Carolina Partners in Mental HealthCare, PLLC: what do users think?
lauren: Psychiatrist i spoke with told me i needed to stop drinking within 10 minutes of me meeting her, she had no idea about my past with alcohol let alone my mental state. She was rude and told me I should be on medication, when the last time I was, I tried to off my self. Left me crying after our call. I believe her name was Elizabeth. Thanks Elizabeth, for telling me I shouldn’t worry about a diagnosis, but rather should worry about my drinking, as if any other 18 year old doesn’t drink on the weekends.
Jess: I had a lot of issues with this company. 1st person I was scheduled with left before I could even see them after waiting 2 months. Then I was scheduled with someone else a few weeks later who also left. This time I wasn't even notified of them leaving. The third person I actually got to see. After almost 1.5 years (and pre covid) of seeing her, she goes to virtual visits only. I only found out after trying to make an appointment when I had a lot of issues coming up. I ended up finding help somewhere else.
Ryan Morris: Words can't describe
R F: You have to call a number and wait on hold for 30 minutes then they redirect you to the cary office and they NEVER answer the phone.

MindPath Care Centers - High House Rd: what do users think?
Cathy Murphy: I've been very pleased with my experiences with Jennifer Schiappa. I feel respected, listened to and also challenged. She gives me practical steps to work on. I find her to be competent and open-minded. I'm grateful I found her!
Crystal Jones: Horrible Experience. 4 different locations and no receptionist to tell you that you're in the wrong office. Then you miss your appt. And Therapist is long gone, not a care in the world.
Sade Godwin: Although I haven’t received services here and had a minor issue with scheduling, Linda Marshall went above and beyond to make sure the issue was handled. I appreciate the fact that she reached out to me and was apologetic. It shows she cares. I rated this organization 5 stars based solely on Linda.
Campky Gaming: Continuous screw ups with my meds. Constant staff changes. No help from the front desk. I have been here for too long with no help whatsoever. I would 100% recommended going anywhere else.
Jason Alexander: I suffer from depression and reached out to this company to try and find help. I've called their intake department 5 times now. Each time I talk to them I get a receptionist that assures me I will receive a call in 1 or 2 days to schedule an appointment. It's been over 6 weeks since I first called and not once have I gotten a call back to schedule an appointment. Giving up on this place. Disgraceful customer service.
Queen: This practice is a disgrace! High turnover from staff..... sad. I saw 4 practitioners in 3years due to high turnover. No one returns your call and Your literally a number to them. Don’t use this poor excuse of a practice.
Olivia Benson: Not a place that I would recommend. I removed my son from there because the Doctor didn’t want to have my son’s records sent to her from another state. What she was recommended wasn’t working for my son. If I could take him back to his doctor in the other state I would.
Liv: This place is a disgrace. The front desk attendants are trashy and useless. I've seen three doctors in two years because no one in this office stays for more than a few months. I saw Doreen Martin last (who wasn't even a doctor) and after years of seeing psychiatrists, I could tell she was useless. I asked her to write a letter for my school for mental health and she agreed. I then found out the hard way that she ignored my concerns and decided not to write the letter that my school and I were waiting on. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT GO HERE
Michael Norris: I have been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, I was under the care of Carolina Partners in Mental Health. On December 18th, 2017 I was made aware through my pharmacist that my medications had been taken away by Mr. Smith. 2 of the medications were Klonopin and Xanax, which state not to stop cold turkey. I became alarmed of the side effects of stopping these medications in this manner.I called the Eastern Regional Manager who in turn responded that i was no longer a patient and given a phone number to call. I then drove to my pharmacist and demanded to know why my meds were recalled, he proceeded to hand me a note (see attached) by Dr. James Smith saying my medication management specialist was under investigation by the DEA, and that my medication be suspended. I then received a letter telling me the same thing on the 22nd or 23rd. I then went to my primary care physician (along with the letter, see second attachment) who called Carolina Partners to inquire about what was going on. She called several times and no on ever picked up the phone. Hours later Dr. Smith called back and instead of talking to her directly decided to leave her a message saying they would in fact not treat me.This is called Medical Abandonment. Today is the 15th of January and i have not had one single phone call from the practice disclosing this information and the person "under investigation" has moved away. My question is, what is a patient supposed to do if they are suddenly dropped while still under care, without that transition period of helping to find another doctor who specializes in the area of mental health. All of the referrals that i tried to get were mostly taking patients after February. This practice put my life at risk without a second thought, and through no fault of my own.
Ashley Orlovich: Carolina Partners' staff is professional and innovative. When other offices have closed, they continue to grow to meet the needs of North Carolinians. They bend over backwards to schedule appointments quickly through telepsych, med management or traditional therapy. Dr. Smith is fantastic and is very active in the community!
Erin Frazier: I see Mrs. Lyssa Rye, NP. She has been so helpful for me. Always friendly and cheerful and very diligent on finding ways to find what personally works best for me. She’s genuine and caring and I truly feel that from her each time I see her. I was so nervous for my first appointment and she was very calming and sensitive to my nervousness. I’m so glad I was placed in her care. 3
Laura Eaton: I was placed on a new medication that made me very sick (in bed for 2 days straight in pain with severe nausea). I called Kristy Patterson both days. She didn’t call me back until the following week— 4 days after my initial call. She even said she tried to call me back, but I didn’t answer so she didn’t leave me a voicemail. Terrible, terrible patient care.
Tawny Cohen: UPDATE: A woman named Linda Marshall called me not long after I wrote this review and she was amazing. She was very apologetic and asked what she could do to help. I added an extra star because of this. This place is awful. I went through 4 different psychiatrist during the 2 or so years that I went here. There was only one good one and she moved to a different practice. The psychiatrists here are uncaring. I met with a new one and she spent maybe 5 minutes with me before sending me on way. Asked me nothing at all. One just kept trying to one up me the whole appointment. I was telling her the problems I would like to address and she would just one up every problem I told her. If I could give this place a one star, I would. I am so happy I found another place to go so I can wash my hands of this awful place.
Abigail Sheriff: My son was seen at the Raleigh office and we had a great experience. Responsive clinicians, great front office staff, and they take our insurance. I highly recommend this location!
Lindsey Sutton: I never felt comfortable in the Raleigh location of Carolina partners. I switched to the Cary location, despite the drive, some time ago. However, it has been weighing on my mind that others might go there, and feel the way I did. I felt judged. I never dealt with a more cold and calculated medical professional in my life. I wasn't a person. I was a chart, I was notes. She didn't know my name without her clipboard. I never felt cared for. In fact I never felt more like scum of the Earth then When I was in her office. When I told her I was switching to Cary she said "okay!" And rushed her way out of the building before I could pay for my last visit, with a smug smile. She cared more about leaving for the end of the day then why I felt the way I did. I completely wasted my time and money there. ALL that said I love my nurse practitioner in the Cary location.
Gail: Robyn Cassidy and staff are great
TeleRNow Organization: Spoke with the billing department because bill was wrong since they needed to bill my insurance. I spoke to a rude and disrespectful lady in the billing department at the Durham office. The lady even hanged up the phone on me. So I called and spoke with the office manager about my experience with the billing department and she reassured me she will look into the problem. One month later still receiving the same inaccurate bill and having difficulty getting customer service to call me back. Meanwhile, the lady in the billing department threatened to send my bill to collection knowing the bill is wrong. I will be taking this all the way up if I don't receive resolution and will file a BBB complaint.
Mary Kate Dixon: Extremely happy with this office. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but Maria Karandikar has been amazing. My progress so far is all thanks to her recommendations. The staff is also very helpful. Thank you!!!!
Alia Linz: I like the provider I see at this practice office. The staff is friendly and efficient.
Jordan S: Just like a piece of s car, it can't do its job & you hate it....a lot.
Patrick F: I really don't think this facility or its providers. I have been a patient there for a number of years. They have done my medication management. The office itself is in need of updating. It just feels dirty and old. My current provider seems to forget everything about me each time I go. I also have VERY little faith in her abilities.

Harbor Behavioral Health & Wellness: what do users think?
MagickMare: I reached out to Amy, as a veteran suffering with PTSD. She asked me to wait 2 months to make an intake appointment. After the waiting period, I reached out again, and was told she was reorganizing her calendar and would get back to me the following Monday... it's been three weeks of silence. I wonder if Amy has a clue what being ghosted by a therapist does to someone in crisis... either way, Amy Duffy has been an unreliable therapist who has caused me severe anguish & added to my isolating insecurities. I sincerely hope that the multiple 1 star ratings help others avoid wasting their time and money on a therapist who shows little care, respect, or empathy.
Corey Saddler: I hope to prevent anyone else from suffering CPS investigations, months of wasted time and energy with absolutely no results - as a result of using the psychological services of Amy Duffy. Aside from rescheduling multiple appointments, ending hour appoints after 45 minutes, and cancelling because her dog was sick - she filed a report to CPS as a result of there being no response to emails and text messages she sent to one parent over a 4 month period. She never called, texted, or even attempted to contact me with any concerns in that time, and never indicated in the messages sent to the one parent, that there was anything wrong. Fortunately Child Protective Services agreed that one parent not responding to text messages or emails, did not qualify as medical neglect. Furthermore no progress was achieved addressing our daughters self harm, eating disorders, or anxiety, each appointment just ended with being told everything was going great without any instructions outside of filling out a journal - that we seriously doubt Amy ever read. We are father back than we were in progress when we first met with Amy in November, and having to start from scratch. I hope to save others from this terrible experience. I hate feeling like I am performing a public service by having to post a review so others do not fall into this terrible experience. I just wish there was a review like this available before we made the mistake of having anything to do with Amy Duffy or her practice.
Michael Arslan: After telling me that they took my insurance, billing tried to charge me $225 for an intake. They charged my card WITHOUT telling me they were going to do so, and without even sending me a bill. They never took my insurance into account either. Try LifeScape in Apex, they're WAYYY better. However, Karen was the intake counselor and she did an exceptional job. I felt really comfortable with her and I was very impressed. The 1-star has nothing to do with Karen's job (she was wonderful). My overall experience was terrible due to billing.
Jerrell Coats: Poorly trained staff, extremely uppity and way over priced...avoid if possible.

Fellowship Health Resources, Inc.: what do users think?
Coty Thomas: So I heard about Fellowship Help Resource 3 weeks ago from a friend, I called and schedule an appointment, the earliest I could be seen was 3 weeks out. Which is a long wait for somebody in my position. So she Scheduled my appointment for April 16th at 2 o'clock. The day before the reception calls to confirm my appointment and asked me to be there 30 minutes before, to fill out paperwork. I remind you they scheduled it for 2 o'clock, so the day of, I walk in at 2:00. I was unable to be there 30 minutes before 2 b/c of another appointment. Since I arrived at the time they scheduled me (2:00) I thought I would be fine "it's just paperwork I thought", WRONG!! The woman at the front desk pushed my appointment back to May 2nd because I wasn't there 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I feel like who ever makes these appointments should account for the time you fill out paperwork. Not ask the day before your appointment for you to be there 30 minutes before. I feel like I should've been seen b/c I arrived at the time they scheduled me. She knew how much paperwork had to be filled out, and it had to be completed before you see the doctor, So why not schedule me 30 minutes before my time to see the doctor. Now b/c of her lack of Communication and time management I'll be waiting to receive help until May, 2nd. It makes me feel like if your really there to help people you just wouldn't be so easy to reschedule them and then for another 2 1/2 to 3 weeks out..! On May 2nd I hope to have a better experience and also to write a better review. -Thank you-Yours Truly,Coty L Thomas Sr.
Gregg S. Sanders: Have been calling for a month trying to get scheduled for an appointment to start treatment haven't got one response yet very poor Services I feel
