The business transaction was super easy and friendly. We purchased a quantity of 6-pieces and it arrived today. The product packaging tells a lot about the quality practice of a company. Apex Waves' product packaging was excellent (American Quality & Services).
dicrano: Apex is responding very quickly and correctly. Sometimes the problem is pricing which is very high cause off the supply and demand. I do understand this, but 2-3 times the price is too much. We will continue to do business with them if needed.Paul from CN Rood Netherlands

Jeff Slade: I have never experienced such an inability to act both professionally and honestly.Firstly they failed to honor the delivery time and denighed receiving our funds despite showing them evidence that they had. They then cancelled the order and to make matters worse they delived the component many weeks late. Despite stating that they had not received the funds?The component when received tested out OK but was incorrectly assembled.I will not be dealing with them again.

Devin P.: People there are knowledgeable and informative. I knew little about high power power outlets when I went in, and was able to get exact parts I needed by describing my intended usage.
Mark Paterni: Called during off hours for an air conditioning emergency and branch manager came in on his time to sell me the critical part I needed to repair my unit. Guests in the house, 90 degree weather, my air conditioning service company could not respond until Monday. State Electric Supply saved the day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
