I received that info via email in less than 6 hours. Now, that's what I call great customer service! Thank you so much.

The Beauty Queen: I have been in contact with Valerie Durham and she is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen in my life. Please do not expect anything more than her job description from her. She’s guaranteed to do the bare minimum IF THAT! I hate I have to be in contact with her on the behalf of my deceased fiancé this has been a hard time and she’s made it nothing but worse. I’m surprised she is even working in this field being that she shows how careless she is towards people’s situation I can honestly say she’s a nasty piece of work!!!

Y Sheem Estes: I am deeply disappointed with Dr. Radisch.When my husband died unexpectedly during a surgery in late 2014, I met with Dr. Radisch and asked her to do an autopsy on my husband’s body. She agreed and requested a full payment in advance which was not a problem. She did not delivered an autopsy report in the time frame she promised. Subsequently, my attorney and I made a number of follow up inquiries about the status of autopsy but she never responded. After about 2 years of waiting, I sent her an email and asked her to refund the payment since she never performed the autopsy. Again, she did not respond. I hope the way she handled my case is not her normal business practice.
