When I was paying I asked what the drink was. He said extra small coke. Corrected that to bottle water. Got to pickup, no shake. When I asked where the shake was, the lady said I didn't order one. Melissa Edwards: The order came out wrong and I went in and asked for the correct stuff which was extra pickles and onions and it was 1 extra pickle(first time it was no pickles on it) so i told the you lady working (20's age black girk with tattoos and gages) that it still it wasn't right and she informed me that one extra pickle should be funny they only put two and are usually and give me an attitude about getting me some extra she was very rude and unprofessional the way she treated me then it took forever for her to bring me extra pickle and onion that I asked her to put in a cup so we didn't have to throw this second Burger away I can just add it to the Burger s*** already made me throw the first Burger away, she had told me to throw it away and I said okay well I'll give it to my dog a few minutes later she came back and asked for it and said she needed to throw it away..I thought her whole demeanor and customer service was very very poor. And then of course when they did finally give me the pickles and onion after I had already went to the bathroom and everything sitting there waiting at least a good 5 to 7 minutes for it a day over did it they gave me enough for 10 sandwiches so I opened it up and put some on my sandwich and left the rest of it on the counter she informed me that I needed to take it and I told her no she could throw it away and that she needed to work on her customer service skills which shocked her for some reason like she didn't already know that anyway that was my take on this McDonald's in particular

I tried to go around again at 10:40 for a simple order I had just placed and confirmed in app, and all lights/displays are off with no responses.Order goes through in app when they are closed, but listed as open. Dishonest or negligent management not updating hours in app = negative review.Otherwise good food, pleasant employees (especially guy with dreads). No issues on the first order. Can’t go wrong with a bunch of cheeseburgers and a fry.

London Simone: The staff is pleasant! excellent customer service abilities! Quick service! There are no long lines! This time, I didn't get any food, but I did order two wonderful McCafé drinks. My ice coffee was created perfectly, with just the proper amount of caramel, coffee, and ice. Caramel Mocha with just enough whip cream was also excellent. I'll surely come back for more beverages. good work Keep up the fantastic work, McDonald's.

Just Me: THIS MCDONALD'S ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I visited this McDonald's on April 13th for lunch. All I wanted was a cheeseburger and some french fries. I went inside and got in line and I waited and waited and waited. Finally I asked the manager if anyone was going to take our order. She waved us off and said something that I think was in Spanish. I'm not going to beg for them to take my money so I left. The guy in front of me also left. Since I was already there I tried the drive-thru. This was also painfully slow. My French fries were cold, and my cheeseburger was old. I don't know if they are short of staff, but the management is definitely short of any reasonable management skills. I will never return. A lady at work recommended this McDonald's. When I went back to work I told her how bad it was, and she said she won't be going there again either.

Jenny: i ordered here two months ago for a spicy mc chicken and was given chicken nuggest around two weeks ago, ordered chicken nuggets and was given a big mac and today i just waited thirty minutes for an order while everyone else here was given theirs first fast this worker gave my order to the wrong person and i had to wait an additional five minutes i do not reccomend to eat here

William Ogle: I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting on 2 happy meals for my kids. Then they had a meltdown and I gave up. Not fast food at all.

Completely incompetent staff running this restaurant, don't know how to serve humans just car windows.Parking: Expect to park your seat in an uncomfortable chair a while if you try to go inside for food, it's a brutal wait.Dietary restrictions: If you are seriously hungry, don't dine inside here because you will likely expire waiting on food.
