphere, and things are well explained. I wish I could be called more often to be in a focus group because it is fun, informative and they make you feel important!
    Nancy Johnson: I’ve participated in a couple of focus groups for First in Focus. They are very professional. I am impressed that if you don’t meet the criteria for the focus group, they do not accept you to participate. You are paid for your time.

    Kalina Cunningham: I have enjoyed the studies with First in Focus, and most of the time they are on point. Recently there was a scheduling mix-up, and they did a pretty good job of making it up to participants, but in the end, we were not able to get the original amount (like if the study had been done as normal and in person). I also had to check in a few times about payment. Other than that, their studies are well run and pay well - with those running the study being very personable and professional.
    John Demers: Have had a handful of interactions over the last several years with First in Focus Research, Inc. They have been very professional without feeling corporate like. They create an atmosphere conducive for the study one might be involved in. Great bunch of folks.

I really like the topics of research for consumer goods and they do their best to make a prospective candidate eligible to participate. Always remember, participation is sometimes difficult to enroll because the clients create the quota and certain eligibility but rest assured, Karan and Susan will do their best to enroll you. :)

    Ashley Chiu: While this facility is smaller in size (it only has two dedicated test suites), it makes up in service. The owner, Karan, is so attentive and on top of needs, which is something you can't get at other facilities of this type. The rest of the staff is also very helpful, and Karan always makes it a point to cater foods that are local and well-known, which is perfect for out-of-towners who don't have the opportunity to get out much!
