Fleur Claudette Amorosi: My aunt bought this beautiful watch for me in December 2022. Taylor was our sales rep. She was patient while we were picking which styles I wanted. Some links needed to be removed. Unfortunately the links never made it to my bag and when I realized it was missing, 2 days have gone by. I called the store, spoke to Taylor and she told me the links were accidentally thrown away. Caleb, the store supervisor, said he'll take care of getting my links back somehow.I called back 2 weeks later to follow up, spoke to Emilia Ala-Mattinen and she said she had found my links! We coordinated a day for me to pick them up.
Elder flooring Rm: I bought a new watch when I opened it from the box it was not working and I went to change it and they told me that it was not possible in a lady who has very bad service I do not recommend this store do not buy there
Deborah Sansone: Enjoyed Michael kors I went in to see the prices of purses but you have to be really rich to afford one which with my income I just looked.
Dr. Scott Hewett: This isn’t a review of the products or the store as a whole, just the representative I dealt with for our return. A young guy told me that I had to have my return slip printed in order to do a return when the email states “if you don’t have access to a printer bring this email with you”. He read it and moved on. Then he wanted the physical card I made the purchase with. Told him I bought it online and didn’t use a physical card. Then he got snarky and said “well if you don’t have a card then how did you make the purchase then??”. Apple Pay? The numbers are stored online. Showed him my Apple Pay matched the receipt, he moved on. Then he wanted me to confirm my initial purchase receipt to match the return slip I had already brought. Sure here you go. He finally processed the return. I smiled and said thanks so much! He wouldn’t look at me and just mumbled “mmhmm”. Don’t know if he’s having a bad day or they are trained to not want to accept returns but the store should hold some customer service training.

MK, give that woman a raise!
S Watford: This store has improved on it's customer service. I saw more people of color and can see myself making a purchase. Beforehand, I wouldn't buy anything and told myself I would never step a foot in that store. I will return.

It was very neat and the customer service was awesome. My daughter walked away extremely happy as I did also. I can't say the same for my wallet, but I'm extremely proud of her. It was well deserved. Michael Bonventre: You can almost always find some great deals on clothing and shoes. The spices and tools section usually have some awesome prices as well.

Roman Al Saikat: Doesn’t have enough collections. Better to go to others Ross stores in Raleigh or Durham.

Anurata Hridi: I always find what I need here! However, there should be more fitting rooms with more space in it, so that there is a lesser chance of finding piled up garments as I enter the fitting rooms.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

Aimee R: I politely addressed the cashier regarding an item that had no tag and no other like item , I compared it with an item that fit closely and the cashier gave me an attitude for no reason. I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.

Joni: Don’t bother shopping for clothes between 9-10pm here, you won’t be able to try them on prior to purchase.Was told tonight at 9:40pm by the sales associate at the dressing room that they close at 9pm. I asked her why and was told they had to be cleaned and clothes put away.Went over to Ross and was able to try on a couple tops, no problem.

Nicomi Kloempken: If your ok with searching thru yesteryear's stock...your in luck. And upon checkout, they actually had 3 real life people doing check out. Floor was chaos, boxes all over, hard to shop comfortably. But they do have things to get for gifts. It was messy at best, but the staff was working very hard that morning stocking; everyone was pleasant!

Falan E: I find that this location is known for poor customer service. The store should be run with self check out services if there isn't a real threat of theft. The staff interact with one another but never gesture to even say hi to its customers. I've experienced this on numerous occasions. Seem unhappy with assisting customers. I guess all their time and energy is on keeping the store organized and clean because that's all I've ever noticed.
