Hi my name is Eddie Felton I'm 33 years old, married with children. Ive been into the fitness and wellness lifestyle for about 10 plus years. I started my journey back in 2011 after becoming a parent of 2 I gained some weight and my eating habits got way out of hand. At this time I was about 22 or 23 years old and I guess my metabolism slowed down and I was still eating like I was 16 lol. Of course by this time family and friends had noticed and the jokes started coming in lol so after reality set in for me I started hitting the gym and researching to come up with a solid plan to lose weight. I was working overnight at the time and I would eat what I thought was healthy and workout like crazy and I did lose weight but not exactly the body I wanted. I wanted to be ripped but most important I wanted abs. A 6 pack!! lol what most people aim for. After about a year or so I finally figured it out all the hours of killing myself in the gym and this whole time it was my DIET! The results seemed like they were overnight once I just made a couple diet changes. I started eating lean meats with more fruits and veggies and drinking more water. Most importantly portion sizes. Me getting in shape led to more opportunities such as becoming a model. At this time so many people would ask how I did it and what exactly I was doing. I wanted to help people so I started creating diet plans custom to the individual. That worked for some people but for others they didn't have the time dedicate making the meals. I totally felt that because for a while my wife was making my meals for me lol. I always had a passion for cooking and growing up would cook for friends and family. I even took culinary for about 3 years in High School leading up to graduation. I decided I would help people at another level and not only provide the plan but provide the meals and once I saw this was something that so many people needed in their lives FeltonFit Meal Prep was born and to this day that's exactly what our mission is to help as many people as we possibly can!
