Bill: Glad I discovered them last year. I had another company come out and they told me I needed a new heat pump. I contacted United for an estimate on a new unit and they told me I didn’t need it. Rash fixed my problem last year and came out this year for the spring checkup. He is very professional and knows his stuff.
boontish: Not only did the first person who answered the phone not know what services their company supplied, the person who called back lied that they were able to provide services they couldn't. On top of this the tech couldn't do any of the work that I had scheduled because he didn't come prepared. I assume that the person who lied to me also failed to communicate what I scheduled to them. The tech told me I would get called back to schedule the work I had asked for, but that they couldn't finish it because they weren't a roofer. I never got a call, but that didn't stop them from sending a bill for wasting my time and making me take off work for nothing.
Jackie Dodge: I had Ed come out to do an estimate for a while house humidifier. In the following two weeks, I called three times to ask to be sent the estimate so I could evaluate costs and decide whether or not to proceed. I never got it. It seemed to be a blessing in disguise, though, as I've since been told by several other businesses that no company worth their salt would ever recommend putting a humidifier in an attic - you're asking for water damage. So, I guess, thank you for being unresponsive!

The installation included a year of maintenance for that unit as well as the main unit that was pre-existing. The maintenance check is so thorough, it actually makes me feel confident that we are in a good place as we prepare for warmer weather. Hudson, the technician today, was very kind and professional. I have had amazing service from this company from installation to maintenance. I believe they represent what they can do and they follow through with their commitment. Li-Ping Hsu: Tried to swindle my 80 year old mother. Told her her pump in air handler was bad and it would take 6-8 weeks for the part. And wanted to put in a new one for $4000 instead of replacing the part. Pressuring her to do it. She thankfully called me and I told them to hold off.(This same company replaced out air handler 6 years ago). I found the part online available for next day shipping. So then I call a different company to come look at the heat for a second opinion which you shouldn't have to do that in the first place. He tells me whoever installed the air handler installed the lines backwards.(which they did 6 years ago) He switches the lines like they are supposed to be and now the heat is working better than ever. Don't trust this company. Tried to take my mother for $4k when another tech came and fixed it for $300. I thought these people were good people.

Rebecca: My husband and I purchased an older home where the previous owners had done some DYI ductwork under an addition that was not up to code. We knew this but the rest of the house IS up to code as per the home inspection we paid for and seeing it with our own eyes. One day the HVAC stopped blowing cold air downstairs. Air Secure came out, spent 5-10 minutes tops under the house. The guy came out and said we were looking at an entire duct work overhaul, he wasn't sure how to proceed, and he would have to talk to the owner and put together some numbers for us for the cost. Okay. We called another company for a second opinion and The guy diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. All it was was a stuck damper motor. Air Secure on the other hand ghosted us and never got back to us with those numbers. The guy recommended an entire replacement without even looking at the entire duct work. Robert Johns: I called yesterday and they came out today as I was having some issues with my heat last week during a cold spell. My tech, Will Smith arrived on time, was very polite, and professional. He looked around, checked the thermostat, ducts and HVAC system in the basement. He recommended I get a new filter on amazon but basically said the problem seemed to resolve itself. He said he was in the area and wasn't going to charge me but recommended I get on a service plan later in the spring. Honesty goes a long way in my book considering I know completely f-all about HVAC and could have been completely taken advantage of in this instance.
