Everyone was kind, considerate, warm and caring. Phone calls and text messages were returned quickly, and we had a lot of them. They paid close attention to detail even when we couldn't. They helped us plan a wonder service for my mom and made recommendations that allowed us to have a beautiful service while staying within our budget.
