I dropped my car off a few weeks ago for service and due to a part being out of stock, had to leave it on their lot for a week. Matthew was very patient throughout the process and understanding of my needs. He followed up with inspection videos and provided clear explanations for the services they recommended. It was a breeze scheduling, servicing, and paying during my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. Evalina Hinton: This review is for Carol Yost,On 6/15/23, I had a flat tire, and called Mercedes Benz of Cary for assistance. I was told to bring car to dealership and to be safe. I when I arrived, the service advisor Mr. Hogg was out on break. Ms. Yost was available, and assisted with getting my car checked in the system. She apologized and explained that the mechanics are busy with other vehicles, and car will be worked on tomorrow. I explained that I have an extended warranty with Endurance, that includes tire warranty. The next day, I picked up my car. Ms. Yost completed the Endurance form and faxed to Endurance. She apologized that car was unable to be fixed yesterday. Ms. Yost was extremely kind. She was God sent. She had a caring spirit, and very personable personality. Thank You Ms. Yost for showing up and being you. I Truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me. It meant a lot.This review is for Jared HoggMr. Hogg assisted with two unplanned need of car repairs. In early June and late May 2023. I had a flat tire and engine problem. Mr.Hogg was helpful and explained all that was needed for the engine. After, I explained that I needed my vehicle back by a certain date, Mr. Hogg accommodated my requests. However, there was an issue by the Mechanic, Mr. Hogg called and provided an update. In knowing my concern and need to have my vehicle returned by a certain date, Mr. Hogg apologized and made sure I had a loner vehicle for one extra day. Thank You Mr. Hogg for your assistance!

I showed up without an appointment and the team welcomed me in (even though I did not purchase my MB from them) - and - they found time in their fully-booked day to squeeze my service in. The Token Group: I would not recommend buying a car from this business. The Mini Cooper S model I recently purchased has been driven not even 5,000 miles before it completely broke down. I have spent thousands of dollars on serious repairs going to certified MINI dealers with the paper trail to prove it. I would really do serious research before committing to buying a car from this business.

I search online endlessly until I find what we want then I start looking at pricing, mileage and extra options the Car may have. I found one we liked at a very good price at Adrenaline Autohaus, I called and spoke with a guy named Jason, he told me he had sold the one I was inquiring about late the evening before. Jason then told me about another one he had just got in and hadn't put on his website yet. It was the same year model with lower miles and had more options he held the price the same I really appreciated that. Jason is a class act and does what he tells you he's going to. I felt because this Mini Cooper never did hit his website I took some pics I hope Jason, can add them to my review, everyone deserves to see how nice of a Mini Cooper Countryman this is. Karlyn McNeely: Bought a truck from them in August of 2021. They gave us this back story about the truck like they knew it’s history. Three months later, we had to replace the engine and multiple other parts. It still needs a new wiring harness and the stabilitrack is broken and we had to get a waiver because it won’t pass inspection.
Jakeeh Williams: They literally sold me a manual audi 2011 a5 quattor said it had no problems. This was my first manual and my dad was teaching me. Literally 2 day later the car they sold me had a whole in the engine block after I bought it and took it to an audi dealer and they said the fix wasn't worth the car 🙃

Mike Keen: I really hate to write a negative review, however, I have tried over and over to have Adam at Cary Imports remedy this issue as he said he would.We bought a Chrysler 200 from Adam on 8/27/21 for our 16 yr old daughter's first car, and paid cash. The radio and A/C did not work, so Adam knocked around $300 off in which we agreed to, as we would get it fixed on our own. So no issues at this point. We left Cary Imports, this was on a Friday after their closing time, around 5:30pm.We drove about 3 miles after leaving, and the car was over heating. I knew that if I drove the car any further, it would damage the engine,. I parked the car and called East Coast Towing. They towed it to TAG Auto Repair in Garner. The problem was thermostat issues, and the radiator had to be replaced due to the car being in a wreck. TAG Auto also pointed out that the car suffered significant front end damage from a crash in the past, but it was not noted on the Carfax. It was obvious that Cary Imports fixed the damage themselves as to prevent a salvage title on Carfax. The new radiator and thermostats (this car has 2 of them) were around $950. I wasn't too upset at this point, as I know this is a $5000 car, and things happen.I called Adam and spoke with him about everything. He said that he would not want to conduct business like this and would like to contribute since the car died after leaving the lot. He wanted a copy of the receipt in which I immediately emailed to him. I did not ask him for total compensation for what I spent. We never spoke about an amount. He just said that he would like to mail me some money towards my costs. I honestly would have been happy with $200, or anything that showed that he has honor, or can reflect good character. It wasn't even about the money. I emailed Adam several times with no response. I called and spoke with another man on one occasion. He said that Adam was not there, but would have him call me when he returned. I updated the man on why I was calling, as I think it was Adam's father, his boss.To finish up, this review is not about money. Again, I would have been happy if he mailed me any amount. My issue is with the deception by saying that "we definitely want to help you out with those repair costs", and then not only failing to make good on his word, but ignoring my emails and phone calls for several weeks. Not only is it bad business, it is deceptive and cowardice. This describes Adam's character, which reflects on Cary Imports as a whole.
