Raleigh MEPS: what do users think?
VinceGtv: Just a bunch of civilians who wish they were Drill Instructors, everyone you have to deal with here is a complete joke.
Pamela Knight: Absolutely ridiculous! How are parents not allowed to see their children enlist? Now mind you, my husband served twenty honorable years in the Navy and retired, yet, we are not allowed to go inside. Our oldest soon went through MEPS in Virginia but it was roughly 6 years ago and experiencing this life changing decision is meaningful. Here we are, post COVID, and Raleigh MEPS is not equipped to handle visitors.
John Seller: Whoa hoah, buckle up and gird thy loins if your plan to join the military and have to go through here. I went through years ago and it was, as expected, a LONG hurry-up-and-wait kind of day. However, the real "trauma" occurred when I met with the chief medical officer at the time (not sure if she's still there). She really brought to life the immortal words of Jack Nicholson, aka Colonel Nathan Jessup, who once said "my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives." I get it - you're joining the military and they "have neither the time nor the inclination" to treat you like a human being. But dang, she was extremely dismissive and overly rude, far beyond what a medical professional should have been. Hope she's retired.
XSkullRider Gaming: I have been trying to join for 6 months and the army docs keep asking for the same papers that we have already sent up. it seems like no matter how many times i send the stuff they request they just don't seem to want to look at it. if anyone wants to help me from meps id be glad to talk to them but for now it seems like im not getting any traction.
John Doe: The personel work slower than 2 old people screw. At a time when uncle Sam is on its knees for more sign ups, they sure as hell don't work like it.
Miles Kwon: Wear a long sleeved shirt because you have to leave the jacket and the AC can be pretty chilly. Also, bring a book because you cannot have your phone (and you will have a long day ahead of you). Maybe a small size paperback that is small enough for your pocket
LaTicia Pointe: Went to see my daughter leave and the security guard out there was so rude! During these times with Covid they are not allowing you to park in their parking lot (I did not know) the security guy comes to my window with NO MASK on talking about due to Covid we couldn’t sit in the car on their property and had to park at the hotel next door and wait by the road but off the property. I was very confused cause I’m in my car but he is out there around plenty of people that were standing out and going inside the building WITHOUT A MASK ON!!!! Y’all need to do better...
Dirty Lue: SSG Friday help me a lot and never gave up on me. Thank you
Na cee: Plan, plan, plan. If it is going to rain bring an umbrella. Swear ins actually start at 10am, so if you get there early, plan to wait outside( rain or shine). Only 2 people checkin at a time(100% ID CARD CHECK and similar to airport, take off belt...etc...) once inside its organized so you get to sit and wait to be called. Once called you go in a room where you get to see your love one swear in( pictures are permissible in this room.)limited parking in front of bldg but next door there is a hotel. Plenty parking there. Not sure if they ticket but i parked there and did not get a ticket.
Garry Hawn: I remember this place. It was August, 1974. The night before i stayed in a run down hotel in the center of Raleigh. I never seen so many hookers in one place. It must of been a convention. Courtesy of Uncle Sam.
Heather Boyette: My son has been waiting for 6 months to be cleared and all they do is make excuses and delays. Rating will improve once they start doing their job.
Emily Jorgensen: Very rude main entrance. Families travel from all over the area, taking time off of work for this occasion, sometimes information is not correct, fine, but be somewhat considerate instead of just giving the attitude of "sucks to be you".
Cameron Jones: The chief of medical that I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful.
Frog Glen: Helpful staff
Carlo Quagliaroli: Had a great experience here as I accompanied my son to his admittance process. They let you take pictures at the end of the ceremony
Dane Somdahl: Outstanding...Helping our young adults start on the right path in life!!
Ken Peel: Great staff.. thanks for all your help
Ghhgjuh Fhhhjgkkgf: It's meps shut up follow orders do what you're told welcome to the US Military quit fussing and grow some skin
Taka TheKing: Don't listen to the people saying the people working here are rude, and take caution trusting the person who said the military personnel were nice but the civilians we're mean especially since he said the person who ran MEPS was rude when he's a military member, though I forget his rank. This place is just like any other in that if you're polite and kind they will show you the same respect.
Tania L: Mean bald person working at main desk. He didn't let me take a picture of close friend swearing in. Half of staff is great other half just inconsiderate and rude.
Water - Sage: It was awesome, everyone was sweet and kind and everyone had a positive attitude. Everyone also was able to answer all of my questions, and if they didn't know, they knew where to point me. They had conformable seats as well. This is an awesome Government facility.

North Carolina National Guard Joint Force Headquarters: what do users think?
Ed Arias: They are very accommodating and patient. Please treat them well, they're short staffed and trying their best. A+ service. Thanks!
william bruce: Main building is great and well maintained. The warehouse needs upgraded with AC for the people that work there. It gets miserable in the summer.
gmanrocksteady: The female soldiers need new computers that are up-to-date along with their printers to make IDs and should have a back of one brakes
Earl Struble: Where the people who truly protect you get things done.
Bailey Shaffer: Modern, professional facility. Friendly personnel.Great place to facilitate Military ID Card issues.
Adika Iqbal: Friendly staff and amazing security at the gate. Very friendly and polite.
Kendra Ebach: Staff is rude almost every time I come and takes a very long time to get work done for the ID card office.
Virginia Bradley: The place is an office building. The work went as quick and efficiently as possible. The soldier was professional and timely. She was extremely thoughtful, helpful and she knew her job well. She performed in an outstanding manner. She kept us informed every step of the process. It took a bit longer because of slow computer connections that day. It happens. All went well with our appointments. Outstanding!!!
William Mobley: Love what you all do for us!
Brian Schuster: Great ID card services
Alan Byrd: This is also the North Carolina State Emergency Operations Center.
